They have done a good job of responding to repairs that needed after close. John Suddreth,Katherine and Johnathan work as as team. And the lady in Arizona has always been helpful.

From the Beazer Home Seller Rep, Josh, to the lenders, to the home inspection and the final walk through with Merill, all provided the most professional and courteous home buying experience. Would I recommend a Beazer home to friends, colleagues and family, absolutely! Josh, thank you so much for making my home buying experience a great one.

Home well put together! Wish I had made the decision to move here sooner! It would rate 5 stars if not for the PARKING! Don't really know what builders were thinking {unless how to save the company money). Lacks parking for all tenants! Garage sizes entirely to small for the Dogwood models which is the LARGEST model. Parking is a deal breaker for prospective buyers,

Working with the Project Manager, Andrew. was a delight. He kept us posted on the progress and setbacks along the way. We had a close date that was pushed back a week and when that second date came we came to the house for a final walkthrough before the closing. When we got there, the lawn was torn up due to a leak caused by landscaping and there were large holes in the wall due to a leak in the A/C system. We left under the impression that we would have to close the following week. As we had done through this whole process, we rolled with the punches and accepted this fact. Later that day we ...

On-Going Issues from the Punch List All while Being Our Own PM

Beazer's end of year is end of September so when our home was close to completion they slammed it into what they considered a done phase. When we pointed out about 12 things on our punch list inclusing a cracked tub they basically forced us to close stating that they would charge us $2000 in fees for not closing. Our understaing is that they do this at the end of any/all months. Since then we had to become our own Project Managers to the point that they would ask us what still need to be completed. They will forget to order replacment pieces and then try and point the finger at a vendor or ...

After move-in service

The design of the new home is great with modern style, lots of spaces in kitchen and master closet which are the major reasons I like and bought this new home. The after move-in service is good and satisfactory since beazer addressed and solved the problems we found after move-in in a properly and timely manner. But I would like to point out that there were so many detailed tiny jobs were not done well since we closed in a hurry and some of the paintings/carpet installment jobs were done at last minute on the closing date which obviously affected the qualities of the jobs. I wish we hadn't ...

Sales team amazing/ build workmanship poor

The sales team Amber and Beth are absolutely amazing. They are always keeping you up to date on the progress of your home and answer your questions. As far as everything else no so good. The quality of workmanship is poor. Our grout is not even and has gaps and holes in it, we have asked multiple times for this to be repaired and it has yet to be done. The paint also has yet to be completed. Our garage was not fully painted, we still have yellow spots on some of our ceilings, we have a large gash in our panty wall, dents on our curves at windows, a hole where our towel rack was placed wrong ...

Beazer Homes responded:
Thank you so much for your review! We are happy to hear your experience with the sales team was enjoyable, and we will make sure to let Amber and Beth know! We would also like to extend an apology for your disappointment with the workmanship of your home. We were able to reach out to your builders Andrew and Judd, and are happy they were able to address your concerns. We also would like to invite you to contact us directly whenever you may have concerns. I bought my townhouse from Beazer Home and moved in this July. Everything was perfect and I told all of my friends that Beazer Home is a perfect builder I recommend if they want to buy a house from Beazer Home. Until after I moved in two months when I got my first month water bill, I am really disappointed that Beazer Home do not take care it. My first month water bill was $596.3. I called MUD and Beazer Home warranty to check if there was any problem on water meter or any water leakage at my home. Finally Beazer Home help me figure out it was caused by the sprinklers setting. Team at Beazer was so understanding of my circumstances. Michelle and Bob were extremely helpful and walked me through the process . Design center had lots of options . Matt at CNN mortgage helped me find the best rate and type of loan to make my Dreams become a reality. The guys who built my house (contractors) took care in the process.

Beazer makes great homes but don't expect any wow factor from the support team or builder after close. We love our new home. The floor plan, the finishes, the price, the community & the landscaping are all great but it's the 100 little things from Beazer Corporate that tell you they either don't care or are not aiming for customer satisfaction. For example... we bought one of the model homes, which I would never do again because when they say the models are 'as is'... they are not kidding and they will do NOTHING to get the home into a livable condition. We couldn't even get baseboards ...

We built our Beazer home from a distance of 1800 miles. This meant we had no choice but to depend on Beazer's customer service staff more, perhaps, than most. Each link in the chain, from the sales staff to the construction team, met and exceeded our expectations. A potentially stressful process was made worry free due to their skill and professionalism.
