We had to wait a week to have our appliances (agreed upon to be included) & ceiling fans were not installed when we moved in. Oven stopped working within 2 weeks & washer too still bounces around.

All I can say is Beazer is a Sloppy builder. Their workmanship is that of a handyman not a professional builder. I cannot and will not recommend Beazer to anyone.

Attention to Detail

Mistakes are covered up and ignored due to lack of attention to details. Vendors doesn’t treat the house as your home. The sales team was fabulous but overwhelmed with complaints bu still tried to be supportive. The building manager could not stay abreast of vendors building the house this mistakes, garbage and damage to the house. Such as water damages, materials and painting errors. Stay on top of what’s being done in your home.

Our home is beautiful and great quality! There are always going to be a few fixes and adjustments needed before moving in. We did not have any major issues to be addressed but we were PROMISED that all of the issues would be addressed, fixed, corrected and replaced before we moved in so there would not be any disruptions in us living in your brand new home. The home buying process was fine, no issues there. My issue with Beazer is they will tell you whatever you want to hear just to make a sale. I purchased my home in October and prior to closing I gave the builder a list of things I needed fixed/repaired before closing. He assured me everything would be done but when I closed it was not. Not the best experiences!

I gave it 2 stars due to the trouble we had when we first moved in. The paint is not well done. Also the drywall seams are showing through in multiple rooms, and have had them come out several times and can’t get it looking right. We will have to have this redone again here shortly.

The houses are great, just a few things/issues we have that we brought up before the 30 days of closing and told us they will fix which they did some but we are still waiting for the rest it’s been 2 months now. I don’t think it will be resolved. I would of rate a 5 other wise.

Great home - horrible follow up

We are very happy in our new home overall however the follow up on our outstanding home punch items has been atrocious. I have sent 5 emails and even escalated to customer service email and still NO response. It is the customer service that is boasted about online by companies like Beazer that leave a really bad taste in your mouth when the don't follow through. I would love to speak to anyone from Beazer interested in hearing about our still in finished home. 2 stars only because we like the home and neighborhood.

Initially impressed... now not so much

The staff seems very friendly up until you sign for the house. Afterwards they could care less. I have had several issues after signing for the house and it is very hard to get a response from anyone. Very disappointed for a first time home buyer.

I have made it very clear in past that my sales rep Samantha was terrible. I won’t go back through it all but it made buying a very poor and stressful experience and Rebecca who is supposedly managing doesn’t even take the time to return customer concern phone calls The quality of the home and workmanship is not what you should expect moving in as I had over 15 repairs on a brand new house and still 5 open ones going on close to 2 months being here Eric the construction manager has been the only saving grace

Could have been better

Cabinets even upgraded are MDF. Closet shelves were not hung on any studs. They already fell down. I fixed them by mounting them in the studs where I could and GOOD drywall anchors and screws where I couldn't hit a stud. Trades seemed sloppy and not finished well. Lots of imperfections and cheap materials are abundant. HOA doesnt seem to enforce the rules. Already had to have HVAC techs out twice to fix issues were it was installed wrong. Again sloppy trade work. Ridgeline shingles were cracked from roofers stepping on them. Once again trades dont care. I'm sure there will be more found.

Just an okay builder

We have built 3 homes, 3 different builders and this one so far is falling to the lowest :( The framing was great, the plumbing had SOO many issues that I'm super happy I have a plumber in the family to point it out, our water is on the wrong side of the house, our gas heater has to be on the highest setting to heat the water, interior painting was the worst, stucco isn't solid on patio so I'm sure that will be breaking very soon, just so much going on with little to no help on getting it done. Just another house builder cutting corners

We are now in the house for six weeks and they still haven’t completed everything they owe us. If they do complete something, its not done completely. Example: they painted our house including the ceilings tan which we only paid for the walls to be painted tan and per contract the ceilings white. They did paint the ceilings white but they did not take down the light fixtures so when we installed ceiling fans we now have tan rings around the light fixtures! Discrepancies, including black mold.

Our Beazer representative failed to provide details that would have made us change the floor plan. Now I have an office with no door, whereas the pantry has a door. There were ants from day one requiring me to seal edges. We decided to remodel the master bath to find black mold one month into living in the new home. I continue to find details that were not completed properly. While all of this is upsetting, I do love my home.

Complete disappointment

We purchased our home about 2 months ago. We have had nothing but problems since day one. The day before closing the ac unit froze up and overflowed the pan soaking the living room ceiling and carpet. Since this day the ac hadn’t worked properly the home can’t cool below 72 degrees. The ac company states the unit functions properly. Therefore nothing has been done that has helped the situation. New Home Experience

It has been almost 2 months since we purchased our home and things are still broken. We found things during our final walk through which were not complete. When Beazer came out to fix those things they broke others. We are still going through the process of getting things, big things (countertops, walls, tubs), fixed that they broke fixing other stuff.
