For a first time home buyer, my experience with Beazer was great. Customer service exceeded all my expectations and their people truly made this big step smooth and easy.

The staff was really great to talk to and work with. I really appreciate the response and care that both Tiffany and Cory gave me throughout the process. It's the great service that made buying a Beazer home a wonderful experience.

Delivered ontime with small issues to be fixed immediately after closing. After payment everyone went missing and it took about 2 months to get a hold of someone (after many emails, calls and speaking to corporate) to come back and finish the job. Other than that, things look really good!

2 months after moving in we still have items from the exception list that are not completed. I feel I've had to stay diligent on other items of concern which I don't feel should be necessary for wanting things fixed the way they should have been the first time. Beyond that we are happy with our home.

It’s what you see that you get. Great people, school system and home. Kids love it. The only downside is the community does not have a park for kids to play.

The purchasing process went as smooth as possible. Everyone was informative and helpful. I would certainly recommend Beazer Hones.

Excellent Experience

Overall construction was fine but never completed the punch list of items and wouldn’t return phone calls. Once they get their money then they disappear so make sure everything is done before closing.

I would never buy another Beazer home again. House was rushed being put together. I was forced into closing before the house was finished. If I did not close when they wanted me to they said they would take away all of my closing help. Have lived in the home for 45 days and have had numerous problems. House is currently up for sale and I just went to closing 9/28/18 today is 11/13/18.

Beazer homes have nice designs and well distributed space inside their homes, however the company does not pay attention to supervising subcontractors and they do a very poor job. The sales only want the buyer to close swiftly as soon as the house is finished and don't want to fix anything major before the closing date other than paint touch ups. If you identify some issues and go to closing believing their promise that they will fix it later then you are by yourself after closing, it becomes a nightmare dealing with them. It takes endless calls to warranty representatives to do anything and even more calls to the subcontractors to come fix stuff. Less than a week after moving into the house we have a major rain and lot of water leaked inside through window of one of the bedrooms. It took one month for them to fix the problem .Garage door also leaks rain water inside, their subcontractor said it is normal, which is astonishing wrong, finally they acknowledged it and decided to fix it.. The hardwood floor is full of gaps between planks and they keep saying that it is normal and don't want to fix it. Good luck emailing any one in there, the typical corporate culture of never replying an email to avoid leaving any record. The houses will be better built if they have more supervision on subcontractors, but they don't, it is just mass production for money, it looks like the company only care about the money. This purchase is our second home in the same neighborhood in less than a year. In the new house, The AC unit outside the house has been putting on some rocks with the time are getting displaced and the AC unit is at high risk, we asked for a feedback/repair we have been waiting no new In both houses we have one side all year long muddy because there is no proper drainage this is bringing all kind of bugs so there is no way you will enjoy your backyard or you will walk on the side of your backyard we tried everything but nothing is working, by the way all the neighbors are having the same issue Where is Beazer to take actions? There were some issues left over from closing that have still not been resolved. This is spoiling my overall experience with Beazer which to date was 5star. The warranty call folks are very nice but from there it falls flat. The hand over from the builder to the warranty person has been poor.

The process going in and building was straightforward. Beware the site building manager. In an intimidating way he will tell you he’ll take care of you after the sale of your house if you give him 5 stars or whatever their rating system. Don’t do that. He will totally ghost you after close. The site manager has little to no interaction in the process after close. This guy is just lying to get a good rating.

I believe that the little things were problematic but nothing really big. I would be good to have your sales team know the products well and provide the customer some areas on the house they may wish to take a closer look when going to the design center. The design center personnel did a great job and our experience was hindered with the fact that my father in-law passed on that day during our visit. With that said I think that areas of lighting and bathrooms could use a quick show and tell of what a customer will get if they make no changes. This would be helpful when dealing with customer expectations. As I mentioned the experience was very good and we did have situations pop up during this period but my desire is to see Beazer do extremely well. Still some problems need to be attended

Unfortunately there were many issues we discovered prior and during our walk through ranging from uneven drywall work and texturing, tile grout, paint and positioning of bathroom sink lights. We love the layout and the quality of most of the structure but the tradespeople must have been sloppy, inexperienced or rushed or all of the above.

Bought the model home with a 18-24 month leaseback. It was a seamless process and it is comforting to know that the home will be well cared for until we are ready to move in.

Being a first time home buyer, I was nervous going into the process. The staff at Beazer was attentive, they understood my apprehension and the eased my fears. Everything was a smooth process and I love my new home.

Make sure you keep notes throughout the process, ask plenty of questions. If you don't understand something you are ask to sign don't sign it.Beazer does a well built house just have to stay on top of the Contractor in charge of your house , they seem to take things for granted, I'm still dealing with issues after two months of closing ,that should have been taken care of before closing.

Not a great experience, could have been better.

Beazer was very helpful throughout our entire new home construction process. From helping us pick out our home, setting up the details inside, keeping us informed throughout the construction process, we had an excellent experience. Would definitely purchase again.

The sales associate was late on everything , therefore made my process a little tedious and difficult.

The salesperson was very helpful but since I moved into my home the customer service has been very disappointing and I can only imagine terrible service in the future. I haven’t been able to get dead trees that were installed replaced or even the size of light bulb required for the address fixture. I’ve purchased three new homes in my lifetime and this is by far the worst! Beazer should really look at the after sales department!
