The quality checks before closing are lacking. The noise in the unit is totally unacceptable. The move in experience was less than expected.

I was looking for a home to hold my furniture that I was bringing from my old house in Illinois. I looked at many new builds and to many used homes and when I came into the model home I knew I was home. I sent photos to my wife and she was in love. The sales person was great she went out of her way to make sure I had photos every other day as the House was being built. When my wife saw the house for the first time she was in love with it. Nine months they worked closely with us despite COvid and a delay in our move. Monika kept us informed every step of the way an insured the home we wanted was available. She took the time to send us photos!! Once we arrived Stacy welcomed us and throughly explained all aspects of all the nook and crannies within the home. Always availed to assist and explain with any questions we had. Both of them made our Beazer purchase exceptional.

We couldn’t have had a better home buying experience! I expected to feel stressed at some point during the process but it was truly enjoyable all thanks to everyone at Beazer. Everyone was very kind, professional, prompt, and thorough. A lot of the standards with Beazer seemed to be upgrades if we would’ve went with another builder. We were updated weekly on the status of our home and the future plans for the week. We were given a projected closing date and we closed on that exact date.

Our experience was flawless and stress free right from the initial model home viewing. The team made the decision process extremely easy and straight forward for us, the financing quick and streamlined, and our experience at the design center was also top notch and enjoyable. We needed minor items fixed and had some simple questions after 2 days of moving in. We called the person who conducted the Home Orientation and he had left the company. We called our selling agent and never received a call back. Come to find out they had all left or been moved to another location. I had to go to the leasing office to get an answer to my issue. Simply seemed unprofessional that no one returned our calls and I had to go to the office to resolve it myself. Hope this isn't the norm.

I wasn't looking for a new home, but my experience from when i first entered the model. I knew this home had everything i would want in a new home Sales consultant was very knowledgeable and kept us up to date on our new build throughout the process. Superintendents take great pride in the quality and workmanship to ensure a quality home is built. I love my home and neighborhood. Would highly recommend buying a Beazer home.
