Beazer homes are well built homes! I would recommend anyone who is interested in buying a brand new home to choose Beazer.

Being a first time home buyer I was pretty nervous to say the least. I knew nothing about buying a home or the process of buying a new constitution home. The sales staff was extremely helpful answering all of my questions and the builder was more than happy to walk me through the building process. I now have an amazing place to call home. Thank you!!

Beazer builds a home better than the typical builder. The on-site builder is always accessible for any questions or issues.

Beazer Homes- Very Excellent

My husband and I have built 2 custom homes and 2 production homes. We entered into this process with Beazer with some baggage. :) Our salesman was Abe. He was fantastic! He guided us through the process, kept us informed about progress and even sent us pictures of our home as it was going up. Jeff was our construction supervisor. He was amazing! Detailed, knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and super available. My husband and I would drive up to see the progress on the house every weekend. When we would see an issue or have a question, my husband could not wait until Monday. He would immediately text Jeff. Graciously, Jeff did not block our calls:) He patiently answered each question and addressed each issue. The closing was on a date certain. This is a new experience for me. The final numbers were available well in advance of closing. They were accurate and did not change. The closing agency was efficient and made good use of our time. After closing, Jeff addressed all issues on our "10 day list" and handed us off to Carlos. When we called about a warranty issue, Carlos told us how to report them going forward and came by to give us written instructions. Everyone involved in this process as been remarkable. Great experience with Tige, the sales consultant and John when he did the walkthrough with us.

We are thrilled with our Beazer home, which we moved into over a month ago in The Estuary. The Floorplan is created in such a way that the space is beautiful and very usable. We had great service from Ashley and Ed all the way through the process. There were some minor fixes needed and the team was on each of the items quickly. We highly recommend Beazer homes.

Both our Salesman Mark and Construction Manager Lee were professional and helpful all the way through the building process. Always keeping us informed and answered any questions that came up. I would highly recommend building with Beazer Homes in Bridgeland!

Overall we were pleased with our home buying experience. There are just a couple things we wish would’ve been verbalized to us. The cabinets and countertop space outside of the pantry were apparently not included in the Indian Springs homes. However, these were shown in the model and I had to ask why those cabinets were not installed once the cabinets had been put in our home. This is now going to be an extra 2,000-2,500 expense for us when that was not planned in our budget prior. The space without cabinets isn’t really effective. Also, it would’ve been nice to know that the countertops and tile floors were not sealed. This was something we found out once the granite started to get water stains. Which then became one more thing to worry about after we had already moved in. It just would’ve been nice to have communication in those areas, instead of us having to come to Beazer and question it. Great experience very thoughtful .

During the process of construction I visited the house a couple of times and some of the materials used for the framing were in bad shape and were not replaced. The different contractors do not respect other people's job and cause some damages to the work already done, paint job is bad and they installed my bath tub with a lot of dirt underneath and when I informed the inspector about it he stated it was to support the tub, but I have never seen anything like that in my previous new homes and nothing was done about it. The floors on the second floor are not leveled and when I installed laminate flooring I needed to pay extra to get it corrected. The pavers in the driveway are spilled with, paint and debris from construction plus grease possibly from the cars of the workers parked on it, the inspector stated he will have them clean for me on the day of closing and he never send anyone to take care of it, the garage floor is all cracked. They only accept calls under warranty issues for functional repairs only. ... More

To someone just driving by or visiting the area for their child/grandchild’s tennis/soccer match, the Gatherings would appear as a really nice place to live, and don’t get me wrong, it is a nice place to live. However, as the old saying goes, don’t judge a book by its cover, this can, to a certain degree, be applied here. The value of your purchase here might be lower than you’d think and expect. There seems to be a lot of shoddy or cheap work that’s been done (in our unit anyway) which, in some other “new” dwellings might be acceptable, but for what we agreed to pay here, that should not even be an issue. Yes, it is Lake Nona and everything is pricey, and we wanted to settle in a safe neighborhood that’s convenient to almost everything, but one would expect quality from a well known builder like BEAZER. Shoddy workmanship aside, dealing with a Property Manager that would rather shift blame or go the “quick fix” route or just completely brush it off, rather than address a complaint or concern, has been frustrating, Something we don’t need added to the stress of the adjustment of moving from a freestanding home to a condo in the midst of a pandemic. And added to that, this pandemic has caused a large percentage of the senior residents in a panic, resulting in a somewhat more stressful environment. As residents of a 55+ community, we have “expectations”, although modified due to the current circumstances, and there will be issues that would be challenging to take care of but we do not appreciate condescending or patronizing responses when voicing our concerns. I am pretty sure most, if not all, residents here are all professionals and would appreciate to be dealt with professionally as well. Anyway, doing your homework is always a sound advice, but digging deeper before making such a lifestyle change or even picking a builder is probably more prudent. ... More

The team at Beazer made buying our home easier and less stressful throughout the whole process. Matt was great during the initial purchase process and Harry was with us every step of the way during the construction process. Building a home can be quite stressful but I was so blessed to have my Beazer team Laura and Scott guide me along the way. They were very quick to respond to all my questions regarding the building process from beginning to end. They were even available beyond closing. To say that I am happy with my home would be an understatement. I absolutely love my new home! Everything from the brick to the flooring is high quality. I can't decide which room is my favorite...the living room where I can sit in front of my beautiful fireplace or the sunroom where I have a beautiful view of the pond! I love the house. It’s a great home. Expect the fact that it still floods in the back of the property.

Its true, they are cookie cutter homes with little options, but that helps keep the cost down. The homes are built well and I enjoy my home and nice sized lot. The discounts are very helpful. I got my moneys worth, so I'm pleased. I would buy another Beazer home.

Janine was the best

The process was super easy and simple. The builders kept us up to date every week with photos of the home. It was great to see the building progress! Everyone was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend these homes for anyone looking to buy for the first time or at all!
