Probably one of the worst experiences I have had buying a home. When I inquired on a Friday about purchasing a new build home, I was informed there were no lots in the first phase that would accommodate the house I wanted, but that they would be opening the second phase soon. Surprisingly the next Monday I was told that lots had opened up in Phase 2! The lot I was interested, well, someone else had expressed interest in it to so I needed to hurry. I signed a contract on Tuesday, March 18th and was told construction would start in May and the house would be ready in October. May comes around with no updates. Then June. My real estate broker and I had to repeatedly call to get an update and each time we were told they were waiting on the plat recording and it would be ready in 2 weeks. July, August goes by. Still no updates from Beazer. At least once I had to drive there myself to demand an update. Was told 2 more weeks. I had signed a lease on a apartment that was up for renewal with no idea when we’d even start. I was paying hundreds of dollars each month for storage. Finally in September I get a good news update. No apology. No offer of a small concession for the now 5 month delay and considerable additional expense on my part. Of course now they needed to get the building permits! Construction started in October! The builder was great and kept me informed, but even as we neared there close date I was asked if we could move it! I insisted we kept the original date which was just a few days she of being 1 year since we signed the contract. Meanwhile after a few of us signed contracts, Beazer decided to lower the quality of the additional homes purchased in Phase 2. The homes being constructed now are all vinyl siding and cheap shingles and windows . Not the quality neighborhood I expected when I contracted. There is also no attention to making sure there is a variety of color and home choices. I feel like I live in track housing! ... More

From the initial stage of information to the closing, I have encountered people that did nothing but looked out for me and my best interest, They kept me informed all through the process, the contractor was totally professional and made sure all the details were included in the building process, I got a call or email from the agent, the closing team went above and beyond to make sure all the detail were met for a easy closing, I will recommend this company and all its great employees to everyone that are looking for or intend to buy a home,

The house holds heat and air conditioning very well and seems to be well built, but the finish work is atrocious. From paint, base boards, shower install, door handles, and door hanging just to name a few, the finish work and craftsmanship is horrible. Not pleased at all with the final touches of my home.

Our home buying experience was an overall exciting, beautiful, and good experience. We faced several challenges in the beginning, but were very lucky to work with Lisa who was very helpful, friendly, and patient with our questions and decisions. Our first try was heart breaking as having to do a lottery for the home, and we did not win. But in the end everything worked out perfectly as it was meant to be, and we got the lot we desired and our favorite model of the home! We are very happy with our purchase and am very thankful for all that was involved in the process. Best experience we have purchasing a home..from the initial visit thru the settlement...Home was was built from the ground up in 4 months....everything went perfect with no issues or hick ups..

Everything is well, except the fact that both my bathroom tubs have cracks in them that need to be replaced, and a piece of concrete thats not even and needs to be replaced.

We had a very smooth process up until closing and the final inspection after the walk through. Some problems in the house cannot be detected until after a person moves in. Ice maker in fridge broken, dishwasher needed new electrical face and had missing parts, no light in microwave.(still not fixed) We had to sign up for the warranty first and wait for someone from Whirlpool to come even though they did not work from the start. Broken drawer, chip in shelf and 2 doors that do not lock all discovered the day after we moved in still have not been fixed. My advice: do not agree to sign off until a few weeks after moving in because you will discover more things you didn't see on the walk thru and they promise to come when you call but never show up. ... The home itself is nice but the finishing touches not so much. In some spots the baseboards are awful, grout in the showers seem to be painted and one out of the three pendent lighting in our kitchen is a wrong shade of color and another cracked. We’ve been in our home for a little over a month and already had a/c problems and one of the toilets doesn’t work properly. We’re a little disappointed because the quality doesn’t compare to the price of the home and location.

We looked at a ton of houses all over the East Valley. We kept coming back to the Beazer home in Peralta. Love the value, view and the friendships we made with Bob and Coop!!!!

I love the customer service and the willing to help with any information they can provide when asked a lot of questions. The home is beautiful and plan on living in it for a while.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Beezer for the most part. The only exception is that we asked for some things to be fixed before we moved in and not all of that was taken care of.

2 weeks in had a water leak which was fixed very good! But now battling door handles the plates loose or crooked on all doors kinda annoying especially when your an Engineer I’m use to things being correct

We had a very good experience with Beazer building our new home. Scott was amazing overseeing final construction and Erin was “off the chart helpful” at the design center. Smooth process!

I’m very impressed with the service given by your people after we moved in . All problems we have experienced so far have been taken care of almost immediately . What was not taken care of is in process of being completed. Your follow up Warenty team is outstanding. They just get things done no excuses .

Beazer did a fantastic job of keeping us in the loop every step of the way! We were very satisfied with the workmanship of our home, and the choices we made at the design center looked amazing in person! We are happy with the value, and couldn't have been happier to work with Amber, Beth, Judd and Benito!
