Purchased a new home with Beazer and asked for a few warranty issues to be taken care of, this has been going on for over a month with no response. House has settlement cracks and was told it was stucco, the inside of my garage is not stucco with those same cracks.

I would leave zero stars if it allowed me to. Its been an overall bad experience. Beazer started with a lack of communication. We never knew what was going on during the building process and it’s now clear why we did not. The company was hiding its poor workmanship. Beazer completely rushed through building and their work shows. Now that the house has been completed, we have yet been able to move in comfortably because of the problems that still remain. Delayed process, poor communication, been in home for over a month and there are still repairs that they have not Come back to fix (after telling us they would during final walk through). Can’t trust anything anyone says. So much work falls on you as the home buyer, to hold these people accountable. Doesn’t help having company turnover throughout the process...should’ve known to back out when employees of Beazer were leaving.

Run as fast as you can. This is not our first build in Florida, all others were great experiences. Beazer has been horrible. We closed in Jan 2021 and house still has so many issues. Beazer no longer returns our calls. We wish we never built with Beazer.

Frustrating and stressful experience

Our overall experience buying house was so stressful and frustrating. We feel that they have sacrifice the quality of their homes over quantity. They are building lots of houses and they are rushing on finishing them. The agent and construction manager never cared about our concerns. The construction manager doesn't even know what's happening in our house during the building phase. We have to inform and update him that we found errors and issues.

Absoultely Horrible Customer Experience

Decent product, but you can easily find similar craftmanship with better customer service elsewhere. I signed for building plans that were not completed correctly and then I was given a hassle for an issue that was clearly defined graphically and contractually. Project management/Builder is often unresponsive. I was treated/spoken to in a rude manner after holding Beazer accountable for poor professionalism. I unfortunately had no choice to settle on my home, but I do not recommend Beazer Homes.

Had a bad experience, due to many things like the Window went missing, to begin with, had to start a discussion to get it installed. The Lighting package was messed up, and we are still waiting for an answer on a light even after almost 2 months of Closing, The Painting quality, The Doors, and hardware installation, Tiles and Grout finishing do not match the Home Prices at all, and are horribly Sub-Standard quality. Great for sales, horrible for service

We had great customer service from our sales rep right up until the day we closed...then customer service disappeared all together. Getting Beazer to repair anything, even issues identified prior to close, is next to impossible. They do not care about customers after closing or any issues they face with the shoddy workmanship. They do not stand behind their quality guarantee and I’m extremely disappointed with their service. I will never purchase a Beazer home again and I do not recommend anyone else do so either. Snake oil is the politest euphemism that comes to mind. Caveat Emptor indeed!

The lack of communication was terrible plus a bunch of other thing. If I wrote all my complaints we would be here all day. This is our 4th new build and the worst yet. I am the easiest person to please. If I had to do it all over again I would not have gone with Beazer. The only reason I did not pull out was because my loved the house and layout. Beazer preferred lenders are just as bad. I would find my own.

Don’t trust what any sales person tells you !!!!!! Always I mean always make sure you have everything that is being told to you is in writing. It can be the smallest thing. Because at the end since they are not the ones investing the money time and effort into your home they don’t care .. That goes from the sales person , manager and VP!!! Make sure to ask questions about what all is standard and what all is an upgrade because somehow they feel you should know all this as if you work there and it’s your full time job .

Poor quality control

The only quality control with Beazer is the home buyers themselves. Beazer throws together a house using unskilled day laborers and hope that the home buyers don't notice all of the problems. We had so many problems in every phase of the building process and are home wasn't even done on our closing date. We currently have several problems with our house and are still waiting for warranty work to be done. We would not buy another Beazer home again.

Closing process is horrible. Especially the closing agent. They never call you. Just send emails and after you go to your closing on the set date and time, they tell you it's delayed. Even some of the jobs were not complete prior to closing till date. I was supposed to buy another rental property but decided not to go with Beazer homes anymore. I think they lack coordination and proper execution. Horrible experience.

None of our concerns about the house were addressed prior to close

Many problems with the house - nail going through air conditioner line that was never addressed prior to close even though we brought it to their attention multiple times we now have holes in our walls from having it fixed. It has been almost 2 months and we are still waiting for them to fix it along with many other things. Do not recommend a Beazer Home.

Lack of Testing Essential components working properly

There is a list of items that were not checked by the builder to be working properly prior to our move-in 2 months ago. Plumbing - Electrical - Furnace - Heating/AC It is super disappointing and very frustrating to be dealing with all these issues that could have been avoided.

Being that this was the 2nd house I built. The first with DR, I understand delays, but whew... the time frame was 9 months off!! The workmanship is subpar and there have been 1 too many issues with Beazer. Not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to build with Beazer.
