Jyoti & Shannon were such a pleasure to work with as they helped us tour and gave us such thorough information on the home we eventually purchased. They were quick to respond at any given moment, were personable, transparent, and helped us negotiate an amazing deal on our dream home. And then when it was time to do our initial walk-through, Joe was also outstanding and thorough in showing us the many features and tips for owning and caring for our home. We decided to build with Beazer because their quality and included features seemed better than the competition in the immediate area. The sales rep was very knowledgable about the building process and selling points. We liked that the outside walls were built with 2x6s instead of 2x4s. The design studio was easy to work with and their professional designers made selecting finishes easy. Our builder was extremely knowledgable and communicative. He always responded within hours of us reaching out and took care of issues quickly. The customer experience was excellent from start to finish. Helpful, honest upfront, addressed issues

Megan and Brandon did a fantastic job with all communications and the production of my new home. Anything I didn't understand was explained to me so I could understand and anything I needed after the purchase they have been very responsive. Beazer Homes is definitely a builder I would recommend.

BEAZER HOME MADE IT REAL EASY TO PURCHASE OUR home, Thanks to Angela and her team they made it really easy to purchase. They never gave up on us and they were real professionals in handling our needs to what we had to do to purchase.

The entire process from meeting the team, planning our new home to breaking ground to closing, the experience was seamless, energized and amazing! Brandon did an excellent job keeping us informed of all the progress from beginning yo end and even after we moved in. Brandon made sure everything was perfect which it was. I've bought a couple of houses before, and this has been without a doubt the best buying process I've ever had! The thing that we've had very, very small issues on has been figured out within a day or two max. It's been the most pleasing process that I've ever dealt with. The house is incredible! It feels like everything in the house was high quality, well made, and better than anything. The service has been incredible! Even when an option fell through another option with enhancements was provided and felt seamless.

Mark and Q were amazing in helping us find and build our perfect first home. They were respectful, answered our questions, kept us updated weekly, and assured us they were here to help. They kept that promise even after closing! We are so grateful to have worked with them, highly recommend them along with Beazer homes!

We had a great building and buying experience. We got constant updates every week while building from Mark and Q. They answered any and every question we had and if they didn’t know the answer they made sure to find someone who did and get us an answer. We have lived in our house for about 4 months now and have no complaints! Definitely recommend to anyone who asks.
