Several options that influenced my decision to buy were changed without advising me. Ie: the master bathroom and the master bedroom door(s) It may have been in plans but that can easily be missed. After closing on the home I had issues with an Hd outlet. I could not find the lower end of the tube, making impossible to snake the cable through. I had not only multiple delays which I understood initially, but I consistently got wrong information and did not know what was correct and what wasn’t. I finally did close, but have yet to hear about some things in my kitchen that were not finished and can’t seem to get it touch with anyone.

After spending half million dollar in your new home we expect atleast great materials and good work, but our experience with Beazer homes got really bitter. They lack on communication, they will tell you house is ready for closing but upon checking lots of things are incompleted and Ofcourse broken too. We have to call them and ask them multiple times for status rather than them calling us. They donot do quality assurance check before the final walk through with customers. Poor planning and finishing

Our home was not even close to what was originally scheduled which created quite the financial burden on us as we had to move twice, pay for storage and overpay on short-term leases. Now that we are in the home we have an array of issues from flooring, sub-flooring, poorly installed cabinets, damaged tiles, roof leaks, damaged countertops, drywall cracks/water damage, incorrectly installed doors…the list goes on…we are essentially living through a renovation vs the turn-key home we were expecting. Buyer Beware!

The whole experience after the initial signing of the contract was a headache. Home finishing quality is terrible, features that were expected from model walkthrough were not built in new home, bottom line no pride in their profession. After the housing shortage passes maybe they will have to actually present a better product.

Of course i went with a great recommendation from my friend on choosing Beazer homes, Apparently they had a very good experience and build quality which pushed my interest in pursuing my purchase experience with Beazer. The sales was very good, very high expectations and had a smiling welcome. The build plan didn't start for 3 months and then slowly it moved inches and inches to get to a decent level. Beazer unfortunately did not like my first review and sent me a notification to redo it. So I dropped it from 2 stars to 1. Plain and simple, the process was a nightmare. Beazer had a ton of mistakes throughout the process and then wanted to penalize me for it. I brought up an issue 3 months before closing and they waited till the month of closing to tell me they can’t get it fixed in time, and that I can either move back the closing date another month or accept it as is with minimal contribution. The sales rep was very helpful

We are very disappointed with the quality of painting at our house. The paint is already fading off or as u see a little stain and try to wipe it you can literally see the bare cardboard or the wall. It is clear they did only a single layer of paint throughout the house. This is terrible compared to our previous house we built from Ryan homes. We thought Beazer was way better than Ryan homes. We are very disappointed. Also as soon as we moved in we started steeping on needs on the staircase and had two incident where kids were injured and I️ personally and was bleeding.

Terrible Experience

I had a terrible experience, things are still not repaired that were pointed out during the build in October and November of last year. I was never sent update or progress reports on what was happening or what to expected. When they've come to repair things they've created more damage, things actually look worse then they did before the repairs. I would never again choose to build thru Beazer home, I'm not even sure if I will ever have a new home build with the experience I had and am having with Beazer.

Struggle to get things done

This Builder does not care about its customer, but just make money by selling the house and moving on to the next project, something that could have taken a few months, ended up being a year-long project with 3 contractors(in real-world you only need one) and poor quality, not good finish and least concern about our safety, our house was right on the edge of the highway. They are not even concerned about our safety and would not even build us a fence for safety reasons. Overall worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!

Delay delay dirty incomplete house

Delayed multiple months from initially quoted build time, house was not complete, very little care or response from the sales agent, builder, or company. We had paint on every window and all over the flooring. The house was obviously not cleaned, big muddy boot prints left in the carpet, drywall dust all over everything, nails and screws had to be picked up up all over the property. There were many issues, most were addressed, some were not. When the sod was installed, it was not installed on an "even" grade, back yard hold water. It was full of ruts and dead grass. Brian (construction supervisor) stated that it was, but the lawn crew had mowed it after having the sprinklers on for 2-3 days. They tried to "roll" the grade, but on a dry day, so it did nothing.
