Sales and PM (Kathleen and Chad) were fantastic. We felt the house closing was really pressured and it lead to multiple rework. We feel it is not fair to put our PM in that situation. To this day we have delightful conversations with both Kathleen and Chad. They were great.

Beazer did a great job, fixed any mistakes and Matt stayed in constant communication with us through the entire process of having our home built!

Overall experience was good with Beazer however, Christopher our builder was rude to my wife and father in law when conducting walk throughs. This business should be all about customer service and he should keep that in mind.

Builder's staff was friendly, communicative, and provided information of the entire building and purchase process. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Very satisfied with the level of professionalism and courtesy throughout the selection and purchase process. Just as satisfied with the overall quality of the home, which was why we chose Beazer.

BEAZER WAS FANTASTIC HELPFUL EFFICENT AND DETAILED I COULDNT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE AND QUALITY.

My punch list was not completed because sub-contractors did not cooperate despite the best efforts of the Beazer supervisor. So, I still have grout and paint spots all over my tile floors and my granite counter top is not anchored properly and has rough spots on the underside that fray clothing. My back yard was left full of debris from construction, so we are constantly cleaning it up and finding nails, etc. The interior walls were painted with one coat of flat paint, so anytime we even just touch it there is a spot and if we try to clean it the paint comes off and leaves a bare spot. I understand one coat, but why flat in areas that obviously need to be cleaned periodically? It just seems to me that, for the price of the home, there should have been more attention to detail by the builder. I did have a great experience with Susan in sales and Jimmy in construction. I am just disappointed in the lack of attention to detail since this is a brand-new home in a gated community with an upscale feel and a price tag that would suggest top quality. Everything went well for me. No complaints.

Beaazer did great with my experience from beginning to ticket work still going on. They were with me during the whole disaster of a process with the mortgage company TowneBank (1 of their 5 preferred lenders) and saw it thru until it was completed properly. Carson Baus and Colin Hall have been great representatives for Beazer and have exemplified what it means to be a loyal and stellar employees to a company. Beazer is a 5/5 for me. TowneBank is a 0/5.

Beazer homes are most affordable and the quality is great. Throughout the entire process the people who I have worked with have been more than kind. From the salesman, to the design center, to the construction manager-everything was a wonderful experience and I couldn’t be any happier with my first home experience.

I loved building my home with Beazer from start to finish. They were right on the mark with the estimated finish dates. It was easy to select options at the design center and they walked you through the different levels of cost for each. Throughout the process I had weekly updates from the crew onsite as to what was happening with my house. At the end, as inspectors came in, each one kept commenting on the quality of Beazer homes. I love my house and it instantly felt like home.

Misaligned 1st floor toilet. Had missing shutters. Pop out fell on my truck at 1 am in the morning. Ugly wall on backyard missing cinder blocks

The Beazer townhome we bought is really good and we really like it. The layout of the house is great and the construction team has been so great with helping us before and after we moved in! The sales people aren't so good though. They don't call back regarding issues and didn't account our wants during the buying process. I would recommend Beazer homes to anyone but they really have to call sales regularly regarding issues to get them resolved in time.

We are retiring and bought our home at Burson Ranch through Joshua and could not be happier. Great Service, fantastic price, no hidden fees and completed ahead of schedule. Beazer helps make dreams come true.

Inaccurate and hard to obtain completion date. Sales is overly optomistic and got a runaround on details. Misinformation on appliances at design center.

Still waiting on minor repairs,I’m working with project mananger when I arrive back in Florida .

Energy star effecient and floor plan is great. It is hard to find a 3 car garage in a single story house. Just make sure to ask which one is upgrade and which one is standsrd. Over all very happy with our purchase.

The staff were/are wonderful to work with and you can tell they truly care. A special shout out to Josh and Lorin for their help and dedication. Great experience.

I like my Beazer Home although it had just a few hiccups but they was fixed in a timely manner and we have enjoyed it ever since.

Landscaping especially sod and leveling of yard still needs work.Still have drainage issues

I,m happy with the concern of the construction super, Greg. My only concern is the HOA, They take long time to approve a simple issue. In my case I,m dealing for approval for vinyl fence which has been approved by the City. All the required documents were send to the HOA by the contractor and myself.

new condo in this area. It took 5 months as it was new construction but the sales staff was courteous and kept us informed.
