Build Quality of the home is good but basically make sure you have right contacts with the builder and meet the builder regularly and enquire about the updates in a timely fashion

We love our home and feel that it was built with great craftsmanship! Our experience with Beazer was excellent from start to finish and the communication was great throughout!

I would recommend Beazer 100%. On top of building a quality house, they communicated in a timely manner. There were very few issues that came up but the ones that did were handled quickly.

Our experience with Beazer homes was good overall. At the start of the home buying process and during the home material selection process we were held up and ran into a few snags and lack of communication from Beazer's end. Beazer, however recognized these issues and did their best to try and work with us in a way that could rectify the issues.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had. Friendly and informative staff, very knowledgeable and helpful.

Good location and Reasonable price and excellent customer services. Special thanks to the Sales Teams, Keedron & Cathay who helped and explained the buying procedures; keep update information until Closing of Escrow. Another appreciation to the Maintenance & Warranty Team; especial thanks to Jay, who has quick responses and take care the follow up maintenance by heart and professional. Definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

They do not care you after you sign the house. They gave us a lot of wrong information before we sign in like the movie in date. As soon as you sign it, they do not respond to you properly and push the movie in date. There are lot of fixes in the house still. Bad.

We’d like to thank Colin and Dave for their knowledge/experience. Their eagerness to see that everything was done right! We were one of the first to use the design facility to pick out our options which was priceless for me personally as a visual person!! We have yet to get in contact with the “touch up” department. I think it’s Bill. For a few things but from the walk through I did with him, he was also on point as to perfecting the home for us. Thank you guys for everything!!

The builder cheated me at few things by showing issues I reported were resolved by showing pictures of the work being done and manipulated me. If they say they will take care of whatever issue comes up for 45 days, laugh out really loud! Because its a big joke.

I just love our forever family home. I wasn’t too happy with our first starter home. As soon as I walked the model and talk to Sharon in Wellington neighborhood I knew this was home. Sharon and Keith were beyond amazing and I’m very thankful for them.

We bought a Beazer home in the Cove. The people have been great and the builders did a fantastic job.

We are still having tile cracking in the kitchen but builder will take care of once the home settals.

We love our new home in Mountain Park Overlook! We love our home’s floor plan and all of the great features and the neighborhood is great... beautiful setting and still close to everything. Perfect location!

When looking for a home in N.C. my wife and I were presented with many options, however, we were hooked once we found a Beazer Home in Avocet. The layout of the house, the craftsmanship and the lot size is what attracted us to Beazer. We worked closely with Mitch during and after closing and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.

The process was easy, the house is beautiful, and I’m excited to live in such a nice neighborhood!

The staff was very helpful during the whole process and took time to answer my questions. My builder did a great job of building my house and fixing any issues that came up. During the closing process there were a few hiccups with the mortgage choice process, but the staff in the leasing office worked hard to resolve the issues with their system.

We had to wait a week to have our appliances (agreed upon to be included) & ceiling fans were not installed when we moved in. Oven stopped working within 2 weeks & washer too still bounces around.

Friendly service and attention to detail that made this home buying experience a pleasure. Our builder Garrett walked us through every step and answered all of our questions. We love our new home!

My wife and I retired and wanted to find a one level home that would be to our advantage as we grow older. Miraculously we found Magnolia Farms. We loved the idea of the Villas, but when we saw the Finley we knew we had found the right home for us. We love our community and though we are still experiencing the growing issues that comes with construction we are Loving and Living in our new home. We can see the progress and visualize a community where we can sit on our porch and enjoy the inviting atmosphere.

a. Overall my home buying experience was really good, pretty smooth. b. Sales office people, builder assigned to the site, design studio person were easy to work with. c. The plan and architecture was good and well thought of d. I also used after sales support for an plumbing issue which was also promptly addressed e. Closing date given was followed and overall closing went smoothly

Everyone at Beazer was extra helpful and attentive to our questions. Fast responses and help with everything through the whole process

We lived out of state while house was built. The builder phoned Monday afternoons with progress reports and plans for the coming week. We did travel for important inspections, such before drywall installation. The builder earned our trust. We really like the house!
