We purchased with Beazer 24 years ago in NJ. We had hoped they had improved and tried again. We should have known better.

The second Beazer home I have purchased. I should have quit after the first. AC does not work when it's hot and heat does not work when it's cold. Drawers in bathroom vanity won't shut properly and landscaping was not done properly. My wife and I have called so many times I have listed the contact simply as complain again.

The home that we purchased was a quick move-in. This house hit all the marks and was made beautifully. It hardly had any cosmetic issues. The customer service offered by Beazer compared to other builders is much superior and they're always willing to help and answer all questions. If I ever buy another house, it would definitely be from Beazer Homes.

Beqzer communication and customer satisfaction is poor. We have to follow up on every stage and communication is reactive. Flexibility and quality of service also poor

Purchased a spec home thinking it would be built sound but slowly found issues that could have been corrected during the building process. We still sit here with a brand new house that still requires repairs.

They are not perfect, but their response to issues is unbelievable. They know and exhibit the art of great customer service.

No good when it comes to fixing warranty stuff

For the most part I am not unhappy with my new home. I like the floorplan and the neighorhood. However as it is what was listed as a "quick move-in" , and what the builder referred to in a derogatory tone as a "spec home" there are some unfortunate deficiencies. Most glaring is the lack of gutters. I have never seen a house without gutters however I was informed that they aren't required and I would have to add them myself. The tub in the guest bathroom is the smallest and at my best guess the cheapest they could find. It looks deep enough until you step in it and then you realize it just looks a normal depth, the inside is actually very shallow. I have never owned a home without a fireplace, and the presence of one was a major reason I chose this house. I could live with the propane tank they located in the middle of the front yard for a normally functioning fireplace but once again they apparently used the worst and cheapest they could find. The flame must stay so low you barely see it, the fan must be run at a speed that makes it so loud you can't enjoy any ambiance and it really doesn't put out any heat. There is no way to know if the propane is running low, when its gone the fireplace won't work and then you know to refill the tank. And as you might have guessed it didn't even work properly at first and someone had to be sent out to pull an object out of the fan. Finally the master bath walk-in shower doesn't drain properly the result of improper construction. I recently bought a home from Beazer in the Glenview community in frisco. Overall, I am happy with the final product & service. We closed on time & everything went as expected, except one issue related to my fence. Apparently the city notified Beazer few days prior to my closing that the board on board fence they put up won’t be allowed & it had to be replaced with wrought iron fence. Beazer failed to inform me, I closed & 2 months later I was told that city is going to enforce this & I had to comply. I was totally “not ok” with this as it compromised my privacy & I did not get what was promised. To Beazer’s credit they were willing to work with me & give a decent landscaping package but I had no choice but to comply. The house is wonderful. There were some things that needed fixing, but Beazer addressed each issue completely and correctly to my satisfaction. My Fiance and I are very happy with our new home!

Sales associates were very cordial and informative

Beazer’s customer service was amazing until after we moved in. Once we closed in our home, no one cared to make sure things were satisfied to our liking. Too many “corners” were cut to save time & money. (For example: having to have our brand new home repainted, because upgraded paint is still flat builder-grade, spray paint.)

Purchasing the home was very easy and my Beazer representative was very helpful through the process. Choosing additions such as countertops, floor, carpet was difficult. The location in Irvine is very far from the townhome complex in Imperial beach. The lady that is supposed to help with this process only would help if you showed up in person to select these additions. I had to work with my beazer home buying rep to get a PowerPoint and then go back to the lady in Irvine and tell her what I wanted. We would email back and forth and she was just difficult to work with. I felt like I did her job for her. ... More

The house was finished sooner than first date given. They rushed some jobs and should have paid a little more attention to detail. The products are fair but should be better quality for the price. Standard interior paint is terrible and rubs off at the slightest touch. The bones of the house are good

Excellent house !

My sales rep was wonderful! She presented all of the options in my price range and wasn’t pushy. I feel my home was a bit overpriced based on the upgrades and standard included items.

We came out just to see what your homes looked like as we were originally considering the Founders Park community in Euless since it was close to where we work. We were impressed by the area, community and amenities we bought here that same day we were “just looking”. Staff was excellent from sales to construction supervisor.
