From the very first day, Shalitha was great to work with. She was very helpful and really knows her stuff! Although all the rain delayed us some, Josh really worked hard to keep us moving forward. The process and product exceed our expectations and we would do it all over again.

I worked with Lynn and she was friendly, extremely helpful and communicated with us throughout the whole building process. Colin was very informative and professional and we know we can still reach out to either one of them with questions. The only issue we have had with the build is the lack of air flow in our primary bedroom. This was tested and confirmed by the builder's AC company. Our upper level gets more air than our main level as well and we have been trying to get this addressed/fixed but it has taken longer than expected. The AC company has failed to reach out after each of the 3 different technicians came to our house, so I need to always follow up with Beazer to get a response. ... More

This is the first home I built with Beazer homes, and I would highly recommend the team I worked with. The sales person Monique understood my needs and was patient while I wanted to make sure I chose the plan and lot that best suited my needs. While my first construction manager was a cause for concern he was quickly replaced by Aneta who was professional and responsive. As a single woman building my first home she listened and addressed all my concerns which were not many. She addressed things before I even had a chance. She with detail oriented and professional. I had great service during my purchasing process and acceptance of my new townhome with Beazer Homes. Becky was great in introducing me to Beazer Homes and showing me the models and letting me know all the various features available and telling me about the neighborhood. Anna did a great job once the house had been purchased to go over Everything in the house and informed me what to do if I should have any problems with anything and whom to contact. Both of these ladies were very pleasant and did a great job. I definitely would recommend these homes to anyone.
