Beaver was great got the house built in a timely manner. Only issue I have is the finishing touches were terrible. Chalking was done, flooring in bathroom bubbling up. Paint finishes not the best.

We have had many problems with this house, but luckily most appear to be minor. We spoke to lots of our neighbors who seem to have the same issues. We had a crack in the foundation that resulted in a leak within 1 week of moving in. Apparently this happens a lot and fortunately didn't have our basement finished by them so it limited the damage. At this price point you would expect a certain quality. We spend about 50k in additional upgrades. Our quartz counters had huge scratches in it that they buffed out, but now you can see a big area of discrepancy. some of the stainless steel ...

We had a fairly easy experience from start to finish with the purchasing process. The realtors in the Cactus Ridge office went above and beyond to ensure we had answers to every questions we had. All in all, we were very satisfied with the process. Unfortunately, once we got into our home, we have noticed multiple issues with the quality of work that was done. We have received quick response from the warranty team, but to me, an unqualified/non-construction professional, these issues are easy to spot if you are an inspector, and certainly things I wish we had enough time to notice during ...

I like the value for the price paid. I love the layout, location and space. However, been having an extremely difficult time working with Beazer to have my warranty issues worked. I have not had any problems with 90% of the house construction however the doors quality is bad, and getting them to replace them has been a nightmare. This is not my first new home that I have purchased, I understand with new constructions there are always things that will need to get fixed/replaced ect. It should not take me calling over the span of 2 months, getting empty promises of follow ups (never to be ...

Initially, I was convinced that this home would live up to my expectations. However, during the walkthroughs, I began to notice the imperfections and details that I had overlooked. Now that I’m moved in, I’m still facing issues with the craftsman ship, as well as the poor paint job. I can’t recommend a Beazer home to anyone!

If I'm reviewing the homebuying experience and not the house, this is between 1.5-2 stars. First of all, from October through February we were told we'd be closing mid-May, and then all of a sudden in February the closing date gets changed to March. This late notice resulted in us having to spend an extra $3000 on rent because we had to make a decision on extending our lease before the new close date was communicated. And then, as we are a few weeks from closing apparently our Beazer rep left the company. Did anyone from Beazer pick up our account in his place? Of course not. Meaning we never ...

Initially what I have picked out at design center was not honored by Beazer even though it was Beazer design center person who messed up my design. I purchased a newly constructed home at Iris Park developed by Beazer Homes. After one week of closing we had a major leak causing damage to flooring, cabinets, baseboards, paint, carpet.. it took them more than a month to make the repairs. Was not able to have tenants move in due to the damages causing me loss of rents and making repairs. I am very thankful for the home in a safe community with good neighbors. The heat unit didn’t work fully for the first two weeks. It is still an ongoing problem with my upstairs unit reading 10 degrees hotter. When I asked the company about the issue the only response I got was, heat rises. Yes I understand heat rises, but for a gas unit it should only be about 3 to 5 degrees, not 10. The HOA manager is non compassionate towards individuals. We had a frustrating experience with Beazer Homes during the purchase of our new home. Despite some positive interactions with the construction manager, several issues have left a sour taste. Unresolved Issues 1. Unauthorized changes to contract: A random broker's name was added to our contract without our consent. If you are considering buying a Beazer home, you will get a well constructed home. The building supervisor, Colton did a great job at seeing that our home was a quality built home. He addressed our concerns and questions. The appliances in the Beazer homes are below standard unless one upgrades them.
