The drywall had patches where it was not sanded smooth prior to painting, The paint had in some places small imperfections where dirt or dust was trapped in paint roller. Caulking around corners of bathroom vanity and around other fixtures was haphazard, and looked rushed and unprofessional. The paint covering the wall was a light minimal coat, again, like rush a job to get it completed. Overall the home is nice, but I don't think there is quality built in. I would have preferred to wait a few more months to close on the house, and have a higher quality finish at the end.

It all flows effortlessly. There are no worries on the homebuyer. The new home counselor, construction manager, and design team work very well together; taking the most of the stress out of it. It was a good experience and I love my home.

Once you close. You are on your own. This house has been full of problems and no one cares now that they have their money. Things aren’t working. Having electrical problems. IES did a HORRIBLE job. I paid them to install 4 smurf tubes. Then when a company came to hang all the TV’s NOT ONE smurf tube was accessible. They had to FISH EVERYONE out of the wall which cost me a extra $400!!!!!! I called Rusty our contractor at that time, he came right over., took a picture, called IES and told them they had 30 mins to get someone here to get them out of the wall or they would pay the bill. No one showed up. I called Rusty back and he told me to proceed , send him the bill and he would send it to IES to pay. I’ve contacted IES and Rusty multiple times since then. I have received any money back. Electrical outlets currently aren’t working here. I’ve tried flipping the breakers. STILL not working. Can’t get sprinklers to work correctly. One tree has died. I could go on and on. The bottom line is NO ONE CARES AFTER you close and they get their money!!!! Very disappointed in Beazer. ... More

Beazer Homes has created an energy efficient home for us. Quality and attention to detail is average.

I'm a first time buyer and the process was so easy! Aaron in the office answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable reaching out and bugging him. Julie did an amazing job with all my walk throughs and Chad has been wonderful following up with the warranty side. All in all I'm one satisfied, although bothersome at times ;-), home buyer!!

Although we felt rushed at times I would still have to say that our buying experience with Beazer Homes has been Top Notch! The Sales team was a pleasure a to work with. Chris our sales consultant did a fantastic job in putting our deal together and making sure that all of problems / concerns where answered in a timely fashion. Mark the building supervisor has also done a fantastic job in answering and fixing and problems that we have noticed during and after our walk-thru. From the first day we were looking at Beazer homes to the closing day everything was smooth sailing! Any questions we had got answered and we couldn't have asked for a better 1st time home buying experience! I would highly recommend Beazer Homes! Our home is everything we could have asked for and more!

Buying our first home from Beazer went well for the most part, but we did have some bumps in the road. The thing I’d say that could’ve been better in terms of actually buying the home, not the home itself, would be wait times. Something would come up & we’d have questions, but we had to wait usually two days before we heard anything back & usually it was an email & not over the phone. Email was a lot quicker, but some things you need to be able to talk about over the phone. For example, we had moved money around a lot, so they were having to ask us for multiple statements and there would be miscommunication as to what went where & having to send the same statement over & over & over again becomes quite frustrating. I know office staff has to do their job but I wish someone would’ve returned my phone calls sooner/at all. I would also say they can improve on communication in terms of just knowing who to speak to and sticking to that. I am always busy with side businesses, plus my job and I honestly just don’t have time to talk to anyone so I asked my wife to handle everything. I was the only one on the loan, so I know I have to be the one to sign for things, etc. However, numerous times we were having to tell the SAME people to include my wife on emails, that she was the one to make decisions/take care of the whole thing in its entirety, especially for things that have a deadline. She takes care of all of it. Not only did I request for that, she did too and she’s on the title. She would inquire about any concerns or problems, and they would email me or call me eventually to follow up & not call her/include her on emails and I would have no idea what they’re talking about. The only person who consistently made the effort to talk to the right person was our sales rep, Matt. I think our home buying experience went well for lack of problems, but I definitely think it could’ve gone more smooth if they would’ve followed up quickly & just accepted that my wife needed to be the point of contact. Building process was very disorganized with many issues and mistakes.

There are definitely things I wish would have done with more quality, but the value I am getting is validated. For the price, the house is good. The drywall has some issues and the paint in the windows was poorly done. Since window treatments have been added, the impurities aren't visible. Overall, I am happy with the house, but I do wish more time would have been spent on the areas listed above.
