I have made it very clear in past that my sales rep Samantha was terrible. I won’t go back through it all but it made buying a very poor and stressful experience and Rebecca who is supposedly managing doesn’t even take the time to return customer concern phone calls The quality of the home and workmanship is not what you should expect moving in as I had over 15 repairs on a brand new house and still 5 open ones going on close to 2 months being here Eric the construction manager has been the only saving grace

Cabinets even upgraded are MDF. Closet shelves were not hung on any studs. They already fell down. I fixed them by mounting them in the studs where I could and GOOD drywall anchors and screws where I couldn't hit a stud. Trades seemed sloppy and not finished well. Lots of imperfections and cheap materials are abundant. HOA doesnt seem to enforce the rules. Already had to have HVAC techs out twice to fix issues were it was installed wrong. Again sloppy trade work. Ridgeline shingles were cracked from roofers stepping on them. Once again trades dont care. I'm sure there will be more found.

We have built 3 homes, 3 different builders and this one so far is falling to the lowest :( The framing was great, the plumbing had SOO many issues that I'm super happy I have a plumber in the family to point it out, our water is on the wrong side of the house, our gas heater has to be on the highest setting to heat the water, interior painting was the worst, stucco isn't solid on patio so I'm sure that will be breaking very soon, just so much going on with little to no help on getting it done. Just another house builder cutting corners

We are now in the house for six weeks and they still haven’t completed everything they owe us. If they do complete something, its not done completely. Example: they painted our house including the ceilings tan which we only paid for the walls to be painted tan and per contract the ceilings white. They did paint the ceilings white but they did not take down the light fixtures so when we installed ceiling fans we now have tan rings around the light fixtures! Our Beazer representative failed to provide details that would have made us change the floor plan. Now I have an office with no door, whereas the pantry has a door. There were ants from day one requiring me to seal edges. We decided to remodel the master bath to find black mold one month into living in the new home. I continue to find details that were not completed properly. While all of this is upsetting, I do love my home.

Complete disappointment

We purchased our home about 2 months ago. We have had nothing but problems since day one. The day before closing the ac unit froze up and overflowed the pan soaking the living room ceiling and carpet. Since this day the ac hadn’t worked properly the home can’t cool below 72 degrees. The ac company states the unit functions properly. Therefore nothing has been done that has helped the situation. New Home Experience

It has been almost 2 months since we purchased our home and things are still broken. We found things during our final walk through which were not complete. When Beazer came out to fix those things they broke others. We are still going through the process of getting things, big things (countertops, walls, tubs), fixed that they broke fixing other stuff. I was in love with my new home until everything started to fall apart. I do not believe that this home was built with integrity and seems that the job was rushed. After 30 days of closing, the plumbing has backed up twice in my unit and the neighbors. They have to pull up the concrete to try to find the problem. Bathroom floors have to be pulled up afterwards and redone. The wood fence separating the neighborhood from neighboring housing area keeps getting kicked in by those looking for a shortcut to the local plaza. Not only do you have to pay ($60) for your own key fob for entrance Gate Access after closing, but it doesn't always work for guest using the key pad. The numbers won't dial the homeowner. Overall I would not recommend Beazer homes. While our builder was good to work with and was very attentive, the craftsmanship is lacking in many areas and it is obvious Beazer cuts corners with small things. Doors are hung crookedly, cabinet doors are uneven, small nicks in the sheet rock are evident, and there were several items left over after we bought that took several weeks to fix. We are also already on our third warranty request within 3 months. We bought a home that the builder built with no buyer. They chose all of the options and lot. While we love the floor plan and the options, the workers attention to detail is definitely lacking. Things like the bathroom lights not covering the holes in the wall, paint splattered all over our hardwood floor, nicks and dings everywhere. Stay on top of them!

In response to this survey I do have items that were being addressed by warranty claim It seems that the follow up is laxidasical as the 10 day inspection was initiated by me after 20 days Promised items aren't on time and usually require multiple calls to remind them, filter, hose, sprinkler, wood plugs for steps, etc. The items that were deficient are the drywall , Lot of cracking in the ceiling and multiple joints The garbage disposal did not have electric cord, windows, door adjustments The same goes for the 45 day inspection...Have yet to hear from Joe Warranty or anyone else

The homes are beautiful, but it’s a shame of how little regard goes into the construction process! We have moved into our new home after the final walk through, and found many imperfections in the final outcome. You really need a good final inspector to oversee your construction before the final walk through! Now that we are moved in, we have found too many errors and lack of oversight on craftsmanship and this is very unfortunate. I use to do this for David Weekly years ago and the builder was satisfied with my work and it should be applied to all your new homes!

I would not build with Beazer again. I had a bad experience dealing with the sales office where the sales manager stated that they would match a price drop in backlog sales. The amount was much smaller than what was promised. The builder was not flexible at all on the home construction. Little things like the height of a fire place mantle or length of the fence was not customizable. House seems structurally sound however just had forth visit to get hvac balanced window problem took 6 weeks to correct. Drawer that was broken when our walk-thru took a month to get fixed. We have had multiple construction issues from leaking doors to a dead weed filled lawn. Why do they wait until closing before issues are fixed. This builder needs aome leadership at all levels improving on details and customer service. Beazer could be a better builder if they raised their standards and took pride in their product.
