-they rushed on our home to close in time for Quarter Reviews. -before closing, there were a handful of things that needed to be fixed. We were told it would be done after closing. We’ve closed, now trying to get a hold of a supervisor is like waiting for rain in a dessert. Ridiculous. -we will never build a Beazer home again

Sadly, we have faced one disappointment after another with our new build from the signing of the contracts to obtaining permits to start of the build to the trade workers. The quality of the trade workers that our builder contracts is lacking at best. Upon closing there were still several items needing repair. It is 90 days since we have closed and those items are still in need even after trade workers have been in to do the work. This was our first new build and unfortunately we have not enjoyed it all. This was meant to be our dream home and we honestly are displeased. We have not been ...

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF BEAZER HOMES. I CLOSED ALMOST 3 MONTHS AGO AND I STILL HAVE OUTSTANDING ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN ADDRESSED. I'VE HAD TO CALL THE EMERGENCY WARRANTY LINE DUE TO NO HOT WATER AND NO HEAT AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. THE CRAFTSMANSHIP OF THE HOME IS VERY POOR AND IT SEEMS AS OF MY HOME WAS JUST THROWN TOGETHER. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAID, I EXPECTED WAY MORE THAN THIS.

Very bad material quality used in my new house, a lot of issues with my new house in my first 2 weeks like my heater stop working, my water pipes became a part and it took them one day to fix it and I stayed without water for one day, my backyard landscape unbalanced so water staying in my yard and so many other issues with my house, I thought if I buy a new house that will give me peace of mind for at least 5 years or so but unfortunately NOT.

Poor layout, poor design, cheap materials! The home designer designed this house with very little thought and outside-in! There are windows in the house that do not open (fixed windows). No lights in any of the rooms so at night one walks into a pitch dark room. Extremely poor master bedroom design that will not accommodate king size bed. No linen closet to store towels and other bathroom essentials. It's all about the money for this builder. I would not recommend this builder to anyone who's looking for their 1st home.

Beazer's end of year is end of September so when our home was close to completion they slammed it into what they considered a done phase. When we pointed out about 12 things on our punch list inclusing a cracked tub they basically forced us to close stating that they would charge us $2000 in fees for not closing. Our understaing is that they do this at the end of any/all months. Since then we had to become our own Project Managers to the point that they would ask us what still need to be completed. The trade company they hire are sloppy. I'm very unhappy with paint speckles all over my cabinets, chandelier and hardwood floor. My front door has the ugliest paint job imaginable. We have lived in our brand new house for almost 5 months and we are still having issues in our house that were never fixed. Some of these issues are from the inspection done a month before we even closed on the house. The more we live in the house, the more we see the flaws in the workmanship of the sub contractors because their only goal is to do the work as fast as they can to move on to the next house, even if that means cutting corners or doing sub standard work. It seems as soon as they get your money for the house, you are not important to provide customer service. They are very poor at ...

My experience was so frustrating, it is difficult to summarize. I'll say that there was no attention to detail. A level and tape measure would have gone a long way. Near closing, when something was pointed out and rectified, more problems were created. For example, the floor people didn't care about the texture on the walls. The tile people didn't care about the counters, and on and on and on. Near, and even after closing, as soon as one crew left, I noted damage to other areas of the house. When those areas were repaired, other areas were damaged. I feel my story sounds unbelievable, ...
