I am finally getting things finished two months after closing. Workmanship is very poor. Don't think house will last for my lifetime without major problems.

Initial experience is great. They rush towards closing and there’s lack of attention to detail. Might as well forget about the “warranty” department. They will neglect you once you’ve closed.

For a first time home buyer, Beazer was extremely easy to work with. Julia and Brandon took excellent care of us, and continue to be helpful as we settle into our new home. The process was laid out very simply from the start. The team was transparent and helpful as we evaluated our home. In the end, the build quality was far and away amazing. The floor plans are open. The whole experience was very simple.

Beazer Homes - Unfortunately, the agent we were dealing with was removed for

Unfortunately, the agent we were dealing with was removed for whatever reason which is understandable, but his replacement April didn't seem to understand professional courtesy. She absolutely refused to respect boundaries. She continuously called the buyer (myself) and when I requested that she speak with my agent, she would disregard my request and treated my agent with disdain. I really appreciated the extensions when it came to closing, but she wasn't pleasant and she continued to make unprofessional suggestions. For example, once the financing was secured, she suggested that finance ...

Very bad material quality used in my new house, a lot of issues with my new house in my first 2 weeks like my heater stop working, my water pipes became a part and it took them one day to fix it and I stayed without water for one day, my backyard landscape unbalanced so water staying in my yard and so many other issues with my house, I thought if I buy a new house that will give me peace of mind for at least 5 years or so but unfortunately NOT.
Beazer Homes responded:

We know buying a home is a special experience and we are genuinely sorry your experience was not perfect! We do show all the warranty cases you have submitted were resolved, with the exception of the flooring issue and a few outlets, but the work on these has been scheduled. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience we have caused but we are always more than happy to help in any way we can. If you ever have any questions or concerns please give us a call at 888-623-2937, thank ...

I think the quality of my house is good and an explanation of the process from start to finish was good. However, my house is still not finished due to particular items promised and not delivered. There are some simple problems too that are not resolved yet either.

We purchased our home from beazer after it had been built. We weren’t able to pick any details, so that was a downer but we have done a lot after the fact. Some issues have come up and we’re handled relatively quickly, reason for not five and contemplated a three. Our HVAC was not functioning properly and we weren’t given the treatment one would expect. We are hopeful we won’t have to deal with the issue again.

We had a great buying experience from vacant lot to move in. However, after the move in trying to get someone to come take care of many cosmetic issues as been frustrating. Months have gone by, appointments made and no one shows up and just poor communication. I understand there has been some staff changes so I don't think this is pervasive to all Beazer homes in San Tan Valley but more a timing issue of personal. Nonetheless, I have been frustrated.

Wonderful service from Debbie and Wes. Home was ready when they promised even with a week delay because of possible Hurricane. Considering this is not a custom home, I feel that there are many nice design features. Liked that I could customize floors, cabinets, countertops, etc. Granted at a price! Beazer is a good solid reliable builder.

The second Beazer home I have purchased. I should have quit after the first. AC does not work when it's hot and heat does not work when it's cold. Drawers in bathroom vanity won't shut properly and landscaping was not done properly. My wife and I have called so many times I have listed the contact simply as complain again.

The home that we purchased was a quick move-in. This house hit all the marks and was made beautifully. It hardly had any cosmetic issues. The customer service offered by Beazer compared to other builders is much superior and they're always willing to help and answer all questions. If I ever buy another house, it would definitely be from Beazer Homes.

Be careful with "quick move-ins"

For the most part I am not unhappy with my new home. I like the floorplan and the neighorhood. However as it is what was listed as a "quick move-in" , and what the builder referred to in a derogatory tone as a "spec home" there are some unfortunate deficiencies. Most glaring is the lack of gutters. I have never seen a house without gutters however I was informed that they aren't required and I would have to add them myself. The tub in the guest bathroom is the smallest and at my best guess the cheapest they could find. It looks deep enough until you step in it and then you realize it ...
