We are happy to live in this neighborhood!!

They were helpful they answered our questions alone the way which made the process a smooth one.

The design of the homes and options are great. They look really nice from afar and the neighborhood and area are great. The workmanship and materials really bring it down though. Materials are cheap and the contractors don’t do a great job. Be sure to have a whole roll of blue tape and be prepared to call warranty out several times in the first few days. Also be ready to call a good painter out and a good landscaping company because those in particular are bad.

You all made our dreams come true with our first home! One we got to pick everything out that fit our family and our lifestyle! You did all of this with what seemed like the same excitement for us that we felt for our selfs ! Thank you all so much !!!

We love our new home!!

House seems structurally sound however just had forth visit to get hvac balanced window problem took 6 weeks to correct. Drawer that was broken when our walk-thru took a month to get fixed. Front yard was sodded rear seeded I had to reseed. Sod has all kinds of gaps which makes walking on it difficult apparently the ground beneath had not been make smooth and squares instead of rolls used making more seams. I love our house plan and location. I do wish I didn’t need to be available for a 4-6 hr block on a weekday to get problems resolved especially since I have waited only to find they cancelled. ... Helpful and very informative with the building and process of our new home.

Everything was done as promised. My new home is perfect. No defects anywhere.

Overall good experience ... some things could be worked on but in the end it worked out!

The process from start to finish with Beazer was very smooth and easy. Everyone we worked with was more than helpful and knowledgeable. With my wife and I expecting our first child in July, they were mindful of our situation and made themselves available while answering all of our questions quickly. I highly recommend Beazer properties and when/if we move again will look for their communities.

Our builder and Beazer homes made our home building experience stress free and enjoyable. No issues from dirt to home. Exceptional staff across the board from design center to the builder and his staff.

Floor plans are easy to design with the help of staff. Beautiful great room. Kitchen is so large, open and easy to maintain. Bathrooms in our plan are huge. All our design elements are tasteful. We built this home from out of state and the entire Beazer sales group helped with pictures of the construction to keep us updated . We are so delighted with our new home. Thanks to all of you.

There are already places outside that need to be repainted because they weren't prepped well. Particle board cabinetry is showing problems within a couple of weeks. They give no choice in landscaping, so we've had to pull ugly plants to put in nice ones.

I moved into Breazer homes to have to experience of a brand new house! With this house I won’t be replacing the water heater, stove, refrigerator , and the smell of the recent owners. From start to finish this house was a great experience from picking out the tile, countertops and carpet! When I buy again I will definitely choose Breazer Homes!

Thank you Beazer Homes for a wonderful and awesome homebuying experience. The sales team was fantastic throughout the whole buying process. I was even able to meet the builder at orientation. This is my first new home and Beazer definitely set the bar very high for any future new home purchases. I am a satisfied new home owner thank's to BEAZER HOMES.

It is very pleasure to work with the Beazer Homes team during my house purchasing.

Lack of communication on behalf of the sales team an sloppy paint fit an finish.

Nice community with big lot sizes. However, you have to stay on top of this builder to make sure things are done right. Even with weekly site visits and constant contact with our builder we are still finding big problems 6 months after moving in. Our biggest issues seem to be electrical. Lights were not installed per plan (we caught this before closing and when they "fixed" it the lights were installed in the wrong room. Builder had to remove those lights and then install them in the correct room). Lights were installed far off center in multiple rooms. Our oven was wired to a breaker panel on the outside of our home, separate from the main panel in garage. No one at the builder or electrical vendor seemed to know about this after we were unable to locate a shutoff breaker switch for the oven. We are still waiting on an explanation from the builder on this and are having this issue evaluated by an independent professional. Response time to warranty requests varies, but is overall disorganized. There was no power supplied to our low voltage panel inside the home. Cabinets were separating at seams and there is a hole under our cabinet where under-cabinet lighting was run and then removed. Drywall had large cosmetic flaws in multiple locations, as if they had patched it and never sanded, textured or painted after patching. The list goes on..... Overall I think you can get a nice finished product from Beazer, but you would need unlimited time, energy and patience. ... More
