The design and attention to detail is comparable to the “luxury” home builders in the valley .. Beazer Lucero has upped the game . Our builder jacie is on top of the game the entire time and alongside with our representative Liz , they kept us up to date all every aspect of this build .. they take pride in their build and in each home. Highly recommend

We are very satisfied with our experience with Beazer. Our home is beautifully built with great quality and craftsmanship. Customer service was excellent - from Carmen, the home sales agent, to Bob, the builder. They communicated well throughout the entire process and ensured we were happy with our new home purchase.

It was good experience with Beazer because Crystal and Cory were outstanding, so nice and helpful. Any questions I had they provided a satisfactory response that I was happy with. They are an asset to the Beazer company.

Beazer isn't worried about building a quality home. They immediately after closing turn you over to the warranty department and any problems are ignored.

Houses are very well designed and great floor plans but can't say the same about the workmanship. Also be prepared to move into a home that still has things that need to be completed or repaired. At least that has been my experience.

Builder is a nice guy and very professional.

Pay attention to detail, guidelines, and false promises. The builder will contact the buyer constantly trying to get good marks on an after-closing survey in order to advance in the company and/or receive a bonus. After the survey was submitted, the builder has yet to complete prior promises. Multiple complaints from this new development regarding backyard fencing parameters and guidelines, we have been told three different fence lines at different instances. Basically all of the homes already built have lot drainage issues, some much worse than others. We have been told the gated entrances are "coming soon" for months now. From the moment we started the process to the end everyone on the team showed us genuine care and concern to meet our expectations. Even a few calls since moving in to the warranty team have been handled expertly!

Very easy to work with everyone I’ve talked to from Beazer, whether that’s sales staff, closing staff, construction, or even VENDORS! They are all great and helpful. I’ve never seen them have any excuses for anything, they are very FAIR and helpful. I would recommend.

Great place to invest, quality homes.

I love the quality built construction of my home and the energy effieciency my home has with the spray foam insulation.....That alone saves me money every single day. I love the style and design of my Duet floor plan, too. Great job, Beazer! I truly found the best value for my money and am enjoying the no maintenance lifestyle my Duet home has. Thank you

From the beginning to the end my experience has been amazing. From the first moment we walked into the door to look at the model homes we were greated with a smile and answered all of our questions, to when we decided to purchase Tige had every answer and when he didn't know or the subject needed a little more explaining John our contractor was one call away and continues to be a call away. John has answered from the tinniest question to the biggest. The best part about building our home was every week I would get a picture of the progress that was being made and it truly was amazing to see our home grow from the ground up. From the sales team to the builder, Beazer kept me informed every step of the way and their response time is excellent. My home is just beautiful and the community is just what I was looking for.

Sales team was great, construction manager was great to answer any issues quickly.

The process of purchasing a home with Beazer was outstanding. The sales agent (Jim) was very knowledgable about the process and took his time going over every paperwork to ensure we understood everything. The ladies at the Design Studio (Linda and Maria) were outstanding, professional and patient with us while we chose the designs for our home and the Customer Service agent (Cory) took his time with us going over every details of the home, from top to bottom and he continued to stay in contact with us after we moved into the home. We have been in our new home for a little over a month and they all still check on us to make sure we are ok and everything with the home is outstanding ... More

The ladies in the front were always helpful and knowledgeable and made the home buying process easy. As far as the build of the house, it was rushed and very sloppy. We were not able to close on time and during our walkthrough we noticed a ton of things they needed to fix but they were not able to fix them before moving in. After moving into the house and living here for 2 months we are still waiting for them to fix everything that was subpar and now we are being inconvenienced. We are still unsure of when things will get fixed such as broken baseboards, hollow tiles, dirty/broken doors, nails left in the foundation, grout discoloration, hollow tiled shower, places where grout has holes, crack in our front door frame, and a garage door that doesn’t work properly. These are all things that were brought to their attention that beazer could’ve fixed and taken care of during the build process and before closing. ... More

The entire Beazer team from Sales (Ryan) to production (Ed) and post support has been amazing. We couldn't be any happier about our decision to buy from Beazer at Bayside!

We would like to say that this whole process from the time we signed the contract to the day we went to closing was extremely smooth. We were informed every step of the way even when we moved in.The Builder showed us how to use all the appliances and features that Pertain to our new home.If your in the market for a new home Beazer is the way to go.
