From the first interaction with our sales representative through to closing day, we felt that we were in good hands with Beazer. We had friends who recommended the neighborhood, and Beazer had the model and lot that we wanted. The buying process was really streamlined, and no pressure. We really appreciated the insight the design rep brought when we were picking out all of our features, her input was really helpful to ensuring that our vision for the look and feel of our home was realized. We opted for a delayed delivery, and again our sales rep did a great job of keeping us informed of the upcoming schedule. We did end up working with a few different construction managers during the process, but we always had ample opportunities to meet with them as the house was being built, and they were both quick to return any phone calls/respond to emails. Beazer also used an automated program that sent us weekly emails with pictures of the latest progress that had been made on the house. Since we were living a few hours away at the time, that was awesome, and we now have an album of photos from just an empty lot to our beautiful finished home. You need used better painting for the house

Your sales personal we’re on top of any questions I had,your on site General Forman Robert was there and answer questions and dates of competition dates and is very concerning to any issues. Your a 5 star company in my Book.Keep it up and you have a excellent crew.I know!...

We are so happy we went with Beazer Homes and were able to acquire an excellent lake view lot. The quality of our home surpassed our expectations and we were fortunate enough to have an excellent Builder on-site to take us through the process, who really has a passion for his trade and cares about the homebuyers. I would definitely build again with Beazer if the opportunity arises and highly recommend them to anyone interested, you will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience from start to finish with everyone we came in contact with. Folks were extremely helpful with selection of everything inside and outside our home. The neighborhood is great and we are looking forward to spending our retirement years in the Estuary. If there was one thing that I would suggest be done differently; all the punch list items should be taken care of before settlement.

Good building quality, great design. But very costly.

Looked at numerous new homes from many builders in Cane Bay and found we liked the house built by Beazer the best. The outside had clean lines with subtle accents and the inside had really nice finishing touches. A couple of really minor issues were noticed after we moved in, and the Beazer team on-site were very quick to come by the house to see if they could fix it right away. If they could not fix it then and there, they set the process in motion to remedy the problem as soon as possible. We would definitely buy another home from Beazer!

A laundry list of items to many to list that still has to be fixed or repaired.

Any concerns and all questions were addressed at a timely manner. Always there when needed and made us feel like family.

From the start they always made sure I was happy with the process. I had an “AWESOME” experience and I LOVE my new home!!!!!!

I highly recommend Beazer homes. They go that extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. Ken, Troy and their respective teams worked long hrs. to make sure our house was build the way we wanted. We were amazed as to how clean their crews are and how they all work with a great attitude. The staff was very helpful in selecting "extras". The sales rep did a great job of explaining the use of the select mortgage program and savings. Our disappointment comes in the closing process and the lack of quality control. After 2 months we are still waiting for action on our 2+page punch list. Most items on the list are a result of sloppy workmanship and oversight. Our home inspector referred to the work as below industry standards.

Very friendly, Honest, Helpful. Every employee envolver in the process was kind and always answered any questions I had. If they didn’t know the answer they would find out and give me an answer in a day or two. Listen to their advice or suggestions they will help you make a better informed decision.

We are so happy with our decision to move into the Marshes at Cooper River. The buying process was super easy. They were flexible and worked with our schedule and we couldn’t be more happier with the neighborhood!

Had a nice experience with Beazer Homes purchasing new built home. Well informed and co-ordinated. Could be better with the options in Design Studio and they could have suggested more useful option items bit more in detail, so the buyer can understand how important the options are. Overall a good builder :)

The process to buying my home was made easy thanks to the staff at Beazer homes. They walked me and gave me as much information on the homes that I had no idea about. I was truly shown quality customer care

I purchased a new home with beazer expecting a home in excellent condition and after I closed escrow, I came to notice issues with the property. The flooring that was installed in the downstairs kitchen is scratched and needs to be replaced. Also some exterior lights outside attached to my property aren't working. There are a couple more outstanding issues added to that list but those are just two. I've filed warranty claims with beazer over a month ago and I'm still waiting for my issues to be fixed. I've called numerous times , and I've been given dates the repairs would be complete, however the issues don't get fixed on those promised dates. The delivery of my new home with Beazer after I closed escrow was unacceptable. I feel Beazer is quick to take your money and want you to close escrow on time however after they get what they want if the customer has repair request or concerns they don't cater to you and they keep you waiting. I've purchased a home in the past with another builder KB HOME and I've had repair issue requests, and they've taken care of those issues within 1 week after putting in a request. I had a good experience in buying a new home built by Beazer homes.

The entire process was very smooth. They have true professionals on staff that help with any questions and concerns you could have. They make it a very easy process, and I couldn't be happier.

Our home is beautiful and great quality! There are always going to be a few fixes and adjustments needed before moving in. We did not have any major issues to be addressed but we were PROMISED that all of the issues would be addressed, fixed, corrected and replaced before we moved in so there would not be any disruptions in us living in your brand new home. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! We've lived in our home for a month and a half and contractors are still coming into the home to fix things. NOT THING FOUND AFTER MOVING IN, but thing pointed out WAY in advance to moving in. We've had to take time off of work to let people in our homes and will need to adjust our routine while our shower is being fixed. I'm disappointed and annoyed. Beazer also has not done a very good job with having a sense of urgency to getting things fixed. ... More
