This home purchase was the best I have ever had. Jessica in the sales office was very helpful in every aspect. Cary from the building department was excellent to work with. They both kept us up to date on each phase of the build. Highly recommend Beazer Homes.

We had a great home buying experience. Craig in the sales office throughly explained the process and our contractor, Jay, kept of informed of progress along the way. Both were always available for any questions or concerns we had.

Jay has been awesome as a builder. His attention to detail is beyond great! He is timely, great with follow up! We've never been so served by any builder like Jay...he is the epitome of a consummate builder.

we have purchased our new home a month ago. So far we had very little issue on our new home and all those issue have been addressed on-time. We have worked with excellent Construction manger Demarcus, to take care of our service requests. We are experiencing a quality in every work through out our home. I admired how well the indoor air quality maintained fresh in my home, (ERV and design). Overall very satisfied home buying experience

Wow! We were about ready to sign with another builder but decided to keep our appointment with Beazer. We were stunned by the beauty of the model home presented by Christie and immediately knew we had to switch gears. This is our first new build and while we anticipated the completion of our home we couldn't sleep. April, Christie and her team listened to us and were very thorough with follow up. When it was time to get the keys we met Abraham. He was the icing on the cake. He listened and cared about the little issues in our inspection and was quick to resolve each issue. The whole process went very well. The heightened anxiety of the house being THE HOUSE is the only issue we had. The whole team did a great job I didn’t feel the need to be worried about them they were helpful and didn’t leave things out.

We had a great experience with Beazer homes, from our very first visit to receiving the keys, and even afterwards, Beazer Homes have been quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Every person we met has been professional, efficient and pleasant, Kent in the office, Jason and Guillermo site managers and Joseph in customer service. I can’t thank you all enough for making a stressful time an enjoyable experience.

Our salesperson, Dustin, was everything you would want in a salesperson. He was professional, courteous, prompt with replies. We were really sorry to see him leave.

The overall experience was great! The engineering supervisor, Beazer sales contact kept us in the loop with the start, progression, and completion of our home. Our design center representative was very knowledgeable about the designs available and assisted with decisions we struggled with during the selection process. The team made the experience stress-free. We live our Beazer home!

I have fell in love with the Beazer community: Sevilla at Ironwing in Litchfield Park, AZ!! Being able to talk with Amber in the sales office was amazing! She was soo helpful and a breath of fresh air. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in the WHOLE process from my pre-qual to the closing of my home!! I was able to get weekly photo updates of progress. D (head foreman) always kept for updated and informed on every step of when things would be installed. If there were going to be any possible delays he was very honest about the complete building process for my home! I am so glad I purchased my new home with Beazer!! In love with this community already. Entire process of buying our first house was made easy by beazer. Elisa was great and she helped us a lot in pretty much all the steps of our house buying. David, Adam and Bryan were helpful too. They were sweet and quick enough to comeback and fix our issues.

We are finally settling in to our new Beazer home. From beginning to end, the experience was very smooth. Yes, there were bumps in the road, but that's expected when building a new home. Our New Home Counselor, Bill was excellent. No matter the problem, he was able to smooth out all the issues we brought to his attention, He always made himself available, even on his days off and weekends. He undeservedly handled the brunt of our frustrations (mainly due to delays) on a few occasions. He deserves a raise. Larry and Mike were also super helpful during the build process. I've had to deal with the warranty center for a few minor issues, and they were also helpful...after some prodding. If you commit to a new build, expect delays. You'll save yourself frustration later. Also, if you upgrade in the Design Center, ASK FOR SAMPLES!!! It'll help you during your own home design experience. The whole experience was overwhelming as we were first time homebuyers but Beazer Homes made the process ssooo much smoother from start to finish. The financing, the customization, the building and the timeline really felt like it just flew right past us. Not to mention the quality. We had a third party home inspector inspect every phase of the building process as we were holding Beazer Homes to a higher standard, and even our home inspectors were impressed by how little discrepancies were discovered. 10/10 Highly Recommend.
