I believe that the little things were problematic but nothing really big. I would be good to have your sales team know the products well and provide the customer some areas on the house they may wish to take a closer look when going to the design center. The design center personnel did a great job and our experience was hindered with the fact that my father in-law passed on that day during our visit. With that said I think that areas of lighting and bathrooms could use a quick show and tell of what a customer will get if they make no changes. This would be helpful when dealing with customer ...

Overall we are happy with new home in the Oaks Canebay area. Grass replacement in areas didn't happen. Still need partial wood for replaced. Grass we will wait till spring and check on then but it is concerning that it wasn't taken care of. Lot of water wasted waiting for hot water in kitchen. Same issues for showers. Might need 2nd tankless heater? Door bell on the fritz for 2nd time. Minor issues that hopefully will be addressed before 11 month. Development here is outstanding with great people. I still believe that Beazer is one of the better builders and will take care of our issues.

Overall the build quality is great except that the bottom edges of the interior doors look rough. It looks like they were dragged along the ground before being installed. They should be sanded smooth and painted. Also attention to little details would be appreciated, like a small dish tower rack in the kitchen and positioning to in cabinet and under cabinet lighting to make it easier to change the bulbs.

We have been in our new home for almost 2 months now. We are pretty settled in and we are happy with the construction of our home. We had some minor issues which have been or are being addressed. Paloma had a very nice Fall festival which we enjoyed very much. We are hoping they keep on having events and we will attend and support when possible. Thank you.

My wife and I really like Devonshire. We also love our Beazer Home. When we lived in our other house in Grapevine, you could park 2 cars on one side of the driveway, not even coming close to the side walk. It is not that big a deal. Just wish the driveways were longer. Thank you

Buying our Beazer home was overall a smooth experience — shoutout to the friendly sales team and construction crew who were always helpful, upbeat, and easy to reach. The closing was a breeze, and move-in day went well (though our poor movers got a serious workout hauling furniture up those stairs!). Once we settled in, we really did fall in love with our new home… but then came the little surprises. First off, there’s a light in the entryway that NEVER turns off — basically a luxury suite for flying insects, and they love to smack you in the face every time you open the door. Not exactly ...

We bought a new home on 4/23/25. This is a Solar home which was one of the main reasons we bought this home. All the homes in this neighborhood have solar and are one-level which we like. However, our Solar is NOT set up yet. We have panels on our roof but NO Solar meter and no one is reaching out at Beazer to assist in setting this up. It has been 8 weeks since we purchased the home and APS (Phoenix Power) needs a solar application to hookup, This is still NOT done and Beazer CS hasn't been quick to reply to solve this issue. The home building experience was good. Great communication. The HOA, which is still controlled by Beazer, is awful. Poor communication. Long wait for approval. Still not approved. If I'd known it would be so bad, I would reconsider purchasing in Beazer Harborview.

Our closing was, at best, chaotic! It was delayed four times on February 18th from 10:00 am to finally closing at 5:00pm. The city of Lebanon was blamed for delaying inspections and not getting clerical stuff done. I seriously doubt that they were 100% at fault. There was a hint that they (Lebanon) had some grudge against Beazer. If that’s the case, it’s damaging to your reputation. These delays were costly to us because we had to delay our contract with the moving crew. When our realtor asked that we be reimbursed, we were told that nothing could be done after closing. Your designers obviously don’t live in the type of homes they design. You need to have them walk through newly completed homes to see the real life interpretations of their designs. Specifically the bathroom stalls are terrible. Anything lesser than a 4ft x 4ft should be a travesty.

Home is pretty much as expected but has taken months to find out how to get warranty repairs done and just as long to get the repairs done. Beazer needs to put something in place to make new buyers aware at closing or before on how to handle warranty claims and repairs. This is our second Beazer home but definitely wouldn't make the mistake again!

Disappointed in the quality of the Beazer Home. Certainly not up to the standard I expected. People were friendly but had little work with. The lack of operating and warranty documentation was a concern The QR codes that were given were inactive. All in all I picked out Beazer because I expected a quality product. I was disappointed. No different than all the other builders that cut corners.

Could Use Some Improvement

I think some information was left out. One we did not get the information that solar had to be included till after we signed. There are sizing issues like the trash cans can not fit through back yard gate and with such a limited area this should of been thought of. Also, the additional parking doesn't seem sufficient for the neighborhood

Beazer sales staff tried but could do better

From the first viewing of the model units to the Closing Day, there were three different sales people involved; however, two of them periodically emailed progress photos that were helpful. Generally, there was an overall lack of pertinent information and follow-through. The quality of the build was explained in detail during a construction progress site visit but at the end, there was a distinct cutting of corners in the details and interior finishes that are sadly outdated; yes, this is a 55+ community but not all of the buyers are from our grandmother's generation.

We purchased this unit for it's location. We are on the 4th floor(top) and it has 10'5" ceilings in most of the unit, but not in the great room where you would have expected it to be! The paint / finish work is poor. The sales process was helped greatly by Jessica. For the price the quality really wasn't there but we wanted the location

Nice new homes with upgraded appliances. Good layout inside the homes. Overpriced condos for shared space. Overall community needs improvement with parking and needs improvement in buying process. Choose your own lender outside of the company. I recommend buyers do extensive research before you buy with Beazer.
