Great team to work with and incredible follow up!!

Corbin and Ashley helped make the process simple and transparent. The value we got for the location and quality of home is second to none.

Overall straight forward home buying and move in process. Great communication, very welcoming, they never fail to check up to see how's the process going, what are the house needs, or how you're doing as a person and giving guidance where they can. This is a new build community where when they are giving home tours I introduce myself and they've noticed that and whenever they see me they take the initiative to introduce new or soon to be neighbors. They build more than houses they build a solid foundation for a community.

My husband and I are first time home buyers and our experience with Beazer could not have been smoother. There was no request Michael or Chris wouldn’t find a way to go above and beyond to accommodate, and that standard of service has extended well beyond closing. Our realtor couldn’t believe the value of our home and even our home inspector commented on the quality being exceedingly better than other new builds at the same price point. We’re very fortunate to have found Beazer and are so glad we decided to go with them for our first home.

My builder with Beazer was amazing. Great communication throughout the process with on time completion. With experiencing buying a new home with a builder before, this process was very seamless and stress free!

I had the best experience buying my Beazer home. Mari, Ben, and Mark were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Since I moved in, my dog broke a fence slat and I texted Mark and it was repaired when I got home the next day- and that wasn’t even covered by warranty they just wanted to do a new home owner a solid. I offered to pay for it, but I never saw a bill. That’s just evidence that they don’t stop caring once the home is sold.

If you are considering a new build, I cannot recommend Beazer Homes highly enough, and that is entirely due to the phenomenal experience with Shannon and Jyoti on the sales team. From the initial tour to navigating design (also with another great team member - Connie) and the final closing procedures, the entire purchasing process was seamless and transparent. Absolutely love our new home! Keith was always so helpful in helping us with any questions we had during the construction phase. Beazer is a great builder to work with!

Our experience was fantastic. We were updated throughout the process, which kept us stress-free. Brice was a great project manager - he always provided updates on a consistent basis. We rarely had to ask for the status of anything because he always made sure we were in the loop. He and Pamela worked to make our experience as seamless as possible.

We had a great experience with our purchase starting with Jennifer who helped us through the whole process to Bryce to helped with the transition into the home. Both are so knowledge and dependable! They gave 100% of their attention to details to make sure everything was perfect and were amazing at communicating each step. We could not be happier with our new home.

The interior was well designed and built with the buyer in mind. Lots of cabinets and storage. Easily transition from one room to another. Conveniently located near supermarkets and shopping centers and freeway.

From sales to finish to settlement everyone was so great

Betsy was great on helping us choose a lot. Then also with questions throughout the buying and building process. Vito as well is very knowledgeable and led Us through any after build issues and questions.

My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better home buying experience! Starting with Joel - he answered every question we had and showed us several homes to help us decide which plan we wanted then he gave us some pointers for the customization. Then meeting with Coltin the smoothness continued! He was so patient throughout the whole building process. They were both more than happy to answer our questions even after closing. We really couldn’t have asked for a better home buying experience and we will forever be Beazer fans!!

The initial purchasing to move-in was pretty seamless and any issues were addressed with our sales associate in a judicious manner. In my opinion too many details were missed before the final move in the were addressed after our move in but we feel they should have been addressed before the move in. To potential home buyers, please ensure you visit the home weekly to address details as you see them to ensure the final walk does not reveal any surprises. Our concerns have been addressed but it did take a few additional weeks for them to be resolved.

From the buying experience to the final walkthrough I have been pleasantly pleased. My concerns and questions were addressed quickly and satisfactorily. I am grateful for my new home!

I had a great experience with beazer. From working with Ben to the Mark the maintenance manager Mark. Everyone has been very helpful and welcoming.

Everything with Beazer homes has been great so far. They have helped us and are very communicative. The only thing we haven’t liked is that there is no privacy fence for being the first home in the neighborhood and being close to the road and they haven’t helped us with that. But other than that it’s been good and the home has been great.

The best part of Beazer are all of the people. Jody and Cindi in sales and Jeremiah in warranty have been so responsive and helpful.

Building a new house from remote is not easy task. Work with Beazer sale team to ensure whatever I need to build a house including mortgage choice and interior design selections. It is a really great experience. Construction manager patiently updates me the building schedule and is willing to wait for until I am comfortable to close the house. He worked diligently including moving the gutter water into my yard and met all the requests from the inspection report. The warrant department also carefully explain and respond to my warrant request. In short, Beazer is a very good builder to work with. ... More

We love our new home! The team has been great to work with any details that I needed additional help with. Brent, Anna, Shelly all of them. Carlis has been great with all our request as well. Thank Nate for all your help at design as well a treasure to work with!

Dan ensured we were updated at a minimum weekly on the house building progress and was transparent when discussing delays.. Dan made himself available for any questions and/or concerns throughout. We were fortunate to have him as a Project Manager. In addition having Nicole explaining the home warranty and the process to file claims after closing was very helpful. Nicole made and has continued to make herself available for questions and to provide assistance. These two individuals have made our experience with Beazer Homes stress free.

My experience was really nice. Mike built me a beautiful good home. Craig and Shawn were very supportive in making sure information was shared. My neighbors are really pleasant and friendly. Shopping is really nice plenty to do.
