Been in my new home for two months now. I have enjoyed every moment of it. The house is amazing, the neighborhood is what I wanted. My neighbors are happy too!!

Over all home buying experience was fabulous. New home buying can be daunting. Lots of informations are not generally provided properly by the builders but Beazer homes were different. We were notified about different things in timely manner and we were aware of what is going on with the house. When we weren’t able to visit the house Brian provided text messages with pictures of the progress and updates. Everyone involved in the process were very nice and helpful and made our home buying experience very pleasant. We will be definitely working with Beazer in future.

My new home is modern and absolutely beautiful. Equally as important, it came at an affordable price! Many say building a new home is stressful, but Beazer has a step-by-step process that makes it easier to manage and FUN! There are warranties in effect after you own your home, and a customer service contact for any questions you have. Rich and Elisa were absolutely a delight to work with. I highly recommend Beazer Homes.

From the start Amber helped us out tremendously especially being first time homebuyers. She walked us through the whole process and answered any and all question we had. Once the house was being build we then transitioned our questions and concerns to D the superintendent. He encouraged us to come to him with any questions or issues we saw with the house throughout the building process. He would answer our questions and if he wasn’t sure of the answer he would dig into it and give us an update. He was always on top of what we asked of him and also updating us throughout the process. This is my third build in Texas and the first time I’ve used Beazer Homes. Everything went really well. It was enjoyable to design the home and watch it being built. Carson supervised the build and kept in touch with weekly updates. I visited the site several times and usually found him nearby. He’d spend time talking about what was happening and what was next. Amazing customer service from he and from the Steve in sales. Always willing to help and answer questions during the process. The end result is beautiful. Can’t say enough good about the whole team and process.

The real estate agent was knowledgeable and attentive, guiding me every step of the way. The mortgage lender was responsive and helped me secure a great rate. Overall, I'm thrilled with my new home and grateful for the support I received throughout the process. Even after we moved in Mr Ricks have been very attentive. Highly recommend!
