Carolina take me and show me home just like the one I want to build and told me everything that I see there mine will have everything the same that home have when my home started to build when ask builder Garnett about the stuff that the sale person told me about he say he doesn’t know go and ask sale person when go back to Carolina and ask or she say I have to pay additional for some stuff there was no back fence when there start to build and they charge me additional to put smooth side fence facing in my yard they promise they will put patio concrete when ask the builder they I say have to pay additional the sale Carolina is sale person and Garnett is build all you get from them is lies I still didn’t get the stuff they promised the build do bad job my garage concrete start loose it color have crock in it soon as I done pay my deposit Carolina stop answering my call have to wait 3 days before to get return call when the house building they put in wood floor and leave window open and flood out the inside I call builder told and he upset with me for that still all the stuff that promise didn’t get done ... Overall realtor and builder kept us up-to-date on a daily basis regarding our construction and walk with us every step of the way until closing. Even after closing they are still addressing any issues or concerns we have come across, great company to work with definitely would buy again from them in the near future possibly into a bigger home

We really enjoyed our building process. It was a little slow (60 days) to get things started and pour our foundation, but once they got rolling things starting to fall together really quick. From the day our foundation was poured until we closed it was 90 days, so that part went quick. Anytime we addressed an issue during the building process that we noticed it was corrected quickly. Janel and Keith were great to work with and kept us informed.

Overall Beazer Homes has been great in terms of communication, updates on progress during the course of construction and they were right on time as they promise regarding construction schedule to the way to closing despite the pandemic. Punch items were acted and completed with no issues. Just need a little patience.

The house wasn’t cleaned for move in. There was builder dirt everywhere.

I am a brand new home owner and from the beginning to end, Beazer and team were incredibly helpful, patient, and informative.

The builder and builder’s agent are very professional.

The only reason this is five stars is because Josh K was able to salvage what would have otherwise been a rough and disappointing home buying experience. Josh was able to prioritize and deliver on all promises and went above and beyond. Leah M came through in the end as well.

We finished our home in September 2020 and the best part of their process was the communication weekly. I loved that I got an update each Monday. I felt like I could ask questions if needed and Bryan would respond quickly. Beazer is a great builder. I feel like they stand behind their product and they don’t bail out when something is a little weird. Even up until our final walk through they held up their end of the deal and completed all the appropriate adjustments before sign off. We had great communication with our construction manager Nancy as well. Plus we love our new home.

Sales team was excellent! Their follow through on commitments consistently exceeded our expectations. Build quality is very good and there has been prompt response to items needing attention.
