Searched for a reasonable condo for around a 6 months and found Regal Chase and immediately went in to the model to check it out with our realtor. Matt introduced us to the community and we signed a contract the same day. Matt was awesome during the process, communicative and professional. Love the community and the unit so far and would recommend Beazer homes to anyone.

Let me start off by saying, I have purchased new builds from two other competitors prior and the experience with Beazer was far superior. From sales going the extra mile, like he got on the floor of the garage with a tape measure to make sure it would be big enough for us to our PM always being available for my questions and quickly responding, I am happy to say I love my new home. They kept in constant contact with me and made building a new home from across the country seem as if I were here the whole time.

Buying a beazer you will understand that all the cm’s are honest and professional, my cm waited the correct amount of time to drop the frame after letting the concrete cure. Each item I punched in the frame and so on were completed in a timely manner. I was able to see each phase of construction and was impressed. I will continue to build with Beazer.

The Beazer Team and Mortgage Officer I worked with were wonderful and my final walkthrough was wonderful.

We honestly couldn’t have made a better choice than going with Beazer Homes for our new place. The quality of the home is amazing, but what really made the difference was Fernando—he made the whole process so easy and treated us with such great care. The purchasing process was easier than I could have ever imagined. They have great options lined up for financing that really get you the best deal out there. The team followed up throughout the process but not in a pushy manner like some. Walk through process gives you a great piece of mind. Knowing and seeing that the team really cared about every little thing was something you don’t see anymore in this industry. I would recommend this team and neighborhood to anyone out there looking!

They were great to work with when my life was chaotic. They stood by the promises they made and provided a high quality product for my home. The finishes are lovely and high quality and I love that they continue to show up and are available with questions or concerns- their customer service truly makes them unique in the home builder arena.

Both the sales person and construction manager answered my questions and got back to me in a timely fashion.

We have been in the home for almost two months. The home is great. There were some issues after we closed but they were all quickly resolved. Truly appreciate the team and love the home.

My experience was straightforward while looking at the home models. Tracy was very helpful with the purchase of my new home, and the project management team was great at addressing any concerns I had and taking care of them as soon as possible.

We are into the 3rd month of our ownership. I can say that we are (still) very satisfied with our decision to have gone with a Beazer home. The house insulation kept our home at a constant 75F most of the summer days without A/C. When the A/C is running, it is whisper quiet. If there is a critique for Beazer, I wish they would expand to the central part of the country, so that my extended family and friends could also experience the quality homes that we are blessed with here in NorCal. The quality of the house is good over all. We like the plan/design of the community. However, we have some HVAC and water issue very early on, and is still working with warranty to resolve the issues.

My experience with Beazer Homes has been very challenging. My build was scheduled for six months but ultimately took 9.5 months. In the week prior to closing, Beazer attempted to complete two to three weeks’ worth of finish work in just a few days. On the day of closing, major components such as the gas meter and water softener were installed only hours before signing, leaving limited opportunity for complete system testing. Since moving in, I have identified more than 200 warranty items, several of which have prevented me from fully settling into my home even two months after closing. I have also experienced multiple failures of the air conditioning system, which is a significant concern in Arizona’s climate. During the build process, there was noticeable turnover in the staff assigned to my home (two different construction managers and changes in sales team assignments), making it difficult to maintain continuity and effective communication Although Beazer has made efforts to address warranty items, progress has been slow, with subcontractors often missing scheduled appointments. This has caused ongoing disruption and considerable lost time for me. I sincerely hope Beazer improves its quality control, oversight, and staffing consistency so future buyers do not face similar challenges. ... More

We love our house and Mike was incredible. Every concern was addressed .

Part of my experience has been great and I love the Floorplan to my home. However, there were many small things that was not fixed before I closed and even now that I have closed. It has been create a list and create a list of what is wrong over and over. The workmanship on the cabinetry, the front door, the bath tiles, the crooked walls, the electric work, study doors, exterior lights, and the yard which was not leveled with very little top soil. and building debris. I have had ny son at the home every week for work crews to show up with the majority of the crews never showing or never finishing the job. What I liked most working with the team is when things didn't go well they were great at getting it addressed! and I didn't have to fight them to get it done. The team we worked with was determined to make us happy with our new home, and we are.

As a first time homebuyer we had a lot of questions and fear but Arista Beazer Homes team were quick and very helpful to us. We chose the quick move in ready home and was able to close right on time. We love the floor plan, the size of the house and the backyard. They also respond in a timely manner.
