The homes from Beazer offer a great bang for your buck. The floor plans and the space you get for the price is hard to beat. New homes are offered in wisely selected locations, the neighborhoods are great and we couldn't be happier with our purchase in Mission Lane CA. Big shout-out to Samantha from Beazer Homes Mission Lane office who went above and beyond and made sure we had great experience as first time home buyers. Highly recommended!

After being in the house for a few months, you really start to notice the really poor quality of workmanship that has gone into the build. I have already submitted a workorder for an electrical problem ( but of course Covid will be the reason it cannot be fixed anytime soon.). Every door frame had been busted and repaired poorly. I had to repair the rain shower head myself. There was a large paint run on the front door that was supposed to berepaired, but it was just sanded, not repainted. The electrical problem is multiple switches controlling one light. But they dont all work. Sliding door ...
