Bryce has been absolutely great. Any issue that you have Bryce is on top of it and contacts you to make sure it has been resolved. Bryce even comes and checks on the issue himself to make sure your satisfied.

I would to say that we absolutely love our new Savannah home. Cindy was absolutely fabulous in explaining all the options on our new Savannah home. Cindy was patient, courteous, informative, and more than helpful during the buying and building process. Cindy answered all our questions in a timely fashion. David has been an absolute godsend. He has helped guide us thru the building process, explained all the inner workings of how all the features of our new home worked and how to maintain them. He also been been very responsive to any small issues we have had and taken care them in a timely fashion. He is truly a tremendous asset to Beazer and specifically Sunset Landing. Jamie kept us informed weekly about the construction progress. He answered any questions we had. David was there at my walk thru to explain everything and was very thorough. When I moved in, he always answers my call,and is right there to take care of the issue that I may be having at the time. He is aways very pleasant and courteous, and I am so glad he is around to help when help is needed.

From the moment we stepped into the office, Hassan displayed incredibly professionalism and confidence that made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. His presentation and representation of Beazer went above and beyond our expectations. Making a choice was all because of Hassan's composure and attention to detail during our multiple visits to the sales office. We purchased a spec home therefore did not go through the build experience. The team was thorough in prepping the home and expedient in getting ready for a quick closing. The initial warranty rep was not as quick to respond to our issues. However, the replacement has been right on top of every item with contractors arriving within a week.

Buying a home is not easy. It is an answered prayer by our Almighty God. Praises be to Him. I would also like to thank the Beazer family and friends.

Meagan was my initial contact with Beazer at Somerset she was very helpful with the my selection of the lot,house style and the selection of all my options. This being my second Beazer home is that Beazer is making more of a better home with improvements to the structure 2×6 outer walls, whole house foam insulation, easy access whole house water shut off,electric car outlet,improvement of the HVAC system and a conduit ran for future solar power etc.Brandon was my Beazer building contact and Brandon was awesome he was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.He kept me informed during all stages of the build lay out the slab ,to the framework inspections plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, siding, etc.And when I called Meagan or Brandon they answered the phone which was assuring that I was just not a number but a valued Beazer home buyer. ...
