The entire process from meeting the team, planning our new home to breaking ground to closing, the experience was seamless, energized and amazing! Brandon did an excellent job keeping us informed of all the progress from beginning yo end and even after we moved in. Brandon made sure everything was perfect which it was. I've bought a couple of houses before, and this has been without a doubt the best buying process I've ever had! The thing that we've had very, very small issues on has been figured out within a day or two max. It's been the most pleasing process that I've ever dealt with. The house is incredible! It feels like everything in the house was high quality, well made, and better than anything. The service has been incredible! Kyle has been helping us, and I've never worked with a builder that is so good. The issues are fixed within minutes. Even when an option fell through another option with enhancements was provided and felt seamless.

The back door was built to swing outward. Thus, hinges are on the outside which creates a huge safety and security concern! I reported this to builders and CEO, asked to have it fix but was denied, said it's built to their policy and code, but in checking with Royse City code, I was told there are no codes for hinges. I had to fixed ASAP due to security issue. I sent email requesting reimbursement , provided fix receipts, but was ignored. Sad.

Mark and Q were amazing in helping us find and build our perfect first home. They were respectful, answered our questions, kept us updated weekly, and assured us they were here to help. They kept that promise even after closing! We are so grateful to have worked with them, highly recommend them along with Beazer homes!

We had a great building and buying experience. We got constant updates every week while building from Mark and Q. They answered any and every question we had and if they didn’t know the answer they made sure to find someone who did and get us an answer. We have lived in our house for about 4 months now and have no complaints! Definitely recommend to anyone who asks.

He has been very responsive and sincere in wanting to take care of any missed work and imperfections. Earlier this year (February 2025), I found myself in a tight spot — my lease in a luxury San Jose apartment was ending in March, and I knew a rent increase was coming. I decided it was finally time to explore the idea of buying my first home. Beazer at Arista was the very first community I visited, and from that moment, I knew it would be hard for anyone else to compare. The Hazel floor plan immediately caught my attention with its smart layout, spaciousness, and the overall quality of the build. The community’s location on the south side of Rancho Cordova — just east of Anatolia and with easy access to Folsom and Elk Grove through Grant Line and White Rock — made it even more appealing. As a single-income buyer, I needed to be careful and confident in my decision, so I toured five other communities and over a dozen homes after that first visit. Nothing matched the standards, transparency, and professionalism I experienced with Beazer Homes. From the very beginning, the sales team at Arista made me feel like more than just another customer: Jody, my first point of contact and a New Home Counselor, was warm, personable, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the right home. She even shared her own experience living in the area, which gave me a great sense of what life in Rancho Cordova would be like. Cindi, another New Home Counselor, deserves special recognition for her responsiveness and dedication. He took the time to address every small concern I had and made sure anything we pointed out was fixed promptly and professionally. His commitment to customer satisfaction was obvious. Aldo, from Customer Care, has been excellent since closing. He was also present during my final walk-through and took the time to thoroughly explain the features of my home, how everything works, and what’s covered under the Beazer warranty. He was incredibly relatable, friendly, and easy to talk to — the kind of person who immediately puts you at ease. Even after closing, Aldo has continued to assist me with follow-up requests and questions, always responding promptly and making sure I’m taken care of. I did have a handful of touch-ups needing to be done and Aldo made sure everything was taken care of. Knowing that I can still reach out to him and get timely help or advice gives me tremendous peace of mind. It’s rare to find that level of ongoing support after you’ve already closed on a home, but Aldo truly embodies Beazer’s commitment to customer care. Every stage of the process — from my first tour to getting my keys — was smooth, transparent, and supported by genuinely caring professionals. Buying your first home can be overwhelming, but the Beazer team made it feel achievable and even exciting. I’m now settled into my new Hazel floor plan home and couldn’t be happier. The craftsmanship, energy-efficient features, and overall community feel are everything I hoped for and more. Hi, I can’t say enough how wonderful the team was and how they supported my family during our building and relocation process!

Nice Beazer sales team who had good communication and helpful during buying process, decent home layouts but nothing special with nice lot size. Beazer also uses different preferred lenders, they were ok but immediately sold our loan after purchase. Always running different home purchase incentives. Fixed major stuff when requested such as broken roof tiles and warranty team communicated when we found things in the home after we closed that needed attention such as cracked counter. Had to remind warranty team couple of times to get repairs made when they said the repair team would come out but would not. Unfortunately, Beazer only uses 2 ton AC unit for a home over 2,000 plus square ft home because they "air seal" the home. Pros, decent price for what you get, good communication, fixed most things that were pointed out. Cons, different system from traditional called rheia system hvac, not familiar and Beazer team not good at explaining use and maintenance, "air sealing" home so then uses undersized 2 ton AC unit instead of a larger one. Not sure if it will hold up in the future in a hot climate. ... More
