Cory, was very professional, he walk us through every detail about the home, explained each and every appliances, gas, power, cable, plus very detailed on every aspect of the home. I have never been treated so we'll buying a home. Cory's attention to detail is very well noted as the best informational person in detailed information.

Everything from start to finish for our new home was super personal, attentive, and we were kept in formed along the whole process. We are very happy with the quality of the home and the service that all at Beazer have provided us! Highly recommend.

Our overall experience was good. Although we had a few issues along the way, as is typical with new construction. Our team, (Bob, Coop, Julie, and Randy were there to address it and keep the build moving along. We appreciate their hard work and dedication.

All I can say is Beazer is a Sloppy builder. Their workmanship is that of a handyman not a professional builder. I cannot and will not recommend Beazer to anyone.

Working with Rusty was amazing. He was great to follow through and answer questions and address concerns.

The entire team was very helpful from start to finish to create an amazing for my family. Very friendly and professional thorough out the process. I highly recommend them.

I love my new Maxwell - Beazer home. This was my second Beazer home built and purchased. My salesman, Cory was awesome, he made everything run smoothly and kept me up-to-date from start to finish. I am enjoying the Amira community.

during the final inspection, the inspector showed me everything about the home and give me some useful suggestion. like how to clean and maintain bathroom and kitchen.

Seems like buying a new home is more difficult than buying a second hand home.

The soft wear was so difficult to use for the 2k credit. Almost impossible. Guidance given was so limited became frustrating. I do appreciate the responsiveness of the builder in regards to issues noted in the home before and after purchase.

Mistakes are covered up and ignored due to lack of attention to details. Vendors doesn’t treat the house as your home. The sales team was fabulous but overwhelmed with complaints bu still tried to be supportive. The building manager could not stay abreast of vendors building the house this mistakes, garbage and damage to the house. Such as water damages, materials and painting errors. Stay on top of what’s being done in your home.

Several items not revealed from Beazer during the building process. I only found out because of others building in the neighborhood. They do not provide a list of all standard features for your home design, and then are not forthcoming with what your upgrade options are (e.g. 8' interior doors, bricking on back patio concrete, etc.). Basically they give you a 20 page list of all upgradable fixtures and then you have to figure out what is already upgraded in your model vs. what you can upgrade to; its a basic "highlight" activity put on the buyer. Closing was so disorganized that it basically ruined what should have been a very exciting day! Notary showed up an hour and a half late, funding took nearly two hours, Beazer did not include the plot plan that is required to be signed by the purchaser in the closing documentation so a delay of nearly an hour, wasn't even offered to take a photo of the purchase or signing. Nearly $400k and without even the basic standard celebration or captured memory by the Beazer-chosen Title company. It was a wait, sign, wait, wait, wait, "here ya go", leave exercise. 35 - 40 Beazer closings a week at that location (per the Title company) and complete disorganization. A gentleman buying 1 street over from me was there for 3 hours waiting on funding just to find out that it had funded earlier in the day. He was equally upset. Both of my neighbors finished building before me and when they closed they were welcomed home with celebration signs in the yard from Beazer. Me? Nothing. May seem petty, but a HUGE investment for a single female and without even a word from the receiving builder. You're welcome, Beazer. I had an overall great experience purchasing a Beazer home

We moved into our home about 2 months ago and we have been more than satisfied with the results inside and outside including the landscape

After having Beazer build a home for my mother, we thought we could entrust Beazer with our next project. All started well and had a great sales person who went above and beyond to make our process enjoyable. The shortcomings of everyone else quickly tainted the wonderful job that JB had done up until that point. Beazer tried to push the close date of our house to meet their fiscal year closing. The down turn started when we showed up to our final inspection and walk through and encountered a house without appliances, missing toiler and wrong closet doors.... just to name a few. There was zero accountability from the construction supervisor, and it took us taking our issues up to VPs to get resolution. We are now dealing with warranty issues, but that department runs much better (did for my mom) and so far so good for us. ... More

The team at Beazer helped us find this fantastic new home to meet our “empty-nest” needs. They were extremely fast in addressing any of our questions or concerns. The quality and attention to detail in our new Beazer home is second to none. We are truly satisfied with the Beazer experience.
