Friendly during sales process but after the fact, they are so many people pointing the finger at every one else it’s ridiculous. We have two different sytyle of cabinets in our kitchen and no one has bothered to fix the problem. The door for the Master bedroom was cracked prior to us moving in, and no one has bothered to update us regarding this. Our Solar system after 3 months does NOT WORK, and has never been tested! Now we have to wait for Tesla to come out and that’s another month! We are paying for our system that we cannot use and paying for electricity that we should be getting ...

Constant fixes and patch ups

I would never recommend beezer. I'm sorry to be this blunt, but this is my first home purchase and I regretted it from the first walk through. The workmanship is awful they have had to do repeated repairs and they just stopped doing the repairs half way though. I get a lot of promises but no follow through or just flat out lies.

House not fully completed and cleaned at closing, it's been over 45 days since we closed and we are still trying to get thing done. Squeaky floors, tile work looks barely professional, visible drywall seams, Buying experience is great but not much support after close so don't close unless your home is fully completed.

There were unexplained delays, and communication was very poor. I had 4-5 project managers during the building process, so continuity was lacking. The finished house is nice on the inside, and so far, I’m pleased with the quality.

Sales Guy Disappeared - Confusion Through Closing - Warranty Mystery

Our sales rep disappeared once we signed the contract, which delayed closing by weeks. Never heard from the original "closing agent" rep from Beazer until I escalated. Team took over to push the closing forward. Warranty is a mystery. At closing the closing team had no idea of the process to notify HOA - I had to reach out to them via escalation. I notified Beazer that the closing process was terrible, hopefully that will improve. HOA management company is strong - so that has been a good experience.

Bought first home. For most part things went smoothly. However, Promises were made by numerous people involved that certain issues would be fixed prior to closing and they were not. Was referred directly to customer service to fix the issues which are still Not fixed completely. Very rushed build and closed a week earlier than expected and was not finished. Disappointing process.

Closing date was pushed back multiple times. On final walk thru a list was generated by Beezer of items needing fixed. 2 months later still not corrected. Stopped into office to inquire about list and was told that I now have to go thru the warranty dept. So we were lied to on closing day that issues would be remedied without having to file a warranty claim. Also told on closing day we could only call warranty dept one time. Not very happy with Beezer at all.

We found that the house has many issues, AC stopped working 4 weeks after closing date, AC tech found a towel inside of AC, water pressure low due to rocks and glue on pipes, no attic lid, laundry room is very hot and there is condensed water in AC vent. Inspectors need to pay more attention to details, customer service reps need to follow up until completion at this point attic lid and the wall opened to fix the water pipes still without paint.

Dont know if its a good or bad decision to buy a townhome with Beazer. It all started with the signing of the initial documents, and the sales representatives were so rude that they do not care if you buy the home or not and they take advantage of the current sellers market. . I paid for a lot premium only to move into a poorly graded yard that doesn’t accommodate the buyer. The grading accommodated the storm drain which is directly included in my yard. I should not have to had paid for a lot premium due to not being able to fully enclose my yard. Brad and Elisa were absolutely great and wonderful to work with. I bought a home from Beazer and it wasn’t a good experience. I consider myself a good customer and go with the flow. The few questions I had during constructions were ignored. My one request to replace a bad board where my tv was going to be mounted was ignored by the lead builder. Straight up ignored me when I asked about the board. And now that I have closed on the house Beazer won’t return my txt or calls. I think they blocked my number. I have been here couple months and still not receiving my mail. Terrible communication and terrible workmanship in to many areas. Bill was the most responsive out of the entire situation but the worker subcontracted to build this house suck! As a large loss adjusters I seen house rebuilt from a fire with less errors and better presentation. Vontell did better towards the end but lacks follow up. No one knows anything and the entire process just suck. Door handles falling off door trim not completed. The buying experience was ok. The post closing, not so much. Plenty of items from day one I am still addressing, such as wrong rail color, defective kitchen cabinets, scratched and not working appliances, and the biggest, which I do not accept BZH has no responsibility, is the lack of cable/wifi available on my block.

Your home will not even closely resemble the model in any way. Nothing is centered, paint is sloppy, caulking and grout is sloppy. Doors and transition strips (none between wood and carpet) poorly installed. Security doors don't close and latch correctly. The contractors leave their trash & mess everywhere. Poor design with no visitor parking (nobody mentioned that in the sales pitch!) It is not what I would expect from a premier, "trust" builder! Cheap. I will eventually have to replace almost everything in this cheaply built, poorly designed place! 2 stars just because I love the location ...

The quality of the workmanship is very poor. I wish I had done more research on Beazer before I bought my house, The quality of the workmanship on the doors, trim and windows is the equivalent of a cheap apartment build. My house is brand new but it looks like it is a couple of years old because of the poor quality of interior workmanship. I am actually embarrassed to have people come to see my new home.
