I had a smooth Buyer Experience. My builder was conscientious and precise in the weekly progress calls. The builder agent was great to work with and accessible and prompt in her follow-up. I have had several home building and buyer experiences with other builders. I found the team at Avondale Park to be responsive during the building process and attentive with prompt followup after I moved in. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Beazer Homes. The team at Avondale Park set the bar high and delivered!

I love my house here in Deep Harbour. I moved here two months ago. The house has nice features that other new builds I considered did not have. The scenic view of the marina inside the development brings me joy and peace. Shawn the project manager has gone above and beyond to make sure I and the other new home owners are satisfied. A great home buying experience

My choose of Beazer plan is the Hickory French Exterior. I was inspired, anxious and determined to purchase the home of my dream. Wasn't easy for me I have to sell my home in California, encountered hardship on selling it My Beazer home was finished and ready for walk through but my home in California was not sold yet. Isaac and Kyler are the quality and site mangers for the community. These two are extremely knowledgeable and always extended a helping hand when it came learning about building the building process. They take the utmost pride in building the highest quality of house. In addition, they were always happy to address any silly questions and always fixed the punch list items. Lastly, once you close Kyler and Isaac are always around the neighborhood and find time to check in with you after you close. Best decision of our life was to build with Beazer. Energy efficient is real!

Our experience with Beazer Homes was generally positive. From the initial purchase to the final move-in, the process went smoothly and efficiently. We were particularly impressed with the responsiveness of the team, who consistently addressed our questions and concerns in a timely manner. One aspect that stood out was the completion of our home ahead of schedule, which we greatly appreciated. While the early move-in was exciting and much faster than promised, it did lead to some last-minute adjustments on our end. Had we known about the accelerated timeline sooner, we could have made some different arrangements earlier, making the process less stressful. One area where communication could have been improved was in explaining the differences between the model home and our actual house. Craig's patience as we visited the model several times to take measurements and plan our decorations was greatly appreciated. Meanwhile, Jay's consistent communication and willingness to address our questions and concerns ensured that we felt informed and supported throughout the process. Shortly after moving in, we encountered a couple of warranty-related issues. Both Jay and Joseph were instrumental in helping us get these matters resolved quickly and efficiently. They followed up with us to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction, demonstrating their commitment to excellent customer service.
