They pay attention to detail and keep you well informed throughout the home building process.

We love our new home. The construction supervisor was great throughout the construction process. Shortly after we settled, we discovered we had a drainage problem up against the house in the back. Instead of being passed off to a claims person, our construction supervisor, who was wonderful throughout the construction process, continues to work with us to resolve the drainage issues. I have no doubt that he will make sure the issues are corrected to our satisfaction. Good people.

Overall we are happy with new home in the Oaks Canebay area. Grass replacement in areas didn't happen. Still need partial wood for replaced. Grass we will wait till spring and check on then but it is concerning that it wasn't taken care of. Lot of water wasted waiting for hot water in kitchen. Same issues for showers. Might need 2nd tankless heater? Door bell on the fritz for 2nd time. Minor issues that hopefully will be addressed before 11 month. Development here is outstanding with great people. I still believe that Beazer is one of the better builders and will take care of our issues.

Make a list of questions and ask instead of assuming that Beezer representatives have given all the information you need. They can not read minds , but that does not prevent them from doing a good job. Resolve issues earlier than later for a more pleasant buying experience. In the end ,our sales agents really did their best to accommodate our needs including making sure we get our keys before the weekend.

Great house in a great neighborhood. Kevin at Beazer did a good job on our home. I’d build with them again.

Beaver was great got the house built in a timely manner. Only issue I have is the finishing touches were terrible. Chalking was done, flooring in bathroom bubbling up. Paint finishes not the best.

Mission Lane is a beautiful new neighborhood that we recently moved to. We love our new home and the Beazer team has been stellar to work with all the way through the buying process. We could not be any happier.

Overall the build quality is great except that the bottom edges of the interior doors look rough. It looks like they were dragged along the ground before being installed. They should be sanded smooth and painted. Also attention to little details would be appreciated, like a small dish tower rack in the kitchen and positioning to in cabinet and under cabinet lighting to make it easier to change the bulbs.

We are very pleased with our new Beazer home in Vermillion at Escena. They addressed everything on our punch list in a timely and satisfactory manner. We really love our community and house.

Overall process was ok but the actual build is not the best quality. A lot of things not done up to expectations. Seems the only thing they were worried about was their 5 star energy rating

Very slow at performing post closing repairs

I had several items that were not completed prior to closing and it has been extremely difficult getting them done. List was provided to construction manager over a month ago and nothing has been done, nor has he responded. My advice to new buyers is not to close until all items from your punch list has been completed. They will promised you that they will get it done, don’t trust them, it will be painful. I was warned by another buyer and should have listen.

Beazer homes have meet my home expectations beyond expectations. Nicely build, good quality material used. Very informative and good service before and after sales. Everybody I came across the beazer team was a excellent personality who understood my needs and made me comfortable in making such a big purchase of my life.

Process was very easy. Closed within 6 months of signing the contract. Michael (the builder) was great in accomidating any requests. House turned out great for the price.

I found my purchase of a new home to be an exciting, pleasant experience from the first day we walked into the sales office to the days leading to closing and moving in.

The entire process went smoothly. Once we settled on a floor plan, we started by selecting structural options. These are things like lot preference, basement, fireplace, ceiling height, extra windows, Beazer Design Choice options (which are options for things like kitchen layout, flex rooms to be a dining room, a study, an added bedroom). The design session came next. The design studio we used was only open certain days of the week. I highly recommend taking advantage of those open days prior to your design appointment to shop all of your options. Beazer offers a generous selection and consequently there is a infinite number of combinations of flooring, tile, granite, fixtures, etc. We used those open studio days to "pre-select" what we wanted and how much it would cost. This made our design appointment go much smoother than if we had not "pre-selected". We had a small window to tweak our choices, but Beazer starts ordering pretty quickly, so shop wisely. The last step is construction. Beazer assigned a construction foreman to build our home. He called every week to give progress reports. Beazer delivered our home on time. To be sure, there were some construction flaws, but we expect the Beazer team with whom we have been working to address those flaws with the same level of care demonstrated so far. ... More

We have been in our new home for almost 2 months now. We are pretty settled in and we are happy with the construction of our home. We had some minor issues which have been or are being addressed. Paloma had a very nice Fall festival which we enjoyed very much. We are hoping they keep on having events and we will attend and support when possible. Thank you.
