Our sales and construction managers were great. Helpful and responsive. We love our new community and home, but had a few hiccups during the building process. We were one of the last homes built our development, after the sales office was closed and Beazer had moved their attention to other, newer developments, which made it seem like like the focus on our build was not what it might have been. We love our new Beazer Garden Home. All the staff from Jenny, our sales rep to Matt our walk thru guy, gave us wonderful service. The staff has been on top of any problem we have had, thanks to Rudy, the warranty worker. Only complaint we have is with the management company employed to represent the garden homes. Why do they need a key to my house? To receive a threatening letter about taking me to litigation if a key is not provided seems to me to border-on Gestapo tactics. The experience was over all good. The GC on site was amazing and made sure he got everything done... after move in though I did see things in the quality of craftsmanship that was less then good. Far as paint splattered left behind small things, no deal breakers but it could have definitely been a lot crisper finish.

Initial interaction with salesperson was pleasant and informative. Construction process could be enhanced by affording homebuyer the opportunity to meet with individual subcontractors (as necessary) to ask questions relative to the contractors discipline. This process should continue thru completion with appropriate trade rep present assuring direct communication between buyer and contractor. Project manager would also be aware of buyers concerns. Overall we are happy with our neighborhood selection, and home elevation and plan. There have been many building and design issues that were a complete mess. They were either missed or done poorly. We actually had a pipe that was missing, which caused a leak through our master bedroom ceiling and laundry room ceiling. The drywall and paint has still not been fixed.

We have enjoyed our building experience overall. Some of the issues we had, were eventually addressed to nearly 95% complete. The one or two remaining items are scheduled to be fixed or finished soon. Overall, we like the design models to choose from however we weren't able to change much as we purchased a spec home (design was complete). Beazer did work with us quickly to change the granite and add backsplash. Overall, we are settling in nicely and it does feel like home to us.

Although we felt rushed at times I would still have to say that our buying experience with Beazer Homes has been Top Notch! The Sales team was a pleasure a to work with. Chris our sales consultant did a fantastic job in putting our deal together and making sure that all of problems / concerns where answered in a timely fashion. Mark the building supervisor has also done a fantastic job in answering and fixing and problems that we have noticed during and after our walk-thru. Buying our first home from Beazer went well for the most part, but we did have some bumps in the road. The thing I’d say that could’ve been better in terms of actually buying the home, not the home itself, would be wait times. Something would come up & we’d have questions, but we had to wait usually two days before we heard anything back & usually it was an email & not over the phone. Email was a lot quicker, but some things you need to be able to talk about over the phone. There are definitely things I wish would have done with more quality, but the value I am getting is validated. For the price, the house is good. The drywall has some issues and the paint in the windows was poorly done. Since window treatments have been added, the impurities aren't visible. Overall, I am happy with the house, but I do wish more time would have been spent on the areas listed above.

I'll start by saying we are very happy with our home. It's beautiful and the overall construction quality is solid. The pros of the "home buying experience are: 1) the home was finished ahead of schedule. 2) Almost everyone at Beazer is great to work with. 3) Our sales rep was absolutely amazing. He was the best part of the process. Love my new Beazer home but still a few issues to fix

My wife and I really love our new Beazer homes, we have gotten numerous compliments on the home and it’s interior finish and design . Although there are some issues to fix such as grout in the bathroom tile cracking and some issues with the finishing of the backyard we love our home. We hope to hear back from Beazer soon about drainage issues in the backyard.

I moved into my new Beazer home in July and am enjoying it. I found the homebuilding process to be relatively easy thanks to my wonderful sales executive who was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Issues were attended to promptly and I felt like customer service was important to everyone I came into contact with. My only reservation was around attention to detail. The location can’t be beat. 45 minutes from LV Metro area, but also a world away. Good prices for homes compared to the inflated LVM market and you actually get ROOM in Burson Ranch. Decent floorplans and amazing views are available. Staff is much better than you expect, especially if you have shopped around. Is it perfect? No. But it is a fantastic alternative to the other alternatives on the area. I am pleased with my decision.
