The people at Beazer are great to deal with but, unfortunately, getting things done right the first time seems to take a backseat to speed of construction. We are slowing working through issues but still have a lengthy list of items to address as well as the inconvenience of having to wait in 4 hour time-frames for various contractors to remedy items that should have been correct at construction time. While all new construction will have punch list items, this one was much more than expected or necessary. 17 years ago I built with Beazer so when I was in the market to buy a house again, I only looked at Beazer. I spent over 300,000.00 on this house and am so disappointed. I am actually trying to figure out how to get my money back out when I sell it. I paid a lot of money for a patio door that I can't open one side, another door whistles when the wind blows, and I reported tile in my shower that is cracked, didn't hear back from anyone, and when I called a month later, I was told that it was standard to have some imperfections. I was also told that the contractor refused to fix it. There are pin holes in some tile in my living area, and was told that I would be scheduled to fix it, but again, it has been months with no contact. My cabinets are a whole new story. They are smudged, and not consistent in the color. And don't get me started on the interior painting. Ok, maybe just a few examples: I have paint specks on the tile through out the entire house, my mop board (that I paid extra for) are not painted in several spots, there are black marks on the ceiling especially around ceiling fans, and the best part, there is paint on light fixtures, towel holders, and cabinets. One more thing, Beazer wants feedback, and calls and sends surveys within hours of moving in, I am sure, they want to post those results to make everyone think Beazer is great. They don't tell you that these surveys were conducted within hours of moving in, when you are on a bit of a high from moving into a brand new home. I am sad, really sad, that a builder that I have had great experience with in the past and trusted, has let me down. I can't get a call back from anyone to address these issues. This is our second home our first was a KB home and it was not built well. This Beazer home is built much better. This home is an inventory home which means we did not choose anything as far as most new homes go, it came built. It was nicely built with many nice upgrades. The Beazer people were very supporting and helpful. Of course nothing is perfect but this home is by far very good and we are extremely happy and would recommend these homes to anyone. Thank you Beazer for our beautiful new home!

agent which we bought the home from was amazing Liz but the maintenance and follow up the things that needed to be fixed or repaired prior to moving wasn't done how to call numerous times to make sure they would finish up then told me it was no longer their obligation and now it was mine I had to call the warranty company when the issues were prior my 7 day grace.

The process had a few up and downs as expected. But at the end of the day, they made the closing date.

We had a very pleasant experience in purchasing our home. Pamela was very helpful and Chris at Loan Depot did a great job as well.

In response to this survey I do have items that were being addressed by warranty claim It seems that the follow up is laxidasical as the 10 day inspection was initiated by me after 20 days Promised items aren't on time and usually require multiple calls to remind them, filter, hose, sprinkler, wood plugs for steps, etc. The items that were deficient are the drywall , Lot of cracking in the ceiling and multiple joints The garbage disposal did not have electric cord, windows, door adjustments The same goes for the 45 day inspection...Have yet to hear from Joe Warranty or anyone else

This is a perfect choice home. The Beazer team did an awesome job..from beginning to the end. From my 1st visit to my end of my close. Thanks again for your time and patience with me.

Our experience with working with the Sales Representative, Tom, was great. Tom was very thorough and supported us through the entire sales related process. However the build craftsmanship was mediocre at best. Too many issues to report them all. In summary, no attention to detail - appeared speed of completing (in some cases, not completing) task was the goal. And, the landscaping in terms of grading and sod was horrible. Sod laid on top of large rocks, plastic trash, even a broken pressure gage was the norm.

The homes are beautiful, but it’s a shame of how little regard goes into the construction process! We have moved into our new home after the final walk through, and found many imperfections in the final outcome. You really need a good final inspector to oversee your construction before the final walk through! Now that we are moved in, we have found too many errors and lack of oversight on craftsmanship and this is very unfortunate. I use to do this for David Weekly years ago and the builder was satisfied with my work and it should be applied to all your new homes!

So keep in mind these are not custom homes. For the money, these homes are built well and typically have only minor issues.

There is so many good things but when you are paying so much for a house it's the little errors that stand out

There are better options for the same price

This is the second house we have purchased and by far the best experience. From the first moment till we closed on the house, Beazer and everyone working with the company was wonderful. Even now the rep Greg has been awesome to work with and both the sales reps that we dealt with while buying are home have been great!

Too many miss areas in painting and caulking. Unfinished stone work.
