Beazer is one of the Best

Building a new home is quite the experience but Beazer made it enjoyable. Beyond that, the quality and customer service has been great. From the first step until the last step, everyone was responsive and helpful. People also need to realize that when you build a home, regardless of what you pay for it, won't be 100% perfect. It's life people...nothing is perfect but do your research. Other builders are not as dedicated to building a quality home, nor as responsive to your concerns as the experience we had with Beazer. If we ever build again, it would be difficult to go with another ...

We have no complaints with Beazer. We still have the builder Corbin stop by whenever he sees us outside and make sure that everything is going good and he asks if we have any issues or if there is anything we may need.

It was a simple process compared to building a custom home. They have made the quality and options so diverse there are plenty of ways to customize. We were treated fairly and honestly. Love the house.

Beazer Homes - I would give it a 3.

I would give it a 3. Boughtvacnew home in Charleston sc from pulse and felt they were a little more on point. Our house when we moved in was not really even cleaned. Punch list items were I would say normal. But the cabinets are horrible. They are having to replace over a dozen doors and our entire vanity in second bath.

Poor quality with the trades

The trade company they hire are sloppy. I'm very unhappy with paint speckles all over my cabinets, chandelier and hardwood floor. My front door has the ugliest paint job imaginable. The painters didn't cover anything while they painted. My electrical plates are all crooked. The outside of the homes has stuff installed crooked as well. My unfinished basement wasn't cleaned up. It has all the debris that was there from construction. I admire JT and Matt for helping me out with all my needs, but Beazer needs to fire their trade companies and hire people who care about their quality of work. ...

The process was decent and the person who handled the process with us as the customer agent was very very good. There were some issues with construction related to the construction manager being provided updated and correct drawings that reflected changes that caused some issues during construction that could have been avoided. The construction manager rep was very customer focused and worked dilligently to address all of our issues.

From working with Travis (sales), and Keith (builder) to closing with Harold (Mortgage) we felt appreciated and part of the family. Travis and Keith are very special, and made our personal experience, the best it could be. Travis still checks in on us, and we appreciate so much the personal attention we have received.

We have lived in our brand new house for almost 5 months and we are still having issues in our house that were never fixed. Some of these issues are from the inspection done a month before we even closed on the house. The more we live in the house, the more we see the flaws in the workmanship of the sub contractors because their only goal is to do the work as fast as they can to move on to the next house, even if that means cutting corners or doing sub standard work. It seems as soon as they get your money for the house, you are not important to provide customer service. They are very poor at ...

The presale inspection of the home went very well as far as our interactions with Beazer reps. Once we entered the new home, we were told a lot of things were suppose to happen to give us comfort that the new home we were buying was in good working condition and that experts were on hand to handle any minor problems that may have developed with the house that we discovered upon moving in. It was at this point that the Beazer team dropped the ball. There was in fact zero follow-up after moving into the new home. the one week, 45 days, etc follow-up never happened. In fact as of now 5 months ...

Kathy and Mark were outstanding! My sales experience couldn't have been better. Kathy received sooo many calls from me, but she remained patient and professional, and she knows new home construction and sales! Mark walked me through the unit and explained everything thoroughly. He walked me through the Customer Care Manual, page by page. It was a very stress-free experience.

My experience was so frustrating, it is difficult to summarize. I'll say that there was no attention to detail. A level and tape measure would have gone a long way. Near closing, when something was pointed out and rectified, more problems were created. For example, the floor people didn't care about the texture on the walls. The tile people didn't care about the counters, and on and on and on. Near, and even after closing, as soon as one crew left, I noted damage to other areas of the house. When those areas were repaired, other areas were damaged. I feel my story sounds unbelievable, ...

We have had problems from day 1. The electrical was bad. Water sprinklers in front of the garage don’t work. My driveway is uneven and needs immediate attention. My garage door doesn’t close properly. Lies after lies. We had 4 builders. All said we want you to be happy. I would of never closed on this house with what I’ve been through. Contractors do a lousy job and we have to redo the work. Nobody should have to go through this. I can’t even enjoy the house because someone is always working on something or rescheduling. There’s a lot that Beazer doesn’t disclose. Very shady. Between the ...

After spending over $400,000 for a new home we expected to move into a completed home. Instead we will be inconvenienced for months as you come back in to fix or finish a long list of items. Not the way I wanted to move into my new home. I wish we had purchased an NV home at the other end of our block, away from the stench of the chicken farm that we weren’t suppose to smell, that our neighbors say were move in ready.

The purchase was easy given that we relied on our realtor to watch over the build. Our builder rep (Jenny) was great. We love our home, but there are many imperfections that need to be fixed including crooked walls (non-structural), rough spots, sliding door not working, gouges, bumps, and cabinet door alignment. I suppose there are imperfections with all builders, but it was disheartening to see a couple crooked wall edges. Anyway, we were promised that all issues will be fixed in a year when they come to primp the finish work. I understand they are hiring a new builder.
