The Beazer Team is highly communicative. Clear and timely responses to my inquiries. John kicked off the process and provided clear milestones for the buying process. I now receive weekly updates on the progress of my build from Garrett, the Builder Manager. I have bought multiple homes with Beazer and will look for their name in the future.

From the initial conversations of choosing a lot, to the selection process, and site meetings was very easy. Everyone that was part of the process was on time, and helped turn out vision of our new home into a reality. 10/10 would recommend Beazer Homes to anyone. The quality of the homes they build, and the pride they have in the homes they build was outstanding! Would personally like to shout out the team members we worked with (Jennifer, Josh, and Mike), thank you for such a great experience in which can go in so many directions.

To be honest, I never heard of Beazer before but as soon as I walked into the model home I’ve been in love. The quality of the homes is top notch and the customer service is even better. Matt (Construction Manager) answered all my questions and is still available for my many questions months after moving in.

Being a new customer, am extremely delighted with the quality of build and the eccentric customer support from the builder,. Specially, Mr Carson is amazing and he is ready to go person. He takes care of every need that is deemed .

Moving into my new construction home has been a great experience so far! I've had a couple of small issues, but they were handled promptly and professionally. I especially want to acknowledge James for going above and beyond both times. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stand out.

Buying a new home with beazer is a great experience. They put great value on their new home constructions to make them competetive and well respected. It's ok to be nervous but they will guide you and are willing to help anytime before and most especially after you buy the house. You can easily contact their call center for any issues or questions. Also, the most helpful as a new homeowner is the personal care/assistance they have on site which is valuable that makes them Trustworthy. It makes a huge difference when you can easily ask for their help for anything and will surely guide you as you navigate through the new house. Kudos to Carson B, Josh, Joseph K. and Vonnie B for easy transition and help all the time and even after more than a month they are here to help the homeowners. They are valuable beazer employees and makes life easy for us. Where can I start with this review? I have so many things good to say about Beazer homes in Goodland since day one when I came into the sales office the sales guy treated me very nice. He showed me a few model homes and never rushed me to make a decision. From there everything was on schedule every single step of the process. They assigned me my project manager or builder and she was very very nice we had a few moments where she probably wanted to kill me lol, because I asked so many questions but at the end she gave me the trust that I needed it for me to give her my 100% trust on the build. She was on time with making appointments keeping me up in the loop giving me weekly reports of how everything was going and if something got delayed due to weather conditions but always kept me informed. At the end they finished my house ahead of schedule which I was very pleased. After that, minor things came up but she addressed them and we continue communicating if I have some issues but so far nothing. Also they assigned you a person that is in charge of any issues of the build with a 1 yr warranty that they give you of point of contact. I’m also very happy with Beazer because they have different lenders that they let you pick for your business and allows you to pick the best deal for you. Overall this is my second build and Beazer process is very smoother compared to others. From the sales,design center, builder and lender. I'm very very happy and thankful with Beazer I been in my house for 4 months and very happy with it. I’d made probably 4 mistakes in the design center that I would’ve ask better for my house to be 100% of my satisfaction. But that’s on me and I will fixed them on my dime and time. So make sure you design your home very carefully and ask all the questions you need to. After I reported deficiencies in my unit, I would get a call or a visit a day or two after initially reporting it and a Beazer Technician would be at my unit in two or three days. Sometimes they were here the next day. I commend Beazer for their prompt and fast professional customer service.

Beazer associates. Were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all questions we had. They were always able to reach if you ever have question when looking at their homes we never felt pressured in any way. After our settlement they were still there to help us with anything we needed and always prompt with all appointments. I can not say enough about the Beazer Associates. A wonderful group of people. From the beginning with picking out what model we wanted, Lynn was really professional and knowledgeable and made our experience very easy, everyone we spoke to from Beazer was great and helpful in picking our floors, tile lighting and everything else, I have told everyone that asked me that they should check out this Bilder if they are thinking about buying a new home.

They have been wonderful in answering our concerns and questions. They have gone above and beyond time after time.

We were priced out of the Washington DC real estate market and were very happy to find a Single Family Home near the beaches(!) in Delaware which was more inline with our budget. The experience with Beazer has been terrific - Trevor has been a tremendous resource as our New Home Counselor and Colin has done a great job educating us about the new home and helping us settle in. We are new to Delaware and had quite a few questions during the buying process, but they were all addressed with attentiveness and in a very timely manner. Since this is my first time buying a brand new construction, it has been overall a great experience. What ever issues I had in the Condo have been addressed accordingly. I will like to thank this amazing team that has helped me in this process. Jason, Warren, Lee Ann and also Boris who is new to the team.

Although some structural issues did arise after closing as with any new-build, Warren and Boris have been great to work with to address the problems. With some issues still being ironed out, I'm sure they will continue to exceed expectations and get everything resolved promptly with the same attention to detail they always exhibit.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first home with Beazer, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. My journey began when my realtor introduced me to the Beazer homes at Dale Woods, and I couldn't have asked for a better opportunity, as I was specifically looking for a new build. Upon visiting the Dale Woods office, I was warmly greeted by Myla, whose enthusiasm and friendliness immediately made me feel at ease. Her welcoming nature was so infectious that I felt inclined to buy a home right then and there. After deciding on a particular home, Myla guided me through the paperwork and provided me with multiple lender options, even offering incentives for using certain lenders towards my closing costs. Throughout the entire building process, Myla kept me informed every step of the way. With regular updates via pictures, emails, and texts, I always felt in the loop and excited about the progress. She was incredibly responsive to my questions and shared in my enthusiasm as my home took shape. When it came time for the final walkthrough and inspection, I had the pleasure of meeting Wade, another fantastic member of the Beazer team. He took the time to explain every detail of the inspection process, ensuring I understood everything completely. Once I closed on my home, Wade was there to address any issues we identified during the inspection, demonstrating his commitment to customer satisfaction. The beginning of my process was stressful but when I was introduced to Joshua that changed. Joshua made my home buying process easy. Anytime I had a question or concern he was able to provide answers for me in a timely manner. He is very attention to detail oriented when going over things and also has excellent customer service.
