We love the home but seems people promise everything as long as we give a great review so they get a bonus then nothing is followed through on.

From start finish every one was great. It was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. My family is so happy with our new home. Thank you Beazer!!

Fabulous employees! We firewalled our ratings for Jimmy and Gerald because they deserve to be recognized as heroes. Jimmy and Gerald worked diligently to address each issue we raised during the construction process. Both Jimmy and Gerald take their responsibilities seriously and go that extra mile to establish a rapport. The closing walk through was thorough. Jimmy and Gerald explained the home systems that were installed and told us when open work orders would be scheduled. Luis’s briefing about the Beazer warranty program was an impressive presentation that could have been given to a Fortune 500 CEO. Area manager Robert assured us that we would have his full attention if we needed his help as well. ... More

Like the house

My wife & I could not be more pleased with our 1st home. Beazer was so fantastic to work with.

Gary, our builder, and his crew were excellent. You can tell they take pride in their work.

Our personal experience with Beazer overall was good. The only problem we had was regarding the flooring, which we never got what we wanted. I personally think that for the overall price of the house there should've been more perks, such as free upgrades(flooring, backsplash, appliances) to name a few. Since there are no community pool and children's park these upgrades would've done good. If it wasn't for Karri the sales agent, the space of the house, and location we would've stuck with DR Horton across the street.

The whole process was very smooth.

We have had a great experience so far. Nichole was wonderful about showing us the homes. We came back a million times and she was always supportive and never pushy. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. The home has been wonderful. Beazer has been responsive in fixing any minor issues that have needed attention since moving in.

So far ok. Ask me later once virus restrictions are lifted and corrections needed can be performed. Need work performed once quarantine over

Love our new home.

I love my new home and especially the community but I have found it difficult to get issue inside of or pertaining to my home fixed after the purchase. It almost seems as though they will apse you until closing day and then you are on your own. While it appears that the main structure of the home is great, I have found a lot of the finishing are poorly done. For example the title in my master bath which was an upgrade is not caulked all the way around allowing water to get in the wall which I’m sure will cause mold in down the road if it doesn’t dry properly. A lot of the quarter round doesn’t me flush with the other pieces of quarter around most of my cabinets. My front door doesn’t close securely without being lifted and pulled. I have gaps in my hardwood flooring.There are numerous other things that I am disappointed in or about. When I received my original survey I gave the team a 5 and I am regretting that. If I were adding any tips I would say check all your finishing the big structures will be fine it will look great ..but the devil is in the details ... More

We build with Beazer in Melissa,TX and from day one we loved our sale person Bryan, He is very knowledgeable and is not pushing you to buy but rather talking and working with your need to see if a Beazer home will be great for you and yes they have a model for every need. the house was build very fast and he is was very upfront about the process and what we should expect. we had a great experience with the constructor man Trevor, very good attention to detail during the construction and they took every complain that we had a fixed it. The only add on that i Beazer should have is to have 3D modeling at the design studio so that the client can have a better idea of what the final house will look like since no more changes can be made 2 weeks after there. I almost did not like the color of our kitchen cabinet but after the house was completed, i loved them. I LOVE MY HOUSE that now i have no problem not being able to go out lol. ... More

We purchased an inventory home in March in the Morgan's Landing development. Everything in the home is perfect. My wife and I are very pleased with the amenities that came with the home. It is the perfect size for us and the location is excellent. I love coming home to this house. The only complaint I have is the landscaper did not put the same level of attention to detail the builder put into the home. The sod in the yard is very uneven. Something that could be taken care of by rolling the ground before sod is laid or even after the sod is laid. In addition I keep finding construction debris buried in the yard. Just the other day as I was mowing I saw a piece of metal protruding from the ground. When I pulled it up it turned out to be a 2 1/2 to 3 foot long piece of metal used to stake retaining barriers around the yard. Now as the grass thickens and time passes the yard will smooth out, still this is an Attention to detail item that should not be overlooked. Overall Beazer has been very responsive and great to work with. Everyone from the salesman to the construction supervisor are great. You expect to find little things wrong after you move in. Will they build you a house? Yes. Will they miss the little things they shouldn't? Also yes. Here's some examples: Tons of paint drops on your floor because they're in a rush to fix paint mistakes they made weeks back and it's 3 days out from closing Failing make good on their promises to get you a $600 giftcard you're owed because they put the wrong model of appliance in the contract and got you "upgrades" instead, for TWO MONTHS after closing. Putting in several one-way light switches upside down. Price gouging you on carpets, you pay for a whole house but get it only in 1/4 of the house by square footage. Failing to know the layout of their own houses, so your kitchen vent hood has a kink in it, making yours the only one on earth with this "feature". These are just a few. The build is average, it's the service part that you're gonna really suffer on. ... More

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH HOW THE EXPERIENCE ENDED UP. I WAS NOT GIVEN CORRECT INFORAMTION REGARDING THE SWING OF THE HOME, WHEN I BROUGHT IT UP I WAS TREATED SO BADLY BY THE SALES PER AND HER BOSS. THEY OFFERED NO HELP AND ACCEPTED NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR GIVING ME WRONG INFORMATION, ABOUT MUDPAN, THE KITCHEN AND THE SWING OF THE HOUSE.

The reason for the 2 stars are specifically for the people who made the experience pleasant such as Valerie in home design and Wayne during orientation. There were options that weren't presented to us. Changes in lay out that I wasn't made aware of and a long list of issues from floor damage, cabinet damage that Wayne took care of, and stairs that I hope will be fixed as promised later. The laying of the stairs is not up to par and the staining of the stairs to main floor is clearly visible. For the length of time waited for the townhouse and the overall costs, it feels that the townhouse is over priced and rushed. Water pressure is poor in both showers is poor. The basement is always cold even when the heat is on. As this is our first home, this will not be our last and in future may not want to go the Beazer route. ... More

We worked with very nice people that did not tell us the entire truth throughout the process. We have been in our home for over a month with the sloppiest new home finish ever. If We had known the quilts of finish out before we purchased, we would have never bought a Beazer home. Lazy and sloppy is how I would characterize the workers. Most of the interior of home needs to be repainted and that is unacceptable for the amount of investment this was.

My agent Lisa kept me well informed of all the options as well as an excellent progress report while my home was being built.
