Wow, Where do I begin. My wife and I were told by Beazer after purchasing the house to mark areas with painters tape so those areas can be repaired. My wife and I spent 3 hours- TWICE applying tape. After they attempted to make repairs-over half of the issues were not addressed as the tape was still all over the house. We had work order set up through Beazer for a carpenter and an electrician. They both came by and both indicated that the order they received had one or two items on it- not the 5-6 we told Beazer about. The electrician was able to spend the extra time to fix our ...

I've only been in my new home 6 weeks and already have had 2 major issues with my new home. I thought if I bought new I would not have to deal with issues. But I was wrong, I've only held back from sending in a review because I'm afraid of being outcasted and not being helped the next time a major issue arises in my new home!

The maintenance staff was incredible in making sure our home was meeting our needs. GREAT disappointment in that we have been here for 2 months and still do not have a mailbox or working address. I have to fly from Georgia to Seattle to pick up my W-2 forms and tax information. That is a $1,000 out of my pocket. In addition due to the lack of a working address it has been a nightmare trying to get items delivered. Good process and ppl are great but quality of the house is not good. Details are very bad, paint job very bad, trim work very bad.

Cheap quality

Lipstick on a pig. It looks pretty, however they use cheap subcontractors that do the job quick but not with good quality. I have many things breaking inside the home within 30 days of living. They will reassure you that you have a warranty, but don't be fooled because they send 1 guy to do a 2 person job, with multiple trips, who will damage and ding up the rest of your stuff while fixing what was originally broken. I dont have trust in the home quality.

I don't think i would recommend Beazer homes given we had so many issues with the building process, getting anyone to help and listen to us. Now we are living in a house that has countless issues and cosmetic problems. plus a sagging ceiling with more drywall in the kitchen that is folding and creasing. Just terrible quality. The paint job on the whole house is so poor.

Home poorly built

This home was poorly built and was lazily finished, so many spots missing caulk and paint. Hard to get a hold of anyone to get it fixed. My bathroom mirror was installed incorrectly and randomly came crashing down one day, luckily my pets weren’t in there.

I will never recommend Beazer homes to anyone. We were repeatedly lied to by sales people, made to settle for what Beazer chose to give us, Mistakes were made from the design center up to closing. Our lives were turned upside down for months due to mismanagement and incompetent employees. We have built two homes prior to this and both experiences were very good. There were a couple of statements made about our lot and the fence in the back that were very important to us and turned out to be untrue. The build took 8 months from start to finish which cost us a lot of money due to rising interest rates. I took too long and there was no relief on the asking price. The communication was awful. My wife and I had to relocate to a hotel, because Beazer did not communicate the 2nd time our closing was changed. Beazer made a small attempt to compensate us, but only about half of the expense they created. The warranty department has been pitiful. The warranty guy “Steve” has no business dealing with the home buyer. His supervisor “Ryan” has made no attempt to get in touch with us. He is either unaware of our issues, or he doesn’t care! My wife and I expected more from Beazer for $1 million home. We were very disappointed to find overspray on the countertops, inside the cabinet drawers, a room was not even painted or drywall properly, Flashing on the roof with a hole in it, etc. to name a few things that were/are wrong. Thank goodness for Todd and John who worked tirelessly to get things fixed for us. The good news is that Beazer responds very quickly to our concerns.

My experience has been relatively disappointing throughout. Started off with a $8,000 Closing Credit that changed overnight to $5,000 when allowed to sign. Builder assured/promised the HOA wasn’t going to raise fees (they jacked up the fees right after closing with their preferred HOA company that makes money off of the owners of the homes.) Their vendors screwed up the shower, I still don’t have mirrors two months after closing. First, we weren’t told that mailboxes wouldn’t be installed until a certain percentage of homes were built when we first signed the contract. Disappointed with interior work

We’ve been in the house for 3 months. We’re disappointed with the interior finishing construction on the inside. We’ve had quite a few major problems. The master bathroom has cracked sink and shower needs major work. Our roof leaked during a storm, cold are coming through the vents in master bedroom and microwave. Finished trim work is poor. Had to replace the stove-fire hazard. That’s just a few. It’s under warranty but no one has come over to fix those listed above for a month. Contractor told us to wait about 6 months to see if the roof leaks again. Extremely disappointed!

We had nothing but frustration throughout the buying process with Beazer homes. They were making a lot of promises as to the things that were included and we found out later on that they were not included. There were a lot of household structures that were not complete in the build or that were broken they need to fix it.

My closing was messed up. In the morning of closing date I got call from construction manager that they can’t close it on the same day due tom some document didn’t received from city. They need to more pro active. When house was delivered to me it was not at all clean. I told several times and highlighted the same to my construction manager but no result.
