Within the first month of the house it was nothing but problem after problems. Once inside of the home the problems start with my concrete no being properly power washed and fence already being broken. A couple weeks after that a pipe broke on the causing the drain the get clog and having every bathroom having water rising but the bathtub, toilet, and shower. We call to have the warranty cover all of it but has been almost two weeks and the job still isn’t done and after all that’s done the carpet will have to be replaced because of the plumbing issues. In the mist of repair all of that the ...

Awful experience overall! First, the title company they use, First American Title Insurance Co was awful to deal with. Second, Beazer Homes either rushed or delayed completing the home as per their convenience and did not heed our requests. They also did not adjust price of the house to be in line with the market as the housing market was declining rapidly. Finally, the pre-delivery home inspection was acceptable (notionally) in terms of expectations, however, they did not properly and thoroughly clean the house. Shortly after a few days of closing, as we had not moved in yet, my realtor ...

Moved in a month ago. I have already had 4 doorknobs fall off, had to have drywall repaired from poor installation, hvqc stopped working, tile needing to be replaced, and light fixtures needing to be replaced. Beazer uses the cheapest material they can and do a terrible job installing it. If you buy from beazer, literally micro manage every step of the process. They will do everything they can to not do things correctly until you force their hand by wanting to back out.

We contracted in January of 2022 when the home was already framed. We didn’t close until Jan 2023. Multiple missed deadlines, false hope and family displacement is what brings this bad review from me. Overall after several people on the build team were either fired or forced out the home was finished. It was sad to see the corners cut and the constant lying to us about the status of the build as we were not able to regularly check on the home. My wife and I ended up living apart for 6 months due to this. When we contracted were promised a July close date and it wasn’t until 6 months later ...

From the beginning of the process it was extremely ridiculous. Kathy at the sales office continually provided false and misleading information. She would only tell half of something and when what actually occurred differed from what she stated, she would simply say, “well it was in the papers you signed.” As an example. She initially asked if I wanted to pay to upgrade to “Solid Surface Shower Surrounds” instead of small tiles with grout. I thought this would be a good idea. Turns out that the over $5,000 upgrade did not actually include the solid surface, just the option to upgrade, the ...

We purchased a spec house that was approx. 70% completed and signed contract in early August. At that time the estimated completion date was on or about November 1. We recently moved into our exciting first new home to be welcomed to nothing but disappointments and let downs.
