When you have your walk through make sure your check every thing over really good. DONT close until everything is fixed and working. Our house was a "rush" job to close by Beazer's year end of September and we have had so many issue's that take way too long for them to address.

Awful Warranty service less than a month in my new home

We had our doorbell ringer inside almost catch on fire less than a month moved into our brand new home! Called the warranty service right away to get an electrician out and it has been 3 weeks and still nothing!!! The warranty is a joke. We also had a few other issues and still have not heard back from anyone in over a week!

I understand that when purchasing a new home it’s not always going to be 100% perfect but this home had a TON of cosmetic issues. First, we called the contractor who promised to fix everything as soon as possible. A week went by and nothing got done. Then they sent their warranty guy to take a look and he said that there were a lot of issues and promised to get it done as soon as possible. Lots of problems. Water leaking, dead grass ,missing facets, damage cabinets, but still did not get fixed. It has been more than a month and we have been complaining to get them fix. No show on the day that they told us to come more than twice. I wasted my time to stay home and waiting for them. Builder just started to fix them this week.

I typed a lengthy response for submittal. I stated I had inappropriate language and when I returned to previous all was erased. Just like you poor site customer service, bad quality build filled with discrepancies I still feel no one cares.

The wood used around the windows and doors is dented and damaged but it was still used and then they paint over the damaged areas. Please don't even consider Beazer Homes. Good home designs but quality of work is very very bad. You have to run behind them to get stuff done. You need to repeatedly request them to make changes. Changes which could have been easily avoided. Paint work, wood work, flooring finish, tiles,... is pathetic. Not sure how other properties of Beazer Homes are but the one at Clarksville, MD is definitely very bad at quality of work.

Very poor management/ builder. No verification is done by builder after each major work is done by contractor. Did not use enough cement and send ration, not strong. My suggestion is builder need to review / talk with customer before each major work/construction is done. Make sure both are same page.

Poor customer Service things promise that we’re not done things need to be done and they are ignoring us the builder treats Homeowners poorly. Closed the house at the end of June, wasn’t complete, they never gave me time for final walk and said all the fix will be done soon, not true still waiting for stuffs to be fixed. Sales lady (Erin) wasn’t helpful at all after the earnest money contract. Bad experience, if it wasn’t the location I wouldn’t have bought the house.

There has been an issue with the driveway I have been complaining for about a month, no have fixed it. A carpet person supposes to come to fix another issue in my carpets. they gave me an appointment I took a day off yet they show up. Customer service said they will reschedule but they never did. Very very poor customer service.

We purchased a spec home and wish we had kept looking. We have had numerous issues that should have been taken care of as the house was being built and definetly prior to our closing. We understand that there will be issues but the lack of interest in customer satisfaction is disappointing. The only person so far who has shown any interest is our warranty person. Also, in our opinion, the building trades they hire lack attention to detail and have no regard for the homeowners living in the homes around those being built. We definitely would not buy a Beazer home again.

We have had numerous issues with our home. First and foremost, the entire paint job is horrendous. I have a 4 year old grandson who could have done a better job. I also didn’t realize when I did my pre drywall inspection that all the interior wall studs are 24” on center. I found this out when I went to hang a picture. I guess it’s ok by Brunswick County Code. If I had known this prior to signing our contract, we never would have purchased this home. The construction manager and the sales manager didn’t care much. I had to make multiple phones calls before I could speak to them on any issues. Especially the sales manager during the whole process was very arrogant. There were few outstanding items that needed to be fixed before closing, but that never happened too.Post purchase was a similar story, no response and had to escalate but that did go too far.

Sales office people were rude and disrespectful after we signed on . We were told very rudely that we were going to loose our house because we haven't had enough activity on the sale of our existing home . Designer Susan is unprofessional. Told me not to go way out with my color scheme because they might have to resell my home . Seriousl?. When we signed on we were told we would get a sign on option credit ,we choose to use it on 3rd car garage. In the end we paid for it. So unhappy. The only decent people are Dave the builder and Bill from customer care.

17 years ago I built with Beazer so when I was in the market to buy a house again, I only looked at Beazer. I spent over 300,000.00 on this house and am so disappointed.
