Beazer has a well-earned reputation for building quality homes. My experience with them is excellent. They are fast, efficient and very responsive to your questions, concerns and needs. No unpleasant surprises!

This is the third home we’ve ever owned and this is, by far, the best home buying experience we have had. When my wife and I were considering moving to the Myrtle Beach area, we were there on vacation and just looking to see what was available in the area. While searching, an advertisement for Beazer Homes Bella Vita Gardens appeared on my wife’s iPad. So we decided to check them out. When we walked into the model home, my wife and I fell in love and knew this is what we wanted. Over the next year, we kept in contact with the new home counselor and when we were ready, we returned and decided to purchase a unit. She was very knowledgeable and thorough and very helpful in finding a way to help us live our dream. From choosing the components and appliances for our unit to choosing one of their preferred mortgage companies, everyone involved in the process was very kind and kept us involved in the entire building process. Purchase experience was fine. House itself is fine. Follow up warranty attention is pretty bad.

this was my 1st home, and I could not be more happier with my experience, 1st day was crucial for me because that day was THE DAY! that me and my wife took the decision. i am so happy with Beazer home employees, they make me feel special from the beginning 'til today.

The experience was over all good. The GC on site was amazing and made sure he got everything done... after move in though I did see things in the quality of craftsmanship that was less then good. Far as paint splattered left behind small things, no deal breakers but it could have definitely been a lot crisper finish.

Initial interaction with salesperson was pleasant and informative. Construction process could be enhanced by affording homebuyer the opportunity to meet with individual subcontractors (as necessary) to ask questions relative to the contractors discipline. This process should continue thru completion with appropriate trade rep present assuring direct communication between buyer and contractor. Project manager would also be aware of buyers concerns. Design/layout suited us well. Basics are limited and options are pricey. Home appears to be well built, hopefully time doesn't paint a different picture. All our concerns were addressed. Some timely, some not so much. As with any major purchase, buyers needs to do some home work, and educate themselves to insure the finished product is worth the investment. ... More

I have made it very clear in past that my sales rep Samantha was terrible. I won’t go back through it all but it made buying a very poor and stressful experience and Rebecca who is supposedly managing doesn’t even take the time to return customer concern phone calls The quality of the home and workmanship is not what you should expect moving in as I had over 15 repairs on a brand new house and still 5 open ones going on close to 2 months being here Eric the construction manager has been the only saving grace

Lots of problems. Water leaking, dead grass ,missing facets, damage cabinets, but still did not get fixed. It has been more than a month and we have been complaining to get them fix. No show on the day that they told us to come more than twice. I wasted my time to stay home and waiting for them. Builder just started to fix them this week.

Very happy with our new Beazer home. It's beautiful, unique, and well insulated making for a comfortable place to live. We're thankful we went with Beazer.

Cabinets even upgraded are MDF. Closet shelves were not hung on any studs. They already fell down. I fixed them by mounting them in the studs where I could and GOOD drywall anchors and screws where I couldn't hit a stud. Trades seemed sloppy and not finished well. Lots of imperfections and cheap materials are abundant. HOA doesnt seem to enforce the rules. Already had to have HVAC techs out twice to fix issues were it was installed wrong. Again sloppy trade work. Ridgeline shingles were cracked from roofers stepping on them. Once again trades dont care. I'm sure there will be more found.

Overall we are happy with our neighborhood selection, and home elevation and plan. There have been many building and design issues that were a complete mess. They were either missed or done poorly. We actually had a pipe that was missing, which caused a leak through our master bedroom ceiling and laundry room ceiling. The drywall and paint has still not been fixed.

We recently built a home with Beazer and so far we love the floorplan, features, and location. Typical of many new construction homes, we’ve had some small cosmetic and mechanical issues that we’ve come across that required attention from Beazer. The warranty request feature on their website is dead simple to initiate and the couple of times I’ve used it, resulted in a call and scheduled service within a couple of days. I’ve had friends who built with other companies that have waited for a month at a time for issues to be fixed. I really appreciate the fast service and I hope the other Beazer owners are getting the same level of service. The house itself is very well built for the type of house it is. Might be slightly overpriced, but I think that is due to the location. We’ve had zero structural or major cosmetic issues to date, just small things the need adjustment or were overlooked at walk through. I hope to get another survey after the first year to provide a more accurate rating of my experience, but so far, Beazer has exceeded my expectations... ... More

Wonderful experience from start to finish!

Love my new home in Harmony Grove in Bridgeland in Cypress, Texas. Beautiful setting and excellent construction. Plan to be happy here for many years.

We have built 3 homes, 3 different builders and this one so far is falling to the lowest :( The framing was great, the plumbing had SOO many issues that I'm super happy I have a plumber in the family to point it out, our water is on the wrong side of the house, our gas heater has to be on the highest setting to heat the water, interior painting was the worst, stucco isn't solid on patio so I'm sure that will be breaking very soon, just so much going on with little to no help on getting it done. They want to send a painter in for the 3rd time and I refuse because my furniture is now in the home and the horrible job they've done the last 2 times I know my stuff would be ruined. Love the location and that's the only reason we closed on the house. I, so far, wouldn't build with Beazer again. ... More

Overall, I love the new home. However, all building and finishing was done with me living in another state. While most things were handled well, the lawn was not - it's green and growing but so uneven it's extremely difficult to mow - it should have been properly leveled prior to sod being put down.

Beazer home is amazing. The process, the people, the follow up. I am extremely happy to have bought a home with this builder. Truly excellent!

I was delighted with the home buying process from the whole team from the begining to the end, from Sharon to Keith. Keith calls me every Monday to give me an update on my home, and even when I didn't answer my phone, he left me a message. Sharon, the best sale person of the century. She is very good at her job. I feel like it is a passion for her, not just a job, and you can feel it in the way she interacts with you, the customer. I love Beazer homes because of my experience with Sharon and Keith, and I will not stop telling all my friends about it.

Other builder Foreman act like they don’t care once the contract is done. Beazer Foreman are great at both developments I looked at.

The build quality and materials used are satisfactory. However, the building experience with the front face team needs to be seriously addressed! The building team is basically a scheduler but has an attitude of I don’t care. You all serve to the first time home buyers... please DONOT put a bitter taste and be descriptive and upfront.. walk them thru the process, take a bit of your time and invest it. Please don’t jump to reply to emails Sit back, read and understand the consequences before sending it. Everyone is not bold like me to swing the corporate tree!! It was the best decision I made, I followed all the instructions and gave and it makes the home buying process go smoothly and fast as far as the paper work. The workers are a delight and very helpful and are there when you need them

Dumb and trusting on my part. Needed to close at a certain time. Do not close until everything is completed. 3 months since closing and still trying to have things finalized.
