Sales office people were rude and disrespectful after we signed on . We were told very rudely that we were going to loose our house because we haven't had enough activity on the sale of our existing home . Designer Susan is unprofessional. Told me not to go way out with my color scheme because they might have to resell my home . Seriousl?. When we signed on we were told we would get a sign on option credit ,we choose to use it on 3rd car garage. In the end we paid for it. So unhappy. The only decent people are Dave the builder and Bill from customer care.

17 years ago I built with Beazer so when I was in the market to buy a house again, I only looked at Beazer. I spent over 300,000.00 on this house and am so disappointed. I am actually trying to figure out how to get my money back out when I sell it. I paid a lot of money for a patio door that I can't open one side, another door whistles when the wind blows, and I reported tile in my shower that is cracked, didn't hear back from anyone, and when I called a month later, I was told that it was standard to have some imperfections. Poor craftsmanship poor quality control

With this being the 4th home that I reviewed for quality, there are several recommendation that Beazer should look at. • Your appliance installer should be fired. Damaged appliances, bolts missing from installation, doors messed up, etc. • Your siding contractor does very shady work. Poor bends, bad cuts, bad angles. Get someone else. • Electrician shows little attention to details. Nice look overall, but horrible build and service

The design team screwed up on the flooring and colors of the home then tried to say it was me. Thankfully I had proof with photos that was taken from design studio when I was there. They tAken forever to return once repairs are needed after closing. On a good note, Josh the representative for the community was really good and helped us with getting things straightened out.

Nice community with big lot sizes. However, you have to stay on top of this builder to make sure things are done right. Even with weekly site visits and constant contact with our builder we are still finding big problems 6 months after moving in. Our biggest issues seem to be electrical. Lights were not installed per plan (we caught this before closing and when they "fixed" it the lights were installed in the wrong room. Builder had to remove those lights and then install them in the correct room). Lights were installed far off center in multiple rooms. Our oven was wired to a breaker ...

Difficult to work with

Since we have moved in we have had several issues in the home that require repairs. Almost every vendor has either no showed us or showed up on the wrong day when no one was home to let them in. It’s extremely frustrating to have to take time off work and then have the person not show up. We have been in our home over a month and still have several issues that still need to be addressed.

Builder was horrible as keep going on vacation and not answering any of the email. Issue never taken care. When tome comes closure for the closing and we reach out to complain service then only they respond which impact our closing date as it was extended 3 time. I moved in to my new Beazer home in November, 2018. The building process was a nightmare. I have built 3 homes before this one, including one Beazer home in 1993. That experience was a good one, as well as the other two builds. This one was a nightmare from the beginning. Do not buy a Beazer home. They are poorly built and the after-sales service is non existent. Once the house is closed on, they are unresponsive and do not care about warranty-related issues.

Sadly, we have faced one disappointment after another with our new build from the signing of the contracts to obtaining permits to start of the build to the trade workers. The quality of the trade workers that our builder contracts is lacking at best. Upon closing there were still several items needing repair. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF BEAZER HOMES. I CLOSED ALMOST 3 MONTHS AGO AND I STILL HAVE OUTSTANDING ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN ADDRESSED. I'VE HAD TO CALL THE EMERGENCY WARRANTY LINE DUE TO NO HOT WATER AND NO HEAT AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. THE CRAFTSMANSHIP OF THE HOME IS VERY POOR AND IT SEEMS AS OF MY HOME WAS JUST THROWN TOGETHER. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAID, I EXPECTED WAY MORE THAN THIS.
