There are multiple issues with house. I have to work with multiple vendors and several followups to get the things done. Not pleasant experience for new home buyers. Can you believe i have to reach regional director to get the work done? They just worried about closing house on hight price market not the quality of house.

The under sized pool

Looking for a home in the Las Vegas area I found these new homes. I really like the model it had everything I wanted. They had just started building them. One of the most important part was a community pool. Living I this area of the country you need a pool for the hot summers. This community will have over three homes when finished. They just started the pool It is way to small for a community this size. The pool will be smaller then some homes have in their yards. If I known this before I bought I would have not bought. Homebuilder touts quality/warranty and fails to deliver

Where do we start... We purchased the home in April 2021, we were constantly bombarded with phone calls "We need your Deposit, payment, etc" and by the way, you can only work with their lenders. Once we closed, communication ended there, when we needed warranty work, no communication. Mind you we have only been here 2 months and these are the issues that have Not been taken care of, or taken care of with a lack of professionalism: before we even moved in, we noted that the landscaping was horrible, we were told "oh it's okay, it will be fine", landscaping completely dead, okay we can wait ...

Poor workmanship

After only 2 months, we have cracks in the walls. Our insinkerator is broken. After 19 days, still no response to warranty claim. A/C vents have been falling off the ceiling, and ceiling looks water stained. The ceiling was uneven in the master bedroom, but that was finally resolved after waiting a long time. I was a first-time home buyer, and Beazer Homes ruined my experience. I love the location and the residents but I hate to say that I wouldn't have bought this condo if I was aware of such poor and sloppy quality of this building. There is no parking for visitors. Bad planning. With regards to the access to the entrance door to the building, I couldn't find my name for more than one month after I moved in. Bad management. Our experience with Beazer has been very stressful. During the building we had many issues that were both structural and cosmetic that I caught in time and had to argue to have fixed. Thank God I visited the site regularly and caught these things. During the wacky through we had tons of things that were to be fixed and 2 months later were still fighting to get those things completed. My house looks Terrible! A window on the second floor is out of center. A column on the front porch was not placed where it is supposed to be, under the porch gable. The grading on my lot sinks and rainwater does not drain off. I have pools of water 3-4 inches deep every time it rains. I am waiting for them to come and regrade the area before I can install a fence. I have photos to prove these issues. I will be happy to forward them to you. I have no issues with the real estate agent on the property. My issues are with the Builder, Beazer Homes.

The house itself is pretty well built. But Beazer did not tell us prior to closing that MediaCom, the only cable supplier in the Estuary, had not installed any of the necessary infrastructure. Beazer claims they didn’t know-that’s hard to believe. And if true, local management is incompetent and should be fired. In any case they have disavowed any responsibility. My home was subpar quality. They rushed at the end to finish deadline, so they could earn quarterly bonus. They did cut corner and my home was subpar quality: scratches all over the home, cracked floors, grouts were missing, doors still have holes and not paint correctly, and list go on etc.
