I feel that they knew I was moving in and at the last minute just threw stuff together. Have had several issues which some have been taken care of. Had trouble with my water heater and they had the plumber come out. If someone represents a company they should have a card with their name on it. You may know who they are, but I don't. Am not new to moving as we have moved 10 times and built 3 custom homes. Grant it this is not a CUSTOM hone, but it is my home and one I hope to enjoy. You also need to notify homeowners when a water pumping truck is coming and blocking my way for 45 min. I am a heat patient and what if there were an emergency. Communication here is not very good. We greatly enjoy our home and Nicole who helped us purchase it was great. Customer service after that has been a little slow. And not one instruction/owners manual for anything in the house.

Kitchen sliding mesh had damage, brought it to notice while new home walk in. Not fixed yet.

Great, fast build! Everyone was really friendly and easy to work with. Scheduling went well about 90% of the time. The only issue we had was that we were not told that a garage door opener did not come standard in the house until we were in our second to last walk through. Otherwise no issues with our home!

From the first meeting with Liz, to closing day, it was a wonderful experience. I love my new home and would buy with Beazer again.

Construction is not good. I seen few issues with flooring and kitchen cabinets. I heard lot of wind sound on windy days.

My oven door is broken as well as my dishwasher door. I was told I couldn’t have a new appliances “it would remove the warranty “ because the appliance was associated with my house .? Seriously? My closet door is still not fixed after scheduling with the contractor who never showed on the scheduled day. I keep finding large holes where grout is missing on the floors. I had to have large chips in my granite repaired . I was told my house was going to be cleaned by the best before closing. It wasn’t cleaned the morning of closing but again I was told it would be. The house was filthy, the windows were ridiculously dirty and there was paint all over the door hinges and ridiculous amounts of paint on the floors. And I would have pointed all this out to the project manager but he had already told my husband I was “picky!” Over 300,000.00 thousand dollars gives me the right to want it perfect when I move in doesn’t it? ... We purchased a new home from Beazer Homes. It was a great experience from picking out the lot, to working with the design center and the builder. They even have service after the sale.
