The whole purchasing process was great. We had the chance to see our new home built since we lived nearby. After we moved in we had a major problem with flying bugs like gnats. We received little help from the builder. We had to go online and fix the problem ourselves. We also had a defective water heater that was replaced 3 weeks after we moved in. Now that we are here about 7 weeks, we are finally able to enjoy living here without contractors coming to fix something.

Cindy, Shannon,Jimmy and Brendan helped every step of my purchase of my first home! It all started with looking at property on Natomas, change of plans, then finding the Rancho Cordova developement where the transfer of deposits and contracts was easy. I don’t know of anyone else who got to find their home, have it built, and ready for move in with in a year! All those questions you ask yourself moving into a new house were preemptively answered and followed up on the surprises quickly. We bought the last homes built on the development and I’m sad that I won’t get to see their welcoming faces on site as often (while I’m sure my neighbors have a different opinion since there arent anymore construction noises). Closing on the home went smoothly. Cleaning and touch up of paint and repairing of a hole in the wall in one of the closets didn't happen.

There’s hasn’t been a single aspect of our home that didn’t need to be fixed after moving in. There was loose threading on our carpet, scratches on our windows, scratches on closet doors, scratches on our kitchen counters, peeling wood floors and spaces between the wood panels, uneven and unfinished kitchen cabinets, paint splatter in almost every room including the metal fixtures, carpet and wood floors. When you spend this much money on a house, you shouldn’t have to deal with all these mistakes. It’s really been a huge hassle dealing with all these people coming into the house and trying to get time off of work just to accommodate everyone. My parents have bought a brand new home twice in the past and never had to deal with this many corrections after moving in. As first time home owners, this experience has been stressful. ... More

The customer service was good till I moved into the home. The builder made promises of assistance with any questions I had when first moving in and none of those promises were followed up on even after I contacted them.

These are wonderful, well built homes. There will always be little things, but the overall home is built well.

The home buying experience was fine. No problems. However the solar experience sucks!!!!!! Purchased a system and you would think a representative would be available to help with activating the system. 3 months after closing of escrow and we are no closer to activating the system. No directions and little to no help from Tesla. A wasted $11k as it stands right now.... Low voltage vender at least came by and talked us through the set up of the system but we had many questions prior to that system being activated and there were issues that remain which we don’t understand which raises doubt our system is being utilized to its potential. . It’s nice to have these systems available but without there being someone available to ensure these systems are activated or employed to there potential is a huge detractor to the experience. Not happy with these issues. So overall the floor plan is nice, the sales staff excellent, the vendors suck! ... More

We absolutely love our new Beazer home, not only the design and high quality construction but the sales support through our great representative (Lisa B.). The service after the sale has been unparalleled we have been able to ask questions and seek assistance to any minor issues which have presented. Thank you Beazer you're the best.

The structure, itself, is beautiful and seems to be built well. However, we had multiple appliance issues upon arrival...dishwasher and dryer were not working. Also, enclosed porch was not added until I brought it to their attention. I still am unable to have the landscaper turn off the irrigation system because the plumber did not install a certain valve. Also, I'm still waiting for sink to be installed in laundry room. I would advise any buyer to be astute and carry all of your paperwork with you for the final walk through. Also, have everything checked for functionality prior to moving in.

Beazer needs to get new vendor partners to replace Symspire and Kaiser. There should be 2 HVAC units instead of a split unit. Other than that everything has been handled well.

Going with Beazer saved me a lot of money and time. The sale agent was great, worked very closely and made our closing process very efficient

We bought the model home and are so pleased with all the energy efficient features in the home. It is very quiet inside. Even big thunderstorms are not as loud.

We have been in our home about 6 weeks and have found many issues. We found many during the build itself also. We installed a security door on the front and now our front door is unusable because the overhang is too low and the door won't open. Beazer tells us it's been inspected and it's built to specs, funny that my security cameras didn't catch anyone at our front door inspecting it. They say it's not their issue, but the same house down the street has no issue and the measurements are completely different. If you build with them you must stay on top of them at every stage. We had J boxes that were not even attached to the wall, paint over spray everywhere as well. ... More

Beazer builds a solid home but some of the finishing details including drywall work and painting need significant improvements. Floorplans make great use of square footage. I will likely need to touch up drywall and repaint the entire home. As well, noise isolation between units could be improved.

First we bought a "Spencer 2" as a second home. We were delighted, and decided to make Bishops Landing our home. We easily sold the "Spencer 2" in days with the help of a great local Realtor and the Beazer sales office. That enabled us to move up to a new Dirickson. The large two car garage, one floor living, and spacious, bright interior are the highlights of our new full time home. We are very happy with our home in Bishops Landing.

For a first time home buyer, my experience with Beazer was great. Customer service exceeded all my expectations and their people truly made this big step smooth and easy.

The staff was really great to talk to and work with. I really appreciate the response and care that both Tiffany and Cory gave me throughout the process. It's the great service that made buying a Beazer home a wonderful experience.

Delivered ontime with small issues to be fixed immediately after closing. After payment everyone went missing and it took about 2 months to get a hold of someone (after many emails, calls and speaking to corporate) to come back and finish the job. Other than that, things look really good!

2 months after moving in we still have items from the exception list that are not completed. I feel I've had to stay diligent on other items of concern which I don't feel should be necessary for wanting things fixed the way they should have been the first time. Beyond that we are happy with our home.

It’s what you see that you get. Great people, school system and home. Kids love it. The only downside is the community does not have a park for kids to play.

The purchasing process went as smooth as possible. Everyone was informative and helpful. I would certainly recommend Beazer Hones.

Excellent Experience

Overall construction was fine but never completed the punch list of items and wouldn’t return phone calls. Once they get their money then they disappear so make sure everything is done before closing.

I would never buy another Beazer home again. House was rushed being put together. I was forced into closing before the house was finished. If I did not close when they wanted me to they said they would take away all of my closing help. Have lived in the home for 45 days and have had numerous problems. House is currently up for sale and I just went to closing 9/28/18 today is 11/13/18.
