Nice but a lot of flaws

We have had a number or issues to come up, but the main one is our heating and air system. We’ve had a tech person come out 5 times in just a month.

We are first time home-buyers and purchased a spec home under construction this past summer. Our sales agent, Judy, is amazing, she made everything so easy for us. She made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. Our builder, Troy, is the best too! All the way around, we are so happy with our choice!

Lovely home but several things could have been handled better

We love our home and it will be perfect with a few adjustments but do think several quality checkpoints were missed along the way thus creating a very stressful close process. Day of close there was sour trash left in the garage that attracted roaches and left a smell that took several days to rid. The paint job is the worst I've ever seen on a house. Several repairs had to be done after close so we could close on time. Our sales Rep has always been great but the build process could have gone smoother had projects been handled better.

From the start the communication was terrible from the office staff. Slow response or none at all. Date of orientation was rescheduled twice without considering the buyers work schedule, etc. The electricity was not turned on until the day before closing, 26 hrs to be exact. Our and the entire row of town home's orientation was performed in the dark with no electricity. Obviously after we were rushed to close our entire row of town homes had several issues with their home. pain was horrible since it was done in the dark. Not so Dream house

Poor layout, poor design, cheap materials! The home designer designed this house with very little thought and outside-in! There are windows in the house that do not open (fixed windows). No lights in any of the rooms so at night one walks into a pitch dark room. Extremely poor master bedroom design that will not accommodate king size bed. No linen closet to store towels and other bathroom essentials. It's all about the money for this builder. I would not recommend this builder to anyone who's looking for their 1st home.

Very High Quality and Energy Efficient home

We are loving our new Beazer home. At closing we hired an independent inspector to come out, he found very few minor details that Beazer fixed quickly. Since living in our new home for 6 months now everything is still great. We have not had any issues or have we had to call for warranty service at all. After doing some research online reading some of the horror stories about building a new home and even talking to a few people that had lots of problems I can honestly say we had no problems with Beazer and received a top quality home with ZERO headaches during the build process.

Our home is spacious and the acreage in the yard is wonderful. Builders are right there when you need them if any problems occur. The home is energy efficient which saves on the utility bills. We love the neighborhood at Weavers Pond. It's a community we always wanted to live in and now we are here. Our home is truly a gift from God.

One could easily purchase a base model home and be completely satisfied. The options presented are not pushed by the sales team, but they are very knowledgeable in each of the packages available. We are very satisfied with the materials and craftsmanship utilized by Beezer homes. Their building team and supervisor communicated throughout the build process, educating us about the features of our new home as it was being constructed.
