It would be so much better if Beazer would hire better workers that actually cared about the job they were doing instead of just finishing one job and moving on to the next. We found out from the framing until the end of the build/ that we needed to look at everything that was being done. The construction manager never had a problem getting stuff fixed but it ruined the experience to have to watching for all the mistakes they made. It’s a shame that the new home buyers have to pay for inspectors to make sure the house is built right…

We were shopping for a new home for some time and went to multiple new construction and resale properties. We did not feel like we were pressured into anything at Beazer and the sales team and construction crew made us feel comfortable about our purchase. We were also happy that Beazer was willing to work with our contingencies since we had another property to sell before and made that process smooth. Every house and property transaction has imperfections and surprises, but we were satisfied with the quality of work and service from Beazer at Poppy Meadows.

I love Beazer’s build quality especially their focus on home energy efficiency. I worked with Steve in the model home who was amazing at informing us about what makes beazer different, acknowledging our needs and always being available for questions. Once we started building we were blessed to work with Carson who managed the entire build. Carson has been extremely generous, attentive, polite, in addition to always being available for questions. One thing that stood out to us with Carson was that he always kept us updated with each phase of our build with pictures. That gave us peace of mind and allowed us to plan for the future. If I had to mention a con then it would be towards providing more options to customize layout designs, larger bedrooms, and more color options for cabinets/tiles. ... More

Home buying experience was outstanding. Follow-up support after closing was very disappointing. All problems were eventually resolved, but not in a way that stood out in any manner.

The folks we worked with throughout the buying process were a pleasure to work with, but the overall experience has not been great. First, they were not flexible with the closing date. We were told that moving it a week or so should be fine. We were traveling the week so we asked to postpone it, but they could not accommodate that and we had to change our plans. As it turns out, the closing was delayed due to a small issue with the house that caused it to fail inspection. They said they would compensate us by installing fans in the house, but currently that has yet to happen. Also, there are many small issues with the house, such as dings on cabinets, uncaulked areas, walls that need touchups, and stair steps that have small cracks. They have fixed some other issues, such as replacing a defective mirror, bathroom vents that were loose, etc. They are friendly and polite, but getting them to actually come and address issues has required a lot of repeated requests. ... I was in my old house for 33 years. I was a little hesitant when this process began, but the Salespersons were great. At every step from looking at sites and house plans, purchase and construction, they were helpful and knowledgeable. The builder texted me each monday with progress on the build. Will definitely recommend Beezer for your next home. I love my new home.

Initially, I was convinced that this home would live up to my expectations. However, during the walkthroughs, I began to notice the imperfections and details that I had overlooked. Now that I’m moved in, I’m still facing issues with the craftsman ship, as well as the poor paint job. I can’t recommend a Beazer home to anyone!

Buying a home in Bradshaw Farms was so easy. Everyone we worked with were knowledgeable and professional. They met all our needs which made purchasing a home less stressful. Haley kept us well informed of the progress being made during the building process. Cynthia made sure the work was done correctly, checking every detail as she would if it was her own home. Mike is quick to respond with our questions after our closing. We would definitely recommend purchasing a home in Bradshaw Farms to others.

I was put in touch with Mirtha, who showed me around, took my deposit and I purchased the condo in a very short time. She was patient, informative and very pleasant. It was a very positive experience

The Beazer team at Sunterra were accommodating, helpful, inviting and overall made my buying experience an easy transition. Billy, Liz, Gricelda were all very attentive. Gricelda, the customer care representative, will continue to reach out to us to insure that we are happy or if any concerns were to arise.
