Lot of problems inside but guaranteed service are good

Overall great buying experience. Shannon and keisha were great.

The Beazer Duet Messina is a great option for us and we are excited about living here. It’s a very good house. However, that next level of care was missing. The home was never cleaned properly despite multiple requests, so we did it ourselves. And lots of little details in the finish work suggest speed was more important than quality (e.g., painting, grouting, landscaping). I understand the business, but I wish the finish work was done with greater care.

Sales team was helpful both Eric and Lauren, they made themselves available to help navigate the process. Even when needing to pickup keys during Xmas time, they found someone to come to the office to support our odd hours, as we had been away internationally.

For the home price, workers should pay more attention to details. Trim work painting and caulking is bad. Back porch concrete left stained and chipped. Cleaning team needs to do a better job. Had to vacuum my cabinets left with debris and clean the tub. Kitchen sink had scratches. Overall content with our home, just wish someone would pay more attention to details.

Sales people were very helpful. Closing process was smooth.

The overall buying experience with Beazer homes is good. The entire team is very friendly and ready to provide all the necessary information. We have received weekly progress updates over email along with photos which was really a good part. The closing was done without any issue and the team has provided multiple walkthroughs of the house. The build quality is good just that at few places it could have been better, like the backyard drainage system is missing the underground pipe and which makes the backyard muddy when it rains and takes time to dry.

First time completely new home build so was unfamiliar with the process. Beazer Homes layouts are very nice and commensurate with today's fast past living. The design process had many great choices. Communication during the build process could have been better and more timely.

Guided and All members of the crew are always available no matter what the needs are.

It is better to make a list of pending items and keep following up on it.

Did not meet my expectations about new home.

Beazer is who I chose to build my first home. My experience was smooth and well orchestrated from the start and I felt confident in the quality of the product I was purchasing. As the building process proceeded it was becoming apparent the person on-site overseeing my build was not well organized and was producing less than quality work. Beazer noted this themselves removed this person. Beazer then brought in Jarred and he was extremely attentive and detail oriented. Jarred communicated well and his expectation of quality matched mine. Jarred and John have have been responsive, attentive and caring. Got some delays but the house is good quality

Actually, I had 3 building managers, but Rich was the best. He kept me inform every step of the way and took care of all my need during final walk through. Since I have taken ownership of my home, I have called for his assistance, and he didn't hesitate to assist me.

Rob was fantastic and did his best to accommodate my needs throughout the process.

Giving Joseph a huge shout out! He’s been so awesome and extremely helpful with everything. He is fast to respond and always goes above and beyond.

Move-in should have been much less difficult. There was no instruction to new owners about discarding boxes & trash after move-in. It was way to chaotic.

Our home buying experience was great and everyone we worked with was very sweet and informative! The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because my home was delayed 3 months. However, it was to no fault of the builder and he made sure to keep me updated every week with the progress that was being done on my home. It was a great experience aside from the delays, but it was well worth it after moving in!

I would definitely recommend beazer to anyone that wants to buy a home. Great and smooth process and amazing people.

The process of buying a home is not easy but from the start Jarret was a great guide through this journey. The place took some time and it is the only reason why it's not five stars. I can honestly say that Jarret kept us up to date with pictures, ready to answer any questions and being a positive light through out the process which really helped balance the delay and ease the anxiety. Also, working with Bryan through their lending company helped us understand the process of purchasing for the first time and he was patient with the many questions we had. Our homebuying experience was good overall. Obviously nothing can be done about supply issues but the communication was great and we were kept in the loop the entire time. When it comes to closing, that is an area that could have been better as far as expectations go as well as promises kept.

Overall we had a decent experience. OUr sales consultant was excellent. We had a great appointment with the design center and we were able to choose exactly what we were looking for. We did end up paying for a few things that we should not have, upgrades that were not requested, without an offer to back out those costs from the final cost of the house. That was disappointing. We had two different construction managers. The first was a complete train wreck. Tons of excuses. Constantly blaming problems on the trades saying that they didn’t follow through with what has been discussed, the list goes on and on. Holes were cut into the roof for venting that should not have been there, because our home was supposed to be a sealed envelope from top to bottom due the the type of insulation we were having installed. That led to piles of drywall being soaked by rain storms for over a month. After multiple conversations and reminders, the drywall was supposed to be removed from the premises before it got hung, but she never followed through with any of her agreements. After moldy drywall had been hung, we had to get the sales consultant to intervene, which ultimately led to us getting a new construction manager. The last several months of the build went smooth after that. He turned over the house on the exact day he promised he would when he took over the project. No excuses ever, he owned what he said and delivered on his promises. The quality of the work performed by the electrician was/is terrible. Loose wires in nearly every switch, light fixture and receptacle causing nuisance tripping on several circuits. As a licensed electrician I will never invite them back into my home. I paid a lot of money for a top of the line home and got a mediocre end product. ... More

Buying process with Amore at Beazer was smooth! I admit that I had concerns because of the negative reviews that I had read but dealing with Amore, our builder, has been pleasant. He actually has gone above and beyond with minor request AFTER the closing of our home when we should have been calling the warranty dept. I have and will continue to tell people about our great experience.

Our project manager Merl is the real deal. He's extremely knowledgeable and helpful and he genuinely cares about the people he's building for and takes pride in his work. We had quite a few blemishes on the house with certain things not working they way they're supposed to or small things not being finished, but over all our experience was extremely positive. Beazer provides a lot of bang for buck in the quality of their home builds. I would happily recommend any house Merl is working on to any person who asks.

I like most of the floor plans, with spacious and bright living spaces. They are also functional, practical, and convenient with all features, and appliances equipped.
