Delivered ontime with small issues to be fixed immediately after closing. After payment everyone went missing and it took about 2 months to get a hold of someone (after many emails, calls and speaking to corporate) to come back and finish the job. Other than that, things look really good!

2 months after moving in we still have items from the exception list that are not completed. I feel I've had to stay diligent on other items of concern which I don't feel should be necessary for wanting things fixed the way they should have been the first time. Beyond that we are happy with our home.

Overall construction was fine but never completed the punch list of items and wouldn’t return phone calls. Once they get their money then they disappear so make sure everything is done before closing.

I would never buy another Beazer home again. House was rushed being put together. I was forced into closing before the house was finished. If I did not close when they wanted me to they said they would take away all of my closing help. Have lived in the home for 45 days and have had numerous problems. House is currently up for sale and I just went to closing 9/28/18 today is 11/13/18.

Beazer homes have nice designs and well distributed space inside their homes, however the company does not pay attention to supervising subcontractors and they do a very poor job. The sales only want the buyer to close swiftly as soon as the house is finished and don't want to fix anything major before the closing date other than paint touch ups. If you identify some issues and go to closing believing their promise that they will fix it later then you are by yourself after closing, it becomes a nightmare dealing with them. This purchase is our second home in the same neighborhood in less than a year. There were some issues left over from closing that have still not been resolved. This is spoiling my overall experience with Beazer which to date was 5star. The warranty call folks are very nice but from there it falls flat. The hand over from the builder to the warranty person has been poor.

The process going in and building was straightforward. Beware the site building manager. In an intimidating way he will tell you he’ll take care of you after the sale of your house if you give him 5 stars or whatever their rating system. Don’t do that. He will totally ghost you after close. The site manager has little to no interaction in the process after close. This guy is just lying to get a good rating.

I believe that the little things were problematic but nothing really big. I would be good to have your sales team know the products well and provide the customer some areas on the house they may wish to take a closer look when going to the design center. The design center personnel did a great job and our experience was hindered with the fact that my father in-law passed on that day during our visit. Unfortunately there were many issues we discovered prior and during our walk through ranging from uneven drywall work and texturing, tile grout, paint and positioning of bathroom sink lights. We love the layout and the quality of most of the structure but the tradespeople must have been sloppy, inexperienced or rushed or all of the above.

Make sure you keep notes throughout the process, ask plenty of questions. If you don't understand something you are ask to sign don't sign it.Beazer does a well built house just have to stay on top of the Contractor in charge of your house , they seem to take things for granted, I'm still dealing with issues after two months of closing ,that should have been taken care of before closing.

The salesperson was very helpful but since I moved into my home the customer service has been very disappointing and I can only imagine terrible service in the future. I haven’t been able to get dead trees that were installed replaced or even the size of light bulb required for the address fixture. I’ve purchased three new homes in my lifetime and this is by far the worst! Beazer should really look at the after sales department!
