Terrible buying experience from Beazer

Recommended to all.I had great experience building my house from scratch. The process is fast and nice.Good quality material and excellent customer service.

The service of the salesman, head of construction and follow up customer service is good. Sub-par on the quality on some of the materials and sub-contract work. Many bowed walls and rough/poorly done drywall jobs. Stairs are a mess from chips/dents ruined during construction and filled in with wood filler.

We have been happy with our home buying experience with Beazer. We found their team to be very helpful and care about making sure our home was designed, built and completed as agreed.

I am a bit disappointed at Beazer's level of communication and overall follow through. There are still unpainted screens on some of the neighbor's balconies, the fence is falling over in one place, the landscaping is not very fleshed out, the street signs are incorrect (still), there's a construction permit box still standing, and the streets are as yet unpaved. The only person who seemed to care enough to follow up with the residents is Jason. Cheryl was nice, but often left clueless because the builders would not give her any information.

I bought a unit that had been the model for near 18 months, and the local rep has been fantastic in ensuring everything was in great shape, with systems working properly before and after I took possession. Questions answered quickly during the buying process and after, too.

I AM IN LOVE WITH MY HOME THE SALES AGENTS TIFF AND CARMINE MAKE A GREAT TEAM! THEY KEPT ME UPDATED ON MY HOME WITH PICS AND HELD MY HAND THRU THE WHOLE PROCESS! AFTER MOVING IN I MET CORY HE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERT. I CAN CLL HIM FOR ANYTHING AND HE HAS A ANSWER! THAT MADE MY EXPERIENCE SO MUCH BETTER. MOST PLACES JUST FORGET ABOUT YOU AFTER A SALE BUT NOT THEM! THANK U GUYS!

Very happy with our new home purchase in Westfield. The staff has been great to work. Really like the location as well as the house we built. Only a few minor issues that have been resolved quickly.

I really wanted to like Beazer homes. They have nice floor plans, great sales folks. The initial construction project lead listened but eventually our house was turned over to a assistant who failed to send any communication until I eventually complained. The house sat for several months when this happened they did not want to provide any type of adjusted completion dates so I could make plans for temporary housing whole I waited for the house to be finished. They failed to c ok molested final walk thru items such such as touch up paining on the exterior of the house after several reminders. 1 month after moving in the garden bath tub faucet drips. The door frames are cut way to high from the flooring. It's the little details that make the difference. Beazer just missed the boat. ... More

We love our home here at Valencia on the lake and everyone at beazer homes has been very helpful and friendly since day one.

Sales and closing process was excellent. Walk thru and final finishes was good. Still have minor issues in master bath that needs fixing. Overall a happy transaction.

All looks good before closing, then you find that you have a lake on each side of the home, your electrical box is not working, chipping tiles, cheap pavers. These are things that eventually will cost a lot of money to replace in the long run. The homeowner should expect to re-do all flooring, outside paint, pavers electric box and much more in less than most newly built homes. Very disappointing - great service from the field but the horrible product in general. If they could have found any other way to save money they would have.

We love our new home thanks to Beazer.

Sales and PM (Kathleen and Chad) were fantastic. We felt the house closing was really pressured and it lead to multiple rework. We feel it is not fair to put our PM in that situation. To this day we have delightful conversations with both Kathleen and Chad. They were great.

Beazer did a great job, fixed any mistakes and Matt stayed in constant communication with us through the entire process of having our home built!

Overall experience was good with Beazer however, Christopher our builder was rude to my wife and father in law when conducting walk throughs. This business should be all about customer service and he should keep that in mind.

Builder's staff was friendly, communicative, and provided information of the entire building and purchase process. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Very satisfied with the level of professionalism and courtesy throughout the selection and purchase process. Just as satisfied with the overall quality of the home, which was why we chose Beazer.

I absolutely love my new home! As a first time home buyer this was an amazing experience. Chris the builder was awesome and explained everything to the T. Thank you Beazer!

BEAZER WAS FANTASTIC HELPFUL EFFICENT AND DETAILED I COULDNT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE AND QUALITY.

My punch list was not completed because sub-contractors did not cooperate despite the best efforts of the Beazer supervisor. So, I still have grout and paint spots all over my tile floors and my granite counter top is not anchored properly and has rough spots on the underside that fray clothing. My back yard was left full of debris from construction, so we are constantly cleaning it up and finding nails, etc. The interior walls were painted with one coat of flat paint, so anytime we even just touch it there is a spot and if we try to clean it the paint comes off and leaves a bare spot. I understand one coat, but why flat in areas that obviously need to be cleaned periodically? It just seems to me that, for the price of the home, there should have been more attention to detail by the builder. I did have a great experience with Susan in sales and Jimmy in construction. I am just disappointed in the lack of attention to detail since this is a brand-new home in a gated community with an upscale feel and a price tag that would suggest top quality. There are too many things that I am going to have to fix myself: counter top, re-paint walls, etc. ... More
