No complaints on Beazer. But need to focus on quality of electric swithes.

Beazer Homes caught our eye because it offered a condominium development in Noblesville Indiana in a great location. Our initial visit was so stirring. Laura the Representative was knowledgeable about all the Beazer Home offerings and features. We especially we're impressed with the energy efficiency of the homes. We decided on a home that fit our timeline with great features. Beazer was very straightforward about the closing steps and their strong warranty. We received weekly calls from the construction supervisor to give updates and answer any questions, which was a wonderful touch. Our final walk-through prior to closing was detailed about features and operating instructions. The warranty on the home and post-purchase support is outstanding. The experience and communication was excellent with Beazer they are always a step ahead and are aware of your everyday living needs and are willing to fix anything you have questions about or need to change. Just remember to read everything you sign and everything will go smoothly Be aware before you buy what you purchase this was our second home to build and by far the entire Beazer team was on top of every little thing. Great community of people as well. Love our new home! Home is where the heart is when it comes to Beazer!

Buying the home was fast and easy. We used one of the lenders that Beazer Homes offered (Courtney @ VIP Mortgage was amazing) and it made a huge difference. This is our 2nd new build in three years (moved out of state) and having the open communication was very helpful and took a lot of the stress out of the transaction. Everyone has been kind and helpful (thank you D).

Joshua he was excellent. He did a good job with me and he let me know all the detail. And he update with me everything by email me all the time about everything he did, and he worked with me with my schedule time, even in my bed, a closing day and before my closing day, explain for me all the detail everything I recommended Josh build all the community because he’s very very good guy

I had great experience with the builder throughout the process. The Construction Manager was friendly and professional explaining everything in detail to my questions and also after purchase customer service was great as well.

The process of purchasing my home was smooth, and I am extremely pleased with the exceptional quality of the home. The builder's team was very responsive and reliable. As a home buyer, I highly recommend them for their great quality homes and efficiency.

Samantha has been very transparent and detailed oriented through the period of construction. Beazer has been very accomadative and punctual with their commitments. It has been a very happy experience for us.

Overall buying experience is pretty transparent and straightforward. Always everyone is on the communication which helped me avoid back and forth communications. Response time was very impressive as well during construction. I received consistent updates every week. The team was really friendly as well. I would like to give credit to Sean and Slater for providing such a smooth experience on owning our first home.

From the walk through process until the present the various members of the Construction team have responded to various issues promptly and very professionally. Kudos to Jody, Chris, Aaron and Noe and our Project Manager. There are still a few items that need to addressed and I have every confidence that the team will take care of them as quickly as they can.

From beginning to end, the Beazer team was a dream. As professionals, they were competent and as people they were kind.

Since this was my first time buying a home, I had a lot to remember and learn. Alex was a great asset when it came to understanding the house. From the beginning he explained everything so efficiently and was very patient with my millions questions. Every time I didn’t understand something he was always available and with a great attitude. I feel like as first homebuyers, having someone like him to guide you through the house process and things like what to look out for or things like changing the air filter etc. is very important because that gives you the sense of looking forward with Baezer and even recommending them ! We had a great experience with Beazer overall. We bought a Beazer (Radcliff, one story model) home that someone else had given up on. The quality of the construction materials was very good, and our builder Greg was very competent and meticulous - everything was aligned and well finished. Alex, our post sales customer contact had been great, always helping us with warranty registrations and contract with their warranty department. The warranty dept. is also surprisingly fast to fix problems, like a clogged drain and a door with a small crack, which was completely replaced and painted. The only problem we had was initially with the sales manager, who always took to long to answer our requests to change the upgrades, and we missed the deadlines because of her delays. Everyone was very helpful throughout the process of buying my home.

We had a great experience overall with our team here. Our agent Cyndy did her best with communication, our builder David was fantastic and hit all his marks, and so far so good in the house. The only negative we have is we were forced to use flat paint in the house which marks up way to easily. We asked if we could pay more for a better paint and it wasn’t allowed. Outside of that the house has been great so far.

Everyone with Beazer we encountered has been so helpful and provided us with quality customer service. We would recommend Beazer to anyone who is contemplating a new construction home.

Our buying and build experience with the salesperson Steve and builder Christian was a positive experience from beginning to end. This includes great service after completion of the sale with a few follow up items on the house.
