We purchased a new home and have had issues. First the design did not give us accurate information, after the fact we found out items were available that we were told they did not have. We made changes and the change orders didnt seem to make it to the job site. Our master shower tile has been an issue. They have made "repairs" several times. Each time the repairs made it worse. We are still fighting with this. We have other small items that have not been resolve yet. We hope they get to them. But it seems like if we dont follow up repeatedly nothing happens. We pointed out items during the build but they did not correct them until after additional work was done. Example dry wall, they needed to move a vent in the entry hall. We reminded them repeatedly. They went ahead and drywalled, mudded, and painted. Then had to go back and cute the drywall out. They drywalled over a data port in the study we pointed this out but they did all the finish work and then had to go back and cut the dry wall. It seems like any time they have to go back and do repair work, the condition is worse. I would strongly recommend you monitor things closely and stay on top of them until all items are fixed. We had friends who used Beazer in a different community and they did not have any of these issues. Not sure what it is with the builder here in El Cidro. They don't seem to be on top of things and it doesn't appear there is any quality control. We have involved management but even then we have to continually reach out for updates. They don't seem to write any issue down so it seems like I am telling them about the problems repeatedly. Another example is the light in the garage has not worked since our new home orientation. We are approaching 2 months soon and they have still not correct this. Our lock on he door from the garage to the house is not keyed correctly. It has been about 5 weeks and this has still not been corrected. Again, stay on them. This has been more stressful than I would have expected for what we paid for the home. ... More

They were pleasant to work with!! This was my first home purchase and they made it very easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I am pleased & excited with our new home purchase. The building manager Mr. Dio was very helpful during the process.

Overall, the home buying experience was great! Most importantly, once you buy the house, their service has been exemplary! If there are any issues or items to fix, they repair quickly. We moved here in March, and they still are very quick to do repairs. They are very responsive!

The build process with Beazer Homes was great, there was transparency and clear communication throughout the build of our home from both Rachel R. in Beazer Sales and Mike B. whom is our Beazer Construction Manager. Rachel helped us select the right model to choose and led us through the easy process of Beazer Choice in selecting the right mortgage lender for our financial needs. Mike did a great job of ensuring things went according to plan and was quick to make adjustments when they were needed. Diane L. in the Beazer Design Studio was awesome to work with, helping us select all of the finer details and upgrades to make our new home look amazing. Mike and the Beazer team, including DeMarcus in Beazer Customer Care, have been great to work with after the closing on our new home to ensure everything is just as it should be in a high-quality home. We are really enjoying our new Beazer home, it feels like it was made just for us and we've felt like home in it since we moved in. While the layout of the home is beautiful, the quality of work is poor. The building process left us feeling exhausted, like less of a client and more of a checkbook. Client care could seriously be improved, cheap labor could be replaced by quality craftsmen, and contractors need to learn a thing or two about their own profession. We unfortunately frequently felt deceived, and like we honestly should have been paid to do the job since we ended up being the ones who had to manage everyone at the end of the day. Happy to have a new home even with the poor quality craftsmanship, but very very disappointed with the build experience; we did not feel at all like Beazer cared. My process had some personal hiccups but the end result was a stellar home built by a stellar builder! Frank & Don made the selection & process that much smoother! Beazer family forever!

The Sales People and Construction Managers were very knowledgeable and accessible. Ali and Keven were the best.

I am not sure who thought it was a bright idea to build a partial trail so close to a home. I will say as the homeowner it was not such a bright idea. The half trail has somehow given neighbors the green light to cut through my yard everyday, all day and without hesitation; resulting in damaged grass/yard, dog feces, etc., etc.!!

We have several issues that haven’t been fixed for over a month since moving in.

I bought a beautiful model in a lovely Beazer neighborhood. Our sales experience was fantastic - everything upon inspection through the first 30 days has been a mess! Countless repairs required, broken (new) appliances, electrical issues all over the home, inconsistent follow up, weeks to complete repairs. It has been 45 days with several issues still not resolved. Shop your builder and get feedback on how they handle post move in issues!

My experience building with Beazer Homes was excellent. Both Katy and Todd kept on top of things for me since I was moving from Michigan to Texas. Todd has been especially on top of things needing refining since I have moved in my new home. I would highly recommend Beazer Homes.

Everything went smoothly, the entire Beazer team was great.

Feels like I bought a lemon.. the entire experience up to not has not been enjoyable nor similar to prior experiences. Keys didn’t work day of closing, garage door didn’t work, more than 5 electrical problems, terrible communication and customer service. Would not recommend this company nor will I buy a Beazer home again.

Throughout the construction process, Project Manager, Chad, and Beazer Realtor, Angelo, did an outstanding job in providing weekly updates via FaceTime and calls. Since we lived in NH and couldn’t be there, this process made us very comfortable that things were moving ahead as planned. Also the meeting at the Design Center meeting was well done. We highly recommend Beazer Homes and couldn’t be more pleased with our new home.

House is very Energy Efficient, Workmanship is good, Just like any other new house there were few Issues here and there but level of service I recieved after I bought the house is what made it all worth it. Gary the Project Manager that helped us fix everything was the best!!

Enclave at Daves Creek is at perfect location with good school ratings, park nearby and less than 10 minute drive to freeway US-19. Builder had good choice plans and delivered the house on time and was helpful in resolving any minor construction issues once moved in.
