Throughout the process Q and Mark were awesome. Great response time and knocked everything out of the ballpark. Super fortunate to buy Beazer. Awesome build quality, awesome people, easy process for first time home buyer.

Working with Craig (sales) and my realtor was easy and informative throughout. Mike who ran the build also was fantastic and has quickly addressed the small handful of minor issues that have been found throughout the build. Would highly recommend their work.

We are very happy with our Construction Manager, Chris, who has been diligent about taking care of any cosmetic or functional issues. However, the experience with the sales and management team was disappointing. Communication at all levels was poor; we had questions that were blatantly ignored after the sale was complete. The sales team delayed our closing the night before by almost a week. Then, on the day of closing, they caused a further delay by not paying attention to communications from us and our closing attorneys to finalize the concessions (which we had to ask for after the last-second delay) and confirm the wire instructions (of which they sent two different ones to our attorneys). Unfortunately, it seems like management and sales are disconnected from the actual home building process. This has led to the use of subpar subcontractors for this price point and has caused the construction managers to be overloaded with too many homes while having to babysit subcontractors who don't perform professional work, and regularly delaying closings. ... As a first-time homebuilder, I did a ton of research before diving in—I don’t like starting anything new without being informed. I expected the process to be stressful, but it turned out to be far smoother than I imagined. That’s entirely thanks to Bethany, my construction manager, and Brittany from the design studio. Bethany kept me in the loop with weekly updates and was quick to communicate any issues that came up. Brittany made the design phase feel effortless. When my wife and I felt overwhelmed by all the choices, she jumped in with thoughtful suggestions and creative ideas that helped us find clarity. I have such a wonderful experience with all staff members, Liz, Grey, and Billy . This is not our first home but this was our first clean energy environment home . Customers service are on point, Easy to work with , answer all the questions we need . They make you feel like you apart of the family , there to help you through all the process, and even after you moved into the home they are there for you. I have told a few of my friends and family members to check them out if they looking to move. Thank you

I recently purchased a home in Goodland from Beazer Homes and couldn't be happier with my experience Craig showed me the house and i fell in love with it instantly. My lender Cindy was also extremely helpful and made my closing process really easy. I can't say enough great things about Bethany. She has been an absolute gem. Whenever i needed assistance around the house or had questions she is always quick to respond calls and texts. Buying the home process is smooth and without incident. But once you sign, immediate assistance is switched to the quality assistance section and it is slow to respondl It feels like once you sign, beazer is done with you.

John was great with all the buying process and Terri was super helpful with the walk-through and operation of things on the house. Just a great experience overall.

I can honestly say my experience with Beazer Homes as amazing from start to finish. The sales agent mad the process so easy and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The construction manager was great about keeping me updated and always took the time to explain things. After moving in, the warranty department has been so responsive and quick to help with any little questions or concerns. It really felt like everyone cared about making sure I had a great experience and a home I truly love. I'm so grateful for the entire team and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build.

Pros: • The home itself is very nice with appealing features and amenities. • The buying process went smoothly, and customer service during that stage was great. Cons (Post-Move-In Issues): • Quality Control: Several issues were identified at purchase and more have appeared since moving in. • Initially Identified: improperly installed drywall, refrigerator door damage, freezer door missing all shelves, and several damaged doors. • Since Move-In (within 5 weeks): scratched mirror, windows not cut correctly, AC/HVAC issues, and other pending items requiring service. • Follow-Up Service: Addressing these problems has been inconvenient and time-consuming, creating unnecessary stress so soon after moving in. Summary: Beazer needs to improve its quality control before handing homes over to buyers. While the home itself has great features and the purchase process was handled well, the number of unresolved issues and difficulty in getting them addressed has made ownership frustrating and inconvenient. ... I appreciate the care and dedication the Beazer team commits to us during and after we purchased and moved into our home. Three people stand out as being dedicated to helping us with our issues and questions as needed during the warrantee period and leading up to final inspection. Kim (Customer Care Team) Darrel and Blair (Construction Team). These three people helped lift this rating, that was lower due to some earlier shortfalls in the process primarily with communication between departments and with my lender, and a disappointing upgrades experience.
