I would NEVER recommend Beazer Homes. They are an absolutely awful company with the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I can't count the amount of times i was threatened with canceling my contract and loss of my deposit. We've been in the house a month and the path to the front door is already sinking and become very uneven. Do not buy from these people

Nail heads were not flush on the door frames, fireplace. I can see the nail heads on the woodwork. Garage door frame has a big gap and no caulking. Counter tops on master vanity and kitchen seams are very obvious and not smooth. Tile floor is not level.

Closed escrow at the end of Jan 2020 and have have 50 customer service issues tickets open. Crooked walls, poor drywall, broken furnace, damaged cabinets, things built out of plan/out of spec. cracked concrete, deformed toilets, yard flooding, the list goes on and on goes on, Extremely poor craftsmanship. I’m embarrassed I bought a Beazer home. My last home was a new build by Lennar and we had ZERO issues. STAY AWAY FROM BEAZER

My wife and I bought a Beazer home after considering doing a remodel of our previous house. We decided to go with Beazer because we liked the floor plan, the sales person, the quality and craftsmanship of the model homes. Unfortunately the craftsmanship of the house we bought is very poor. Our close date was pushed 3 times because the house was not ready. It's been almost 2 months and we are still working out issues the builder agreed to fix prior to closing. We decided to buy new so we wouldn't have to chase contractors to finish a remodel project however we are still dealing with that ...

Poor Quality Control and Construction Supervisor has no control about quality of work

Everything is left to sub contractors and their vendors, no control by construction supervisor as he may be handling too many jobs, response to customer questions during construction is very negative and try to reply as that is standard in Central Florida as labor shortage, Pressure test on water pipes not done properly and resulted in water leaks under the concrete slabs even after four days of purchase.

Be very careful and make sure you totally understand what they are offering. Words get twisted, stories change, promises get broken and there is a lot of misinformation given out. The homes seem well made but all the trades lacked finesse and quality. Already many problems to fix on a brand new home. The standard options leave much to be desired. Minimal quality at best.

After having Beazer build a home for my mother, we thought we could entrust Beazer with our next project. All started well and had a great sales person who went above and beyond to make our process enjoyable. The shortcomings of everyone else quickly tainted the wonderful job that JB had done up until that point. Beazer tried to push the close date of our house to meet their fiscal year closing. The down turn started when we showed up to our final inspection and walk through and encountered a house without appliances, missing toiler and wrong closet doors.... just to name a few. There ...

The staff was very helpful in selecting "extras". The sales rep did a great job of explaining the use of the select mortgage program and savings. Our disappointment comes in the closing process and the lack of quality control. After 2 months we are still waiting for action on our 2+page punch list. Most items on the list are a result of sloppy workmanship and oversight. Our home inspector referred to the work as below industry standards.

I purchased a new home with beazer expecting a home in excellent condition and after I closed escrow, I came to notice issues with the property. The flooring that was installed in the downstairs kitchen is scratched and needs to be replaced. Also some exterior lights outside attached to my property aren't working. There are a couple more outstanding issues added to that list but those are just two. I've filed warranty claims with beazer over a month ago and I'm still waiting for my issues to be fixed. When we purchase home, we were limited to what could be done to fix some of the issue we found prior to the closing, per the builder we either take the way it was or they will find another buyer and after checking with their manager they advise that none of the outstanding issues couldn’t be fixed, now I have this issues on my lap trying to have them fix when they could have done this prior to my closing. Very very Poor Customer Service. Not recommended for first time home buyer. It looks like they use poor quality materials for building. Poor door sealing system. AC system built poorly. Bedroom temperature does not match the rest of the house. It is too cold compared to rest of the house and same with master bedroom. It feels like there is no insulation, because bathroom stays colder than Bedroom and Bedroom stays colder than rest of the house. So, when i adjust the temperature for bedroom it gets hot in other parts of the house. And, my house is just 1 floor.

This will be my third time writing this review. Clearly Beazer does not want my voice to be heard. They continue to come up with reasons as to why my review can not be posted. The same review was given multiple different reasons as to why it had to be redone. However I am not surprised. You can not trust these people. So I will make this short and sweet. Do not buy a beazer home. Their sales staff is not professional. Their construction staff is unprofessional. The sub contractors that come and fix your home are also unprofessional. I like my home, but the problem is that my car was damaged by a Beezer subcontractor and Beazer has made no effort to rectify the situation. The repair cost is minimal to the car, it's the principal that Beazer does not accept responsibility for it's subcontractors. Considering this I do not encourage anyone to buy a Beazer home.

This is my third time purchasing a new construction home. By far, this one takes the cake as the worst experience I have ever had for buying new construction homes. Beazer, rushed the home to meet their end of fiscal year budget deadline. When rushing, it led to poor communications. I was in the house every weekend to look for defects. One main issue I discovered with the framing was never addressed and they put the drywall up without giving a pre-drywall inspection. Furthermore, to meet the end of FY budget deadline the subs were rushed and the work was incredibly sloppy. In the military ...

Everything in a Beazer home is builder grade. The workmanship throughout the home's systems is poor quality. The finishes are minimal, for example, there is no molding around windows or ceilings. The trim molding at the floor is cut haphazardly and nail holes are not finished or stick out of the trim in many areas. Every system in the house I bought had to be corrected. The ac, garage door, fireplace. water and duct systems were not hooked up correctly and all had to have corrective work done to make them function. DO NOT PAY FOR PAINT UPGRADE! We were told we had a contract on one of their homes. On the drive back to the state we live in still was told we had the contract. Get home five hours later and told her we lost the home. Pick a new home explained how we needed to move quickly because we thought we were getting the other home and our current home had sold. They said we would close within two weeks it was a month! This was our worst experience ever purchasing a home and we have done this 11 times.
