The whole process was an enlightening experience.

The team at Beazer here in Riverview where great from picking out the lot yo the design studio. Alot of options for upgrades. Then when the building began every stage of the process went very well and the building manager always addressed any issues. Now that we are in the home is well constructed and the follow up from the team for the 30 day inspection was on point. We love are new beazer home and the community is very quiet. This was my first time buying a brand new home. The builder and his team were very knowledgeable and walked me through every process. Even when my closing date was moved, the builder changed all the locks and stopped showing my home. They promised that no one would be getting my home. They went above and beyond! Thankfully my closing was just moved back 1 day, but the saleswoman and builder celebrating with me like it was their home. They take pride in their work and you can tell they put some love in there as well. Best homebuying experience ever! They treat you like family. I would recommend them to anyone buying a home. People have been great; though there have been a few things wrong with the house that needed attention; this has been disappointing. With that being said, Customer Service to address the concerns has been very good.

We looked at quite a few builders before choosing Beazer and so far we have been extremely happy. Brian Latta was there at the beginning and was always available to answer any questions we had. Brittany Buchanan at the Beazer Design Center was a Superstar as far as we were concerned. She was always available and made great suggestions that ensured we would have the a beautiful new home. After a couple of months in our new home we are ecstatic.

less than satisfactory workmanship, slow to fix warranty items

Never was there more truth to the concept “You get what you pay for “. The people that you deal with during the sales and initial construction are great. But the materials and workmanship/craftsmanship is not up to my standard. Sad that the craftsman working in your home most likely was not doing this job 6 months ago and most likely won’t be there six months from now. Back to the material, stay on them in that first 45 days and prior to closing. ;) you will Love the two guys we worked with though.

Overall very pleased. Need to be able to make common sense changes. I.e. everyone who sees the light at the top of the stairs about how “dumb” light looks.

Working with Beazer Homes was seamless. They have constant communication, solid quality home at very competitive price. Sales, Design, and Construction teams were not only very helpful, but knowledgable and worked with us during the entire building process.

We love everything about our new home except the drain in the master shower was discovered to be clogged and will require our bathroom floor to be dig up to unclog the pipe. Bummer!

Five stars go to Carmine and Tiffany in the sales office because they are so customer service oriented and dedicated. Five stars also to Corey, the home inspector who is so helpful and meticulous, ensuring everything is complete with no deficiencies. Inexpensive blinds are included on all windows except the window at the entrance of the town home, overlooking the stairs. The glare coming from this uncovered window makes going up and down the stairs dangerous so we've added blinds there. Cliffs at Dover isn't quite 75% built yet so Beazer is controlling the HOA (there are three members on the Board, two are from Beazer). There are issues with the property management company, security and landscaping in the development. We've asked for copies of the budget, contracts and financials but have only received a copy of the budget so it's not clear what these companies have been contracted to do. Homeowners are wondering what their monthly fees are being spent on. Before Beazer hands off the development officially there will be repairs required to sidewalks, roads, etc. Homeowners need to be prepared to get involved in the HOA, before the project is complete. ... The short time of my experience with my new home has been great so far and I wouldn’t trade in it for nothing, to include the wonderful customer service that I have received from the seller Dave and construction worker Collin you guys will never be forgotten in my book. Workmanship inside disgusting. So many issues of poor quality. Sorry I purchased.

Gary, our closer is excellent. No closing is ever perfect, but almost perfect is darn close enough. Every issue, Gary was on top of and I am very happy. why 4 out 5 stars? We had a minor hiccup with the sales person, but Beazer made it right!

The design team screwed up on the flooring and colors of the home then tried to say it was me. Thankfully I had proof with photos that was taken from design studio when I was there. They tAken forever to return once repairs are needed after closing. On a good note, Josh the representative for the community was really good and helped us with getting things straightened out.

Keep in constant contact with the Sales People at the Model Homes. This will help you keep informed of what is going on. Branum and Janel were fantastic during our build in Mission Hermosa. Also work with the on-site Supervisors to work through issues early in the process. Brian and Jacie were fantastic and responsive to my calls, emails, and texts. We had quite a few issues at time of move in (to be expected) and these two have been working feverishly to get things right.

The entire new home sale process with Beazer was well run. The home was built ahead of schedule and with all options completed. Beazer personnel during the sale, build, walk-through and post move-in were friendly, informative and conscientious.

I would not build with Beazer again. I had a bad experience dealing with the sales office where the sales manager stated that they would match a price drop in backlog sales. The amount was much smaller than what was promised. The builder was not flexible at all on the home construction. Little things like the height of a fire place mantle or length of the fence was not customizable. I'm still having ongoing issues with punch items identified in walk through that have just been finished, approximately 3 months after I closed. I constantly have the builders' construction vehicles run over my curb lawn. My lawn and sprinkler system are damaged due to this. ... More

Josh and Rusty are awesome

The salesperson helping me was knowledgeable and friendly. The building process went smoothly and my home was completed on time. Since I lived out-of-state, I really liked the texts Bill sent showing the progress being made on my home.

The process was stressful but April with beazer was and still is a god send.
