Water Leak and small touch-ups / fixes

We’ve had a water leak issue and disappointing that a nee home had given us problems. In addition, it has been almost 2 weeks and we are waiting for replacement flooring etc to arrive. We also had several small fixes and the management office has promised to fix these when they fix the flooring and drywall. I agree that the office has been customer friendly, but I feel let down by the quality of work.

Wasn’t informed about some of the outages like my shutter color it was changed and I didn’t even get to agree to the color!

It was great experience as a first time hime buyer. Each and every stage my sales counselor Amore educated us to understand the whole proceeds. We are very thankful to her. Also our Builder Joel Fox made our final walkthrough and addresses all the queries with in no time. We are very thankful to him as well. Finally I can proudly say, we are part of Beazer Family.

Starting off, the guys in the sales office (Russell and Jim) were and still are great. I cant say enough about them. On to the house, I feel for Javier. He's been great, returning calls/texts, answering questions and making sure problems are solved. That being said, I feel like Javier is being handcuffed by those he has to depend on (painter, plumber, etc.). It's frustrating (NOT BY JAVIER) that the plumbers or whoever are required to fix problems are only available during regular business hours. Would recommend better communication between the sales person and the buyer during the process. It seems like in most cases we had to reach out instead of Beazer contacting us. The Project Manager on site was very helpful and communicated almost regularly, at least weekly.

Many buyers experienced long delays in completing their homes, but a lot of that was outside of the control of Beazer. They really seems to care, and they put together a good home buying program with friendly people handling the user experience. I would have given five stars had it not been for the part of the process that Beazer could control - it seemed they sold more properties that they can handle, with the number of builders they had. But once they fixed some issues and got moving, the process was very good. I'd recommend purchasing a Beazer home.

As a first time buyer, the overall experience was good. Builders were prompt in responding to questions. As per my opinion below are the pros and cons: Pros - 1. Good and thoughtful design. 2. Good Location. Cons: 1. Design could have been better. Specially with 2nd floor guest bathroom. 2. Cleaning process needs improvement. 3. High price.

We had a rocky start with Beazer as the communication was not always there, but they went the extra mile to make us happy as a customer. They communicate weekly, and do follow up well, however, sometimes you have to push to the point where you are doing it yourself in a way. I feel the quality of the home is great and they do have beautiful amenities and layouts available. The neighborhood has come a long way, and has great views. Just wish the move in was on time as it got delayed multiple times causing us personal struggles to move and get acclimated.

We were very pleased with the regular communications provided by the Beazer team - especially the weekly photos and status of the build, even during slow times when very little was changing or they were waiting for inspections, supplies, etc. The team was also very responsive whenever we had questions about status, what was next, etc. We were also pleased with the closing process. Two negative comments: whomever laid the laminate floor did a good job with fit, but TERRIBLE in selection/lay of pieces! Staci and Jerry have been so helpful and informative throughout the entire process! The only thing that my wife and I are disappointed about, is our backyard grading. We've submitted warranty request, but communication with the grader has been less than ideal. We have had standing water in our backyard since we moved in, and it tends to attract insects.

I have been pleasantly surprised with the Beazer homes at Magnolia Creek. I have received great customer service from the purchase all the way through to closing and after closing from Matt and Jeff. I received second opinion that the builders did a great job with the build. I have not had any major issues since I moved in. If I do have concerns, Eric, the Beazer home consultant has been great in addressing any concerns I have. Beazer has definitely moved up my list of top builders in Maryland. Great job!
