This was the first time my wife and I have built or purchased a home and we could not have had a better experience than with Beazer. Everyone was wonderful to communicate with, quick and efficient to answer questions, and overall helpful during the entire process.

Mary was very easy to work with. She helped throughout the process. Jody and Aaron fixed everything they could on the punch list. They were all helpful with making this an easy process. They are hard workers.

Elisa and David overall made it a great home buying experience! Elisa helped us by answering all our questions since day one and David made sure all our concerns are addressed before closing.

This experience was amazing, I cannot totally explain how the team was always available and willing to assist with any needs or crazy questions no matter the time of day or night, or even days off. If there were teams like this at all New Home Builds everyone would want to purchase new… this is our third new construction and this is by far the best and the first review I’ve done because this team deserves the best. I'm extremely impressed with the construction manager. Mr Sam, I hope I have his title correct. I will not forget the Confidence he displayed in showcasing, the highlighted parts of this beautiful home. I asked many questions of him that special day of my life. He understood my needs and answered everyone of my questions. With the positive, ( not a negative) attitude, I felt free to share with him further questions. Once I realized by hearing all the knowledge he had of the home, I felt confident to know I could possibly work with him in the future. It turned out, when I needed to learn the ends and navigate around the house, he was available by phone and hands on, if needed. The greater part of knowing Mr Sam, was his honesty. This man is a no nonsense person and he Says what her mean, and he means what he says. If anything was beyond his control, he politely apologized. Mr Sam is professionally unique. He knows how to work with people, who does not have the knowledge he carries in his career. Patience is one of his strongest qualities. We toured many properties in the Las Vegas area but decided on Jasper Point because of the walkability of the community and the fantastic people we have worked with at Beazer including Kirsten, Greg, Clint and Kathlyn. Very friendly, helpful and us being out of state buyers, they frequently sent updates, pictures and answered countless questions to ease the buying process. We'd recommend Beazer and the talented folks at Jasper Point to anyone!

Buying a new home has never been such a wonderful kind experience as it was with Angela in your sales department. Our final walk thru was very thorough and easy as Chris was and is still amazing after our 30 days helping us. Jody and Aaron took care of all of our concerns after moving in and made our first 30 days a real breeze. Noah did a great job on some side jobs to be completed. Sam and Sola made us feel like family, I had a great experience with Beazer homes! Sam was awesome and assisted throughout the entire process from start to finish. He answered all my “millions” of questions and kept me updated on the build of the home. Sam was very thorough with the smallest details! During walk-thrus he pointed out things I would have missed. I had a great experience working with the Beazer team. They showed me various units until I found the one that fit my needs best. I was downsizing from a large home and they made me feel great in my new community. I know I am going to really enjoy living here.

We are very happy with our new Beazer home. Its floor plan and overall design surpassed those of other builders’ homes in the area, at least for us. Beazer’s staff was responsive from the start and continue to help us with all the details that require attention. When they say that they will fix something, you can be sure it will be fixed. We know we are in good hands and highly recommend their homes and service.

Marc got us signed up Colin continued and Builder Troy & John built the home. All were great in the process of the new build. Since then Lorin has been taking great care of us responding to our every need on the warranty side..

We love our new home. There werer some hiccups naturally come from buying a home, but Beazer Homes was very accommodating and customer service oriented. Ken and Jessica were great and we really appreciate everything they helped us with.

We enjoyed everyone we worked with. Everyone was very responsive and very engaged throughout the whole process.
