This was our second time building a home with Beazer and it was excellent once again! Their seamless process and expertise made it stress-free and fun. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Our home is not only beautiful but also energy-efficient and well built. From the moment we came to see the properties, to laying the first brick, and then being handed the keys it has been a pleasure working with Beazer to build our home. We appreciate the service and effort they have made to make our house feel like a home. Any issues we’ve had they have done their best to meet our expectations.

We watched our Beazer home built from sold to occupancy. Almost every week we would visit the team over a five month period last year. We were in constant communication with the Beazer folks and they always followed up on any questions or concerns. Special thanks goes to Alina for helping decide the house plan; better than we expected. Also thanks to our build contractor Will. He was always there if we had questions and all problems, which were few, in short order. All in all this was a very good choice we made, and I highly recommend Beazer for putting the customer fist. Will was our construction Manager and truly made this experience a blessing. He was quick to answer our questions, calls in a calm, receptive spirit. All of our needs were met and he even follows up with us until this day! Will is a Top quality employee.

My family and I have been very impressed with the level of customer service received from every hand that touched our deal (Leslie, Chrissy, Will, Robert, and Title). Being a seasoned professional in the industry, I have built with quite a few different builders over my 20 plus year career. Beazer is now at the top of the list. While we were in search of a right builder at the locations we preferred to live, we were brought to Beazer Homes by the realtor. Right from showing us the available plots, through contract, design studio appointments, various stages of the build, celebration walks and finally closing and beyond, our experience with Beazer Homes was truly commentable! We were able to see our sweet home getting built across various stages, and the construction manager Cory was keen on providing constant updates on the progress and clarifying any questions we had. Even though Beazer had their own inspections, we had availed additional external agency evaluations during the build stages. Our external evaluation mentioned that the construction was pretty good and they were able to find only minor suggestions to be made. The Beazer construction manager ensured that all those suggestions within city code were taken care before hand over. Our experience with Sales team, Design Studio and especially with Construction Manager all through the construction was awesome!. All concerns/feedbacks raised were handled within stipulated time. I Love my new Beazer home! I’ve been here a couple of months now and it has been simply wonderful! I love the community. I love the workmanship of the house. And I love the Beazer Team! The staff members have all been very professional; while at the same time friendly and helpful. When I see them out and about in the community, many times they will ask “how’s your house?” I always reply “ Great!” If I have a question about something; they will answer my question on the spot or direct me to the right person to contact.
