inconsistent communication and resending documents several times

Builders are good, but staff must be in better integrity and coordinate their communication systems so as to not send the same documents 3-4 times. It held up the home buying process and creating many inefficiencies throughout. We like our home!

The whole experience was fantastic. Of course waiting for the house is the worst part. But I have to say, Beazer delivered and our house was overall on schedule. The whole process was amazing with Beazer from our wonderful sales lady Janine Whipple to the builder Gabe Beltran. These two really put as at ease and always made us feel Beazer was the right choice. The house is amazing, the upgrades we picked were so worth it. Great process, not so great appliances

The building process was great. However, our oven wouldn’t work and it took a month for Whirlpool to come fix it. We just ran the heater for the first time and it wouldn’t heat. I called the Beazer warranty office and there was no sense of urgency. Someone reached out after hours and said they would have someone who is on call contact me but no one ever did. I am still waiting on someone to reach out this morning. When you spend this much money on a house, everything should work the first time.

Purchase and move-in could not have been any smoother. New home counselor Kelly provided valued assistance throughout the purchase process. Prior to the move-in Community Builder Jack provided for a thorough walk through. A few minor items were noted and corrected without delay.

They build these homes up so fast and with so many mistakes. They need to slow the process down a bit and take some time and effort with building these homes. Next time I will be building custom not with Beazar homes.

Horrible finish work and follow up by company

Had multiple finish issues at pre closing walkthrough that were not fixed by closing. Construction manager promised to send someone out to fix issues-never did. 3 weeks later we’re told it has to go through warranty dept. Submitted list and a month later still waiting for someone to contact us.

Thankful for the Beazer Team, especially our Superintendent Troy! We were shocked to be moved in 5 months after with picked our lot. Though it was quick, the quality is great! We used a 3rd party inspector through out the build and got very little back-- they corrected all issues. Troy was amazing at delivering service and communicated with us weekly and every time we reached out. The design center was fun and the staff was super helpful on picking out items/style.
