Kim and Detra are the best!!

Great new home!

I had a very pleasant experience as a first time home buyer with Beazer Homes.

They tell come and fix something and make mistake they say next week, next 2 weeks they never show up. the house not complete in the backyard .

We love our home, but have definitely run into several bumps in the road with Beazer. Timeliness has been an issue from the start which has spoiled much of the experience for us.

Staff was great-Coordinate closely with staff and project manager to insure additional items of improvement are planned to be installed as ordered- items seen in models are not always what you get-Personnel contact with PM is essential to successful move in. Ours was superior.

We closed on our new Beazer home on December 31. It has been nearly two (2) months since we closed on our home and we still have a punch list with 15+ items that need to be addressed... from painting to floor fixes to stained grout in our bathrooms. The overall home construction seems to be good, but the attention to detail, quality of work, and respect for the new homeowners by the trades (i.e., painters, drywall, framers, etc.) is badly lacking. When we moved in the house had not even been cleaned, and we even had urine stains on one of our bathroom toilets. Buyer beware, do not close on a new home on the last day of the builder's quarter. Everything in the last two weeks was rushed to get us into the home and we have been forced to stay home from work on numerous days to accommodate the schedules of the trades doing the repairs. I must say I do love my house ,but there were things that Iwanted that to me was so simple I did white cabinets in my kitchen but I want to do gray cabinets on the bottom same style cabinet just different color on the bottom,and was told NO we don't do that I also wanted pulls on all the cabinets and was also told NO. There are other things that we were not happy about I should have realized it when I wanted to make a change after we signed contracts when you are spending all this money on a home your building I think you should be able to make it yours, your style and not be told NO !!!

Terrible buying experience from Beazer

Recommended to all.I had great experience building my house from scratch. The process is fast and nice.Good quality material and excellent customer service.

The service of the salesman, head of construction and follow up customer service is good. Sub-par on the quality on some of the materials and sub-contract work. Many bowed walls and rough/poorly done drywall jobs. Stairs are a mess from chips/dents ruined during construction and filled in with wood filler.

We have been happy with our home buying experience with Beazer. We found their team to be very helpful and care about making sure our home was designed, built and completed as agreed.

I am a bit disappointed at Beazer's level of communication and overall follow through. There are still unpainted screens on some of the neighbor's balconies, the fence is falling over in one place, the landscaping is not very fleshed out, the street signs are incorrect (still), there's a construction permit box still standing, and the streets are as yet unpaved. The only person who seemed to care enough to follow up with the residents is Jason. Cheryl was nice, but often left clueless because the builders would not give her any information.

Beazer Home Consultant, Builders, Design Center, and connected Partners truly made our new home purchase and transition from San Diego, CA to Surprise, AZ an excellent one -- Ask questions, stay engaged, and get the finish line of home ownership together:)

I bought a unit that had been the model for near 18 months, and the local rep has been fantastic in ensuring everything was in great shape, with systems working properly before and after I took possession. Questions answered quickly during the buying process and after, too.

I AM IN LOVE WITH MY HOME THE SALES AGENTS TIFF AND CARMINE MAKE A GREAT TEAM! THEY KEPT ME UPDATED ON MY HOME WITH PICS AND HELD MY HAND THRU THE WHOLE PROCESS! AFTER MOVING IN I MET CORY HE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERT. I CAN CLL HIM FOR ANYTHING AND HE HAS A ANSWER! THAT MADE MY EXPERIENCE SO MUCH BETTER. MOST PLACES JUST FORGET ABOUT YOU AFTER A SALE BUT NOT THEM! THANK U GUYS!

Very happy with our new home purchase in Westfield. The staff has been great to work. Really like the location as well as the house we built. Only a few minor issues that have been resolved quickly.

I really wanted to like Beazer homes. They have nice floor plans, great sales folks. The initial construction project lead listened but eventually our house was turned over to a assistant who failed to send any communication until I eventually complained. The house sat for several months when this happened they did not want to provide any type of adjusted completion dates so I could make plans for temporary housing whole I waited for the house to be finished. They failed to c ok molested final walk thru items such such as touch up paining on the exterior of the house after several reminders. 1 month after moving in the garden bath tub faucet drips. The door frames are cut way to high from the flooring. It's the little details that make the difference. Beazer just missed the boat. ... More

We love our home here at Valencia on the lake and everyone at beazer homes has been very helpful and friendly since day one.

Sales and closing process was excellent. Walk thru and final finishes was good. Still have minor issues in master bath that needs fixing. Overall a happy transaction.

All looks good before closing, then you find that you have a lake on each side of the home, your electrical box is not working, chipping tiles, cheap pavers. These are things that eventually will cost a lot of money to replace in the long run. The homeowner should expect to re-do all flooring, outside paint, pavers electric box and much more in less than most newly built homes. Very disappointing - great service from the field but the horrible product in general. If they could have found any other way to save money they would have.
