We were overall very pleased with our experience. One thing of note, however, is that we have e experienced some difficulty with builder follow up post settlement. We do not seem to be receiving the same amount of attention as we did during the home build process.

Our home was purchased as a “spec” home which was well along in construction. We were unable to make modifications/upgrades prior to closing but we still felt that we were part of completing our home, which we love!

For the most part, my buying experience was good. The communication from the salesman during the whole process could have been a little better but, besides the “backordered/delayed items” overall I am pleased with the finished product of my home. I would definitely build with beazer again!

The construction team is professional, has good communication skills, follows up with you even after the closing process. however the admin side was not professional enough to handle the closing issues, they forget to attach the home's keys with the closing documents and said later "I am sorry" this is not the end, in the time to give us the home keys were not working and you can imagine how the deal now. My Beazer home is a quality home. It was constructed well and I have had no problems. Wayne and Dennis are amazing! The New Home Counselor had good knowledge of the selling points, including the insultation. We did have a rocky middle during the construction phase but overall the experience is strongly positive as our builder Brian was extremely responsive leading up to, and after closing. Will definitely recommend Beazer to friends and family.

Great floor plan options. Fair prices. Horrible forecasting on schedule … even allowing for supply chain surprises. Quality overall OK … but some disappointing details …. Blinds are cheap. Some cut corners on finish out materials, more walk thru issues than expected given the full court press they had before/ after getting Certificate of Occupancy. The current amenities are good but will need more ( space - mainly Social Place & gym) space as the future buildings get populated. The current space will be woefully inadequate. Great experience with the team and cannot complain about their service. Time Expectation though was the hard part. It made it word because of COVID as the closing got delayed multiple times which affected my plans heavily. Aside from that, Will for sure purchase from Beazer again in the future.

I bought a home with Beazer homes in Jan 2021. I got it in October. The process was smooth and straightforward. Sales agent was very helpful along with the builder during the construction process. Overall I am happy I went with Beazer homes. I am taking a star off because of some cosmetic imperfections (waiting on them to paint the outer wall) which were not addressed. I believe they will be taking care of them before the one year warranty expires. Also I would recommend another type of grass in the backyard instead of Bahia. Even the ground is not level and the place is unusable.

Office personnel were so great. The communication was excellent. If they were busy they return my call right away. I love my house. What make me unhappy was the problems they had to fix after I moved in. My questions is Why the builder do not check the jobs done once the contractor finish it? Why does it have to wait until the owner see it? There were small details that should have been fixed right after they done, because they were noticeable. I missed work time to come home to keep the appointment with the repair personnel.

Very good experience with some bumps on the way. I will say all items where addressed to our satisfaction. Our builder was exceptional addressing our concerns and always responding in a timely manner. At times he went out of his to make our house a home.
