Great experience

I have heard great things about Beazer homes and am excited to be a part of the community now. I must say that I have not started off as I had expected. In the last three weeks I have had no heat- No hot water- I still have no heat down stairs. My toilet has already backed up twice. The door stop for the front door broke and I have a dent in my wall. When I am in my bathroom I can hear my neighbors talking, moving around. I feel that the closing of my home was rushed and more inspections should have been done in order to ensure everything was working properly. The closing of my home was done September 30. The last day of the third quarter- When most companies push to get inventory off their books. In order to get the things above fixed I have to be at home. The home buying process was very easy

Marie was so helpful and super nice. Very patient with us. Always available and happy to help. Very happy with the home and the way everything turned out. However, I have been trying since October to get a hold of our HOA. Absolutely no response from any of my e-mails nor phone calls. I sent in paper work in order to get our Lania approved and today is November 20th and I am still not sure what's the status. I have also discovered that other community members are also unhappy with our HOA. They are experiencing the same issue of no one ever returning calls or e-mails. Overall experience was very good with project manager Johnathan. He was responsive and kept us in the loop in everything as it was progressing which was very important to us since we were doing this from out of state. Kathryn has been very timely and responsive on the finishing touches that were needed after closing. Very happy with our home and the area. We’ve recommended to others looking to relocate.

The houses are great, just a few things/issues we have that we brought up before the 30 days of closing and told us they will fix which they did some but we are still waiting for the rest it’s been 2 months now. I don’t think it will be resolved. I would of rate a 5 other wise.

The quality of the house is there. We have not had any issues with the structure of the home or accessories. The only issue is that you can tell they are trying to complete the homes as fast as possible which affects the "little things." For example the dirt around the foundation is caving-in which means they did not establish a quality process to prevent this from happening. There was a focus on building homes and getting them done before the end of Beazer's Fiscal Year. Also a number of neighbors are experiencing the same issue. Also the time it takes for Beazer to address our concerns is a little longer than expected. Please note that they have address all requests and corrected the issues which are standard for a new build home. Overall our home is very nice, but I feel like it was not finished out well. The trim/caulk/paint are shoddy at best and it feels like the guys finishing the house rushed as much as possible. We had issues with things not being hung straight even after multiple attempts to hang them.

They should have 6 stars

Everyone with Beazer Homes has been very helpful. I am very satisfied with my new house.

Beazer rushed me towards closing making fake promises and delivered none of them as of today(3 months past closing). Please start away

Nice people and easy process everything was smooth

We were told we had a contract on one of their homes. On the drive back to the state we live in still was told we had the contract. Get home five hours later and told her we lost the home. Pick a new home explained how we needed to move quickly because we thought we were getting the other home and our current home had sold. They said we would close within two weeks it was a month! This was our worst experience ever purchasing a home and we have done this 11 times.

Had a great experience with Beazer Homes and their employees. Nicely built within a fantastic neighborhood. They have the best employees who go out of their wat to help and assist the buyers. Would defiinitely recommend!!

Too many disappointment to share !!!!!... I do not recommend them

Once you close, forget about customer service. Also, we've built with three builders and Beazer is by far the worst at paying attention to details. It's the small things in the house that make it a home and the workmanship and attention to detail is very poor. We spent hundreds of thousands of dollars and expect a perfect home.

Closing went very well for us,and we our from out of state,everyone worked with us and we closed in about 3 weeks.Of course there are a few minor problems,but they answered our calls right away and fixed the problems.

The builder and a lot of people from Beazer lied to me when it came to things I thought would be fix didn't get fix until I had to tell them that I wont sign papers until they get fix. Very unprofessional and I will never buy a house from them again....

Good service all round

Right from beginning I got very good inputs from sales rep although I was new to home buying. I visited few houses that were being built at that time to get better idea of different options in the house. Design center was also helpful and the house was built right on time! Would recommend it to others!

Ask as many questions as you need and they’ll answer the best they can! Enjoy the whole journey from picking your lot to closing day! Beazer is a great builder and we are excited to create new memories in our new home.

The quality of construction is exceptional. We are very satisfied now that we have moved in.
