Working with Beazer on our recent home purchase was a breeze. Everyone that we encounter along the purchasing timeline was friendly, quick to respond, and take ownership to deliver quick resolution/solutions. Thanks Beazer for our new home!

Before looking at new homes, I decided to look up reviews on builders around my price point in Orlando. Beazer, M/I, and Pulte all came up as reputable. Pulte was slightly too expensive and my shopping experience with Beazer was much warmer than with M/I so I decided to buy in The Town at Creekside. I visited my future home frequently and regularly sent notes to Ryan - the guy in charge of construction. He would address everything I noted and was great at sending weekly updates to the future owners. Meeting him in person was a pleasure. The man talks and moves at 100mph but is a great person. Alex has been my go-to guy since move-in. He’s very responsive and always helpful. He follows up on every little service call you have and is all about making this the best experience for you as a buyer. My wife and I agree, based on the purchasing & owning experience plus the quality of the build, we will definitely look to Beazer for a another home in the future. ... More

I want to recognize Kyler for is professionalism and attention to taking care of my warranty concerns. He was wonderful to work with and I trusted his ability to fix my issues. One of my issues was the faulty electrical wire going to my garage door opener. He and the electrician fixed the wire, reattached the wire to the sensor (which wasn't required of the work order) AND put two lightbulbs in my opener!! This simple gesture just made my day. I will always be grateful for Kyler and the electrician going above and beyond for me. You have a wonderful conscientious employee in Kyler. Please recognize him for his attention to the customer. I was a first time homebuyer and everyone at Beazer Homes made the process easy and overall a great experience. I really appreciated the weekly build updates as it allowed me to stay up-to-date with how my home was being built. Brandon and Dan have been very helpful before, during, and after the entire build process. Mark and Rob also were great New Home Counselors. They quickly answered all my questions ranging from design changes to lender choices. I highly recommend new builds from Beazer Homes!

Nathan was great help during the whole building process. He answered all the questions we had during the construction phase and after we moved in. He took care of all the issues during walk through and after move in. Beazer Home customer service is quick and reliable and take cares of all the warranty issues quickly.

I was looking for a house In Henderson NV after my daughter was admitted to Touro Medical school. After looking at more than 20 homes my agent suggested the new Beazer Homes. It took me 5 minutes to decide to buy the 3 levels beautiful townhouse. Colleen in the sales office was extremely helpful and provided detailed info anytime I had a question. She recommended a great mortgage company and sent regular progress photos as the house was being built. We purchased our second Beazer home and had yet another amazing experience, from start to finish. Ben, our sales representative, is knowledgeable and helped us feel at ease about our purchase. We kept in touch with him throughout the process and he answered any questions we had. Jake, our construction manager, provided us with weekly updates and fixed any issues we discovered. Overall, amazing experience and a great team.

This house has amazing details and the high ceiling give the best view of the house! The design is really well planed! And everything is the right way to go!! IF (and only if) I’ll plan to buy another house I’ll get this same construction company!

Jody, who oversees construction was there every step of the way. I have built several homes over the years but I have never had such a stress free experience as I had with Beazer homes with Jody in charge. He truly has the customer’s interest at heart. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Mary Allen in the sales office who kept me informed on the progress of construction and the myriad details involved in the closing process, and all the while with a smile on her face! Needless to say I was very impressed and extremely pleased with the entire experience.

We love our Beazer home in Surfside plantation! The easy process of picking our finishes with John and the weekly updates from Brandon right thru the walk thru was a very pleasant experience. Brandon and Rudy met with us after the closing and went over all the warranty procedures and made us feel confident in our decision to by from Beazer homes.

My experience with Beazer Homes was nothing short of amazing! Shawn and Antar are very professional and responsive. All of my questions were answered, and any concerns I had along the way were addressed quickly and effectively. The entire process was extremely smooth and I love my home.

I stopped by almost every week of the build process and I asked a million questions since it was my first house. Everyone was great! Mark helped with the final walkthrough and was very thorough. I love my new home and the customer service that I received throughout this process!
