We had a great experience getting our new home from Beazer. Josh, our construction manager, kept us informed of all the progress. He did a great job completing the house on time and looking great. Ashley, our warrenty contact, has been great a fixing small issues that we have ran into and solved them in a timely manner. Definitely recommend working with them if you are building with Beazer.

They are amazing people. Their attitude convinced us to purchase this home. The entire process of buying this home was excellent since the first visit to the closing. They treated us like we were friends for so long.

We were looking for an affordable but very nice home in the greater Nashville area and found it with a Beazor home in Bradshaw Farms addition, From the onsite realtor and construction manager we have had nothing but great service and attention to details. The home is solidly built and energy efficient with a lot of extras in the home as standard that other builders were charging as a upgrade.

The best part of this homebuying experience was the step by step process of my dream home coming into existence from literally nothing. It started from an empty lot that turned into a solid foundation, then went up the wooden structure that started taking shapes. I got to choose beautiful flooring and cabinets. Stephanie from Beazer sent me pictures and updated me along the way. 6 months later, I closed escrow and now I have my dream home. Thank you Beazer and Stephanie!

Our whole experience with the purchase of our home was very smooth and enjoyable in every step of the way. The sales team - Jay and Cathy were awesome people! They explained everything to us and were constantly keeping us up to speed with the progress of the house. They were always available if we needed anything. The design center through Rene was really remarkable. Her expertise allowed us to customize our home just the way we wanted it. Manny and his team were very helpful during the site tours and the walk through. Manny is quick to respond to our concerns. One of the things that we truly appreciated was when they changed the orientation of our guest bathroom door to open outwards instead of inwards. Overall we are very happy with our whole experience. Purchasing experience with Jack was smooth and he was a great resource up until closing. Since moving in have had a great experience with Vincent from the customer care team. He quickly addresses any questions or concerns and regularly checks in to make sure things are going well wether via text or out and about in the neighborhood. Loving our house!

I am pleased with the overall experience, specifically the team at Poppy Meadows who went above and beyond. Although i continue to find minor issues, the team has been attentive and prompt in their remedies

The Poppy Meadows sales team, Jyoti and Shannon, were excellent from start to finish and always responded to my questions thoroughly. While there have been some challenges with the overall quality of my home, the customer service team, Joe and Humberto, have been helpful in working to resolve the issues.

I had a wonderful purchase experience with Beaser home. We were always greed with big and friendly smiles by the sales team. They were very professional and very helpful and supportive on all subject matters.
