If buying a home from Beazer homes, please make sure you do a walk through every week to make sure your home is build properly and you are getting what you pay for. If not, you will be buying a home that will needs thousands of dollars worth of work after you close on the home. True this is a sellers market, but buying a brand new home from a well known builder should not come with any headaches after closing and moving in. Questionable business practices and substandard quality

I paid nearly 420k for my home. I found overpaid 419k. My house has bowing walls, chipped corners, sloppy paint, uneven floor, cracked shower, deteriorating siding, uneven brick, etc I could go on for hours.

Multiple delays in closing for 6 months and still the house isn't completely finished, 2 months after closing. Time will tell if this house was worth the hassle of a new build because I think I got the "rustic" style home with exposed nails, trim that doesn't line up, and splintered ends. Not a good experience.

We are very unhappy with the process right from the day we signed the contract till date. The quality of service was very disappointing. I would never recommend this builder. It’s been almost 2 months since we moved in and there are still things pending from the builder..

Misinformation and poor communication on house electrical issues

I was not told I couldn’t put a refrigerator in the garage because the circuit is defective and can’t handle the load, so I purchased a refrigerator and had to return it because I was not told the garage circuit could not handle the refrigerator prior to my move in date. Now Beazer managers don’t want to reimburse me for my return fees. This is unacceptable that a new home owner has to deal with such a problem, when we already have multiple things to deal with when moving into a new house.

Our was built on an old cypress pond. In itself isn’t an issue but Beazer’s lack of interest in researching proper ground preparation snd treatment had caused several townhouses to be infested by springtail bugs and ants. When asked about it we were simply dismissed and told it was our problem even though we were granted final inspection only an hour before closing and Beazer refused to properly treat outside the homes to prevent such large infestation. However, beyond this little issue Beazer is acutely aware that this is a sellers market snd takes full advantage of any potential buyer. ...

I wouldn’t buy beazer homes at all when we first came into our new home it was dirty! We had to clean it ourselves! None of our Ethernet jacks work in the house which come in Standard but they try to upsell you in sales! Customer service is poor and also management! The walk through wasn’t like it should’ve been we didn’t even put blue tape because he said we will take care of it! I’m not the only one that’s having this problem in this community! Do your research before you buy!

Stay away. Cheap everything from appliances , windows,doors. They use the worst quality in everything….the cheapest they can get by with . I would not recommend Beazer to anyone and wish I had never purchased one of their homes.

There are multiple issues with house. I have to work with multiple vendors and several followups to get the things done. Not pleasant experience for new home buyers. Where do we start... We purchased the home in April 2021, we were constantly bombarded with phone calls "We need your Deposit, payment, etc" and by the way, you can only work with their lenders. Once we closed, communication ended there, when we needed warranty work, no communication. Mind you we have only been here 2 months and these are the issues that have Not been taken care of, or taken care of with a lack of professionalism: before we even moved in, we noted that the landscaping was horrible, we were told "oh it's okay, it will be fine", landscaping completely dead, okay we can wait ...

I was a first-time home buyer, and Beazer Homes ruined my experience. I love the location and the residents but I hate to say that I wouldn't have bought this condo if I was aware of such poor and sloppy quality of this building. There is no parking for visitors.
