Nice place to live in, build quality is good.

Everything was great except the salesperson was unprofessional who yells on customers.

We have several issues that haven’t been fixed for over a month since moving in.

House is very Energy Efficient, Workmanship is good, Just like any other new house there were few Issues here and there but level of service I recieved after I bought the house is what made it all worth it. Gary the Project Manager that helped us fix everything was the best!!

From the beginning, Cathy was very welcoming and was well informed on the process. Any questions I had she answered and if she didn't know she always try to find out. Todd the assistant builder was great, he kept in touch with the progress of the house and I was not left wondering what was going on. I am a little disappointed on the time it is taking to process my repair, I have squeaky floors and have submitted a claim, to date no progress on that.. I am been told that they will get to me after COVID, what if that takes 2years, will I need to live with squeaky floors for 2 years. I lowered the stars to a 4 based on that. ... More

Great quality overall and even better service. Any issues or defects I have come across have been corrected quickly.

My home is beautiful and the process was fairly easy. The only problem that I have is that when we purchased our lot, we were told that we had the biggest lot in this area which isn't the case. The house across the street has a bigger backyard and they are able to have a 10ft rv gate. We are definitely a little disappointed because of that.

My experience with all Beazer employees have been excellent. From salesman to home warranty folks everyone has been very helpful. One thing they can improve on attention to details in the buildings. I am sure they hire cheap contractors and as a result little things like uneven drain installation in sinks and showers , uneven base boards etc can be seen in the construction.

We love our new home, just took Beazer a while to get us in it.

Beazer is very good at building homes. Their customer service is very good as well. We had to build this home while we lived in another city 2 hours away and were only able to visit the site a couple of times during the build. Even without our involvement onsite, the house turned out fabulous.

Lisa and Eric walked us through the entire process. They kept us well informed and kept our realtor and lender in the communication loop.. from start to finish, an overall great experience. But now, months later, our street lights still not activated while later phases are already working.

Do a few walk throughs to iron out any glitches

We just moved in to it townhouse. If Beazer fixes some of the issues then my rating could go up. Overall the process has been fairly smooth.

the home buying experience was simple and done in a timely manner. we had issues with the preferred lender, the biggest being failure to communicate with us. Also had some issues with the home after closing however, those issues are being addressed. I expect small problems with new construction however, I was not satisfied with the overall cleanliness and condition of the home at closing. When you purchase a new home it should of been handed over in prestige condition however, that was not the case. Love our new home and becoming acquainted with neighbors despite the lockdown by coronavirus. House was completed in about 80 days and love the finishes. Landscape was limited, requiring a rework and eventually replaced everything.

People at Beazer were very open, cooperative, honest, and forthright throughout the entire process of buying my home. I would like to recommend them to anyone interested in buying a home in that area.

Loved working with the team. The overall work is great except for the finishing. The finishing is not clean and very little attention paid to details

The entire process from beginning to settlement was smooth and easy for the most part. Our walk through issues were taken care of immediately and the home was prepared nicely. Shannon Taylor was wonderful to deal with always pleasant and always willing to help with our questions. Home seems built very well.

Due to the virus, the communication was not always great

I think everyone did a good job answering all our questions.

They were a joy to work with. Very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. Even after everything was completed I continued to stay in touch with the builder and he continued to help me with odds and ends.

My wife and I have bought 6 homes since we've been married, but this is our first new construction. We had not anticipated the little things that go along with new home construction, but, thanks to the help from John (construction top dog)and Greg (customer service honcho), we're getting adjusted. 4 stars overall, but 5 stars each for John and Greg!

We highly recommend a independent home inspection. Visiting the site during construction is crucial. Build a relationship with the construction manager and the team. Purchase the highest upgrades that you can afford. Remember you can’t go back.
