From the beginning to the end my experience has been amazing. From the first moment we walked into the door to look at the model homes we were greated with a smile and answered all of our questions, to when we decided to purchase Tige had every answer and when he didn't know or the subject needed a little more explaining John our contractor was one call away and continues to be a call away. John has answered from the tinniest question to the biggest. The best part about building our home was every week I would get a picture of the progress that was being made and it truly was amazing to see our home grow from the ground up. From the sales team to the builder, Beazer kept me informed every step of the way and their response time is excellent. My home is just beautiful and the community is just what I was looking for.

Sales team was great, construction manager was great to answer any issues quickly.

The process of purchasing a home with Beazer was outstanding. The sales agent (Jim) was very knowledgable about the process and took his time going over every paperwork to ensure we understood everything. The ladies at the Design Studio (Linda and Maria) were outstanding, professional and patient with us while we chose the designs for our home and the Customer Service agent (Cory) took his time with us going over every details of the home, from top to bottom and he continued to stay in contact with us after we moved into the home. We have been in our new home for a little over a month and they all still check on us to make sure we are ok and everything with the home is outstanding ... More

The ladies in the front were always helpful and knowledgeable and made the home buying process easy. As far as the build of the house, it was rushed and very sloppy. We were not able to close on time and during our walkthrough we noticed a ton of things they needed to fix but they were not able to fix them before moving in. After moving into the house and living here for 2 months we are still waiting for them to fix everything that was subpar and now we are being inconvenienced. We are still unsure of when things will get fixed such as broken baseboards, hollow tiles, dirty/broken doors, nails left in the foundation, grout discoloration, hollow tiled shower, places where grout has holes, crack in our front door frame, and a garage door that doesn’t work properly. These are all things that were brought to their attention that beazer could’ve fixed and taken care of during the build process and before closing. ... More

The entire Beazer team from Sales (Ryan) to production (Ed) and post support has been amazing. We couldn't be any happier about our decision to buy from Beazer at Bayside!

We would like to say that this whole process from the time we signed the contract to the day we went to closing was extremely smooth. We were informed every step of the way even when we moved in.The Builder showed us how to use all the appliances and features that Pertain to our new home.If your in the market for a new home Beazer is the way to go.

Excellent experience with Beazer Homes in Clarksville MD

The extraordinary customer service I received with Beazer Homes was absolutely awesome! Their patience and expertise helped me to design a home from start to finish that was wheelchair accessible with specific modifications to increase ease of use in my day to day life.

During the process, the communication with our sales agent and our builder was excellent. They kept us informed of the progress and answered all our questions along the way. They did a great job with the property and we had a great experience.

We purchased a 55+ home and it had a lot of smart appliances. Not the best for old people. Also communicate throughout the purchase was chaotic.

Cory has still been in touch making sure the process has continued as smoothly as it started !

Great quality and attention to detail. Had a great experience with construction manager. Design center appointment was a lot of fun and design studio counselor was very friendly and professional. Overall, this was our second time building and would do it all over again. Thank you Team Beazer!

Working with Nick was great but once we moved in and are finding things under warranty has been frustrating at times.

Closing process is horrible. Especially the closing agent. They never call you. Just send emails and after you go to your closing on the set date and time, they tell you it's delayed. Even some of the jobs were not complete prior to closing till date. I was supposed to buy another rental property but decided not to go with Beazer homes anymore. I think they lack coordination and proper execution. Horrible experience.

Superintendent Cooper and his staff deserve more than 5 stars. They are always available to answer questions and make repairs. They are attentive to the needs of the customer and have positive attitudes about their positions with the company and maintain a friendly relationship with the residents.

A great experience with Beazer homes Hampton place, the NHC Kimberly and builder Mitchell are supportive and responsive!

I am a first time home buyer. I've hear over the years that this process would be a drag, but worth it in the end. I am happy to report that my experience was an absolute joy! Shannon and Jody both were kind, diligent, very knowledgeable and kept me up to date every step of the way! Thank you ladies!!
