Beazer homes in Fallbrook are so beautiful. Large spacious living area, huge backyards with a beautiful glass fence, and gorgeous mountain views. The finishing of the house is a bit suspect. I’d like to believe that Beazer would do much better than expected and I’m the only one. I’m some instances I can clearly see that quality of the finishing has been compromised. It isn’t big but maybe just cosmetic changes but give you a felling of ‘cutting corners’

Many good features with the house but also many deficiencies. Toilets had the bowl 14-1/2 inches off the floor which does not meet the ADA minimum limits. Like sitting on the floor. We had to replace the toilets. Salesman showed us the shower we were getting in the sample house. Well it was deficient and we had to replace the shower head system. Salesman said just because it was in the sample home doesn't mean we would get the features. The alarm company always puts a module in the master bedroom. Our bedroom doesn't have a phone line. Being that this was the 2nd house I built. The first with DR, I understand delays, but whew... the time frame was 9 months off!! The workmanship is subpar and there have been 1 too many issues with Beazer. Not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to build with Beazer.

Bad experience with the builder, multiple things needed to be fixed in orientation and they promised me they were going to fix all of them! And they give me their guarantee. Paint job was done poorly and never fix it, they were sloppy and careless on the few things they try to fix. They misled me and rush me into signing the final contract. I've been in the house for about two months and they basically forgot about all the things needed to be fixed Would not recommend Beezer.
