My home is beautiful and the process was fairly easy. The only problem that I have is that when we purchased our lot, we were told that we had the biggest lot in this area which isn't the case. The house across the street has a bigger backyard and they are able to have a 10ft rv gate. We are definitely a little disappointed because of that.

We love our new home!

We started the process with Beazer in January, they finished the house end of May. We have been in the house going on 2 months and have not yet run into any structural issues or issues with the house at all. Beazer was always transparent and answered all of our questions promptly. We had repairs that needed to be made after closing and they got them all done in 2 weeks or less. I feel they genuinely care about your experience as a homebuyer, and about delivering a quality build. I trust Beazer as an exceptional homebuilder.

We finally found a home that fits most of our dream expectations Beazer Homes very helpful in getting us what we were looking for. New home, great view, luxury amenities included.

The construction of the home is mediocre at best. I am finding all kinds of issues where the dry wall is paper thin and if you press your finger in the wall, it will go straight through! I will contact the better business bureau for homes made so cheaply but, you are charging consumers upward of $450,000. This is our hard earn money and we don’t want to spend it on subpar product. There are more people complaining in this subdivision.

Home quality, Customer care, Good price / Everything is awesome.

Park Place, a beautiful area. Home construction was superb and includes extensive environmental and energy saving concepts. Support of the sales and construction managers made the entire process enjoyable. Glad we did this.

The whole experience was seamless with very knowledgeable and seasoned professionals.

My experience this time in buying a Beazer home has been excellent. Janel, my new home counselor, guided me through the whole process and the builder, Joe, was the most thorough I've seen. They both have been so responsive, friendly, and truly dedicated to provided a quality experience for their prospective homeowners.

Just simply amazing. Our experience with Amira and Beazer, from Bryan, at the sales end, to Nathan at the building end was simply amazing. We had a great experience and all of our questions and concerns were answered in a timely fashion and thoroughly.

In the end we are very happy with our home. The process not so much. The sales staff was wonderful and deserves 5 stars. Todd the building supervisor kept on top of the build going above and beyond what he should have to do and deal with and deserves 5 stars as well. We’re it not for Todd being involved and on top of things constantly it scares me to think how many things would have fallen between the cracks or left undone. He makes the build quality happen and for that we are extremely grateful! SonI bought my first house and it was total chaos. There was nothing but problem after problem. The incompetence is shocking considering what a large purchase this is. Never would I recommend a Beazer home.

It was so fun being able to pick all of the finishes and then watch it come together. My experience was great from start to finish. Caroline in the Sales office was so kind and always accommodating. My construction guy Garrett sent me weekly updates and was always there for me when I had a question or concern. In fact, he is still there for me even though I moved in over a month ago. He has been great to work with! I recommend Beazer. They are a top-notch class act.

My experience with all Beazer employees have been excellent. From salesman to home warranty folks everyone has been very helpful. One thing they can improve on attention to details in the buildings. I am sure they hire cheap contractors and as a result little things like uneven drain installation in sinks and showers , uneven base boards etc can be seen in the construction.

Things that needed to be corrected was very easily done when brought to Beazer Home attention. This house was built faster than I had expected. However, they allowed me to get my other home sold in a timely manner and I love my new home.

The Gatherings is a perfect home for us. The right space in the right location. Wendy was awesome as we went through the sales cycle and the team after the sale has been so helpful.

I love my new home! The beazer team was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. My home is very well built. I love the options offered at the design center and everything came together beautifully. I definitely recommend building your new home with beazer.

Received good sales assistance and Design studio but the builder contruction is worst in quality, Multiple issues after closing - Needs to raise multiple warrenty requests. I never recommend to my friends and family.

Was very pleased with the entire process. Was kept abreast of progress during building and post sale was superb.
