From the start the communication was terrible from the office staff. Slow response or none at all. Date of orientation was rescheduled twice without considering the buyers work schedule, etc. The electricity was not turned on until the day before closing, 26 hrs to be exact. Our and the entire row of town home's orientation was performed in the dark with no electricity. Obviously after we were rushed to close our entire row of town homes had several issues with their home. pain was horrible since it was done in the dark. Again, no electricity until the day before closing. Nails sticking out of walls that still aren't fixed. Landscape had to come back since they were rushed the Day of Closing. A tree was left on a hill, maybe 15 feet away from the end town home, with the roots exposed. One hard strait wind and it would be down on top of the house. Great homes!

Poor layout, poor design, cheap materials! The home designer designed this house with very little thought and outside-in! There are windows in the house that do not open (fixed windows). No lights in any of the rooms so at night one walks into a pitch dark room. Extremely poor master bedroom design that will not accommodate king size bed. No linen closet to store towels and other bathroom essentials. It's all about the money for this builder. I would not recommend this builder to anyone who's looking for their 1st home.

We had to close in less than 30 days. The process was smooth. We love the house. We found a few issues but they have been taking care of them as we go under our warranty.

Good Experience

Have several things that need to be fixed. Then the rating would be higher.

Nothing but lies and horrific repairs.

We are loving our new Beazer home. At closing we hired an independent inspector to come out, he found very few minor details that Beazer fixed quickly. Since living in our new home for 6 months now everything is still great. We have not had any issues or have we had to call for warranty service at all. After doing some research online reading some of the horror stories about building a new home and even talking to a few people that had lots of problems I can honestly say we had no problems with Beazer and received a top quality home with ZERO headaches during the build process.

Our home is spacious and the acreage in the yard is wonderful. Builders are right there when you need them if any problems occur. The home is energy efficient which saves on the utility bills. We love the neighborhood at Weavers Pond. It's a community we always wanted to live in and now we are here. Our home is truly a gift from God.

I had a great experience buying a home from Beazer. Everyone I worked with through the purchasing process was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt pressure and was presented with all options.

We looked around at several new developments, but we kept coming back to beazer because of the location, home features and the sales team.

One could easily purchase a base model home and be completely satisfied. The options presented are not pushed by the sales team, but they are very knowledgeable in each of the packages available. We are very satisfied with the materials and craftsmanship utilized by Beezer homes. Their building team and supervisor communicated throughout the build process, educating us about the features of our new home as it was being constructed.

Horrible builder and extremely poor quality

It was my first experience with Beazer and they did a great Job. The best on Beazer is the service, Ariane and Bob they did all the difference on this job.

Energy efficient, attention to details and optional 5th bedroom makes for a roomy getaway for my family and friends! Love the living space and the extra large kitchen counter provides an inviting atmosphere for all ages!

Just overall happy with the results ....Just completely energy Efficient home ...The build quality and materials used that are standard vs. other homes are second to none...If we had to do it all over again we definitely would do it With Beazer ...

They have done a good job of responding to repairs that needed after close. John Suddreth,Katherine and Johnathan work as as team. And the lady in Arizona has always been helpful.

From the Beazer Home Seller Rep, Josh, to the lenders, to the home inspection and the final walk through with Merill, all provided the most professional and courteous home buying experience. Would I recommend a Beazer home to friends, colleagues and family, absolutely! Josh, thank you so much for making my home buying experience a great one.

Helpful the whole time!

Home well put together! Wish I had made the decision to move here sooner! It would rate 5 stars if not for the PARKING! Don't really know what builders were thinking {unless how to save the company money). Lacks parking for all tenants! Garage sizes entirely to small for the Dogwood models which is the LARGEST model. Parking is a deal breaker for prospective buyers,

Working with the Project Manager, Andrew. was a delight. He kept us posted on the progress and setbacks along the way. We had a close date that was pushed back a week and when that second date came we came to the house for a final walkthrough before the closing. When we got there, the lawn was torn up due to a leak caused by landscaping and there were large holes in the wall due to a leak in the A/C system. We left under the impression that we would have to close the following week. As we had done through this whole process, we rolled with the punches and accepted this fact. Later that day we were called by a couple of other people from Beazer trying to get us to close that day and putting pressure on us to do so. The outside leak had been repaired allowing them to get a Certificate of Occupancy which is all they needed. After a few more calls to us, we were threatened with $250 per day charge from Beazer because we were “not being flexible”. We were told by the sales person that we could have the PM walk us through the house again via FaceTime. Is this really how we want to do business. The rush was because Beazer would be losing a lot of money. It was not our fault at all but there aggressive stance made it sound like it was. We agreed to go back to the house that night and the holes in the wall were repaired in a very shoddy manner. Ultimately we agreed to close the next day with promises of repair. We both had to change our work schedules and planned the closing for 6:30 at night. Still not flexible? I understand business and managing budgets but when tactics like this are used to threaten people who have been cooperative for the entire process, it shows that the company does not have the best interest of the customer in mind even when they know their promised product was inferior. ... Let me say don't watch them build the house and what you don't know won't hurt you.

Enjoyed the process from the beginning to the end. The community is safe with children and families that attend the same school and enjoy community events!
