Entire process went smoothly. The sales advisor and the construction manager were very responsive in timely manner. They did a fantastic job during the walk through going through everything. Mike and Chris identified issues that I haven’t noticed and fixed them. When I needed few things they helped me.

Staff were very responsive to our request and Ronnie was very good to work with regarding issues. He was very knowledgable and thorough with his explanations.

We want to thank Christian the builder for adressing everthing so promptly. He made this experience a great one!

Darius , has been exceptional in helping with all the things that i needed in my new house , all the questions where answered , he answers his phone right away whenever I’ve needed something , and get it done on very fast pace ,

Cynthia and Ryan were awesome to work with when it came to everything building this home. It was very transparent and if something needed to be fixed they were on it. We love our home.

The Estrella Mountain Ranch Beazer team was helpful and went out of there providing great customer service. I have reached out to serval of the team members but specifically Cameron who responded quickly and got the items fixed that I had addressed. Thank you guys.

Brad our sales guy was great we visited the neighborhood few times, before buying our for ever home. He answered every question we had , several questions he got answers quickly. Then we were introduced to Katherine our supervisor of construction she was great also, she made sure house was built well and on time. Katherine and Brad made our experience awesome. Along with Brandon and crystal who also help out. They were great also.

I had a very favorable experience with the purchase of an already completed Beazer Home at Chambers Creek. With respect to the initial viewing through to the purchase process, Jennifer, the Beazer Sales representative was very helpful and the transaction was completed very efficiently. After closing, James was very efficient and helpful from the initial review of mechanical details through to addressing any construction issues that needed adjustments or correction.

We have finally moved into our new home as a family of seven - soon-to-be eight. The experience has been extremely positive as the team was generous and kind with both their time and energy. We have been pleased with the steps taken to go above and beyond to address our needs for the "perfect home". There are far too many members of the team that stood out to mention, but we truly appreciate the personalization and professionalism.

We recently purchased the model home in a community near Dallas. We had several small issues that needed to be addressed by Beazer. The issues were handled quickly and efficiently. Our overall experience has been very gratifying. We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Beazer builds a great product. I'm very happy with my home. Matt was helpful and encouraged me to speak up if I had any concerns. And helped as much as he could.

I was extremely happy with the service Eric from Beazer home provided. He was always on top of any small issues we had after we moved in. He made sure that those issues were resolved to our satisfaction and also kept us posted if there were any delays with the servicing company. We bought our Beazer home while living out of state. Work re-location brought us to Arizona. William and Dawn in the sales office were there to guide us through the process every step of the way. The Docu sign feature is such a game changer for home buying nowadays. As with any new home purchase we've had a couple of small issues but after contacting Abraham with the customer service team those were addressed and corrected. We would highly recommend a Beazer home to our family and friends.

As first time homebuyers, the buying process was exciting but overwhelming. I’m so glad we choose Beazer. I had a wonderful experience as a first time home buyer. From the moment my wife and I went to look at the properties available, Shelley welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. Our construction manager Darren went above and beyond with our build and was never in a rush and took his time to explain everything to ensure we knew everything possible about our home. The New Home Orientation was done thoroughly and Darren gave us lots of valuable information and advice. After closing, he was still a call away and made us know that if we had any issues he would be available. Hailey our Warranty Rep has been great and has been scheduling different trades to come fix different issues in our home. Everything is good so far and chase has been very helpful and quick to resolve small issues I had in the 45 days period. I really enjoyed working with chase. He is supportive and helpful. Beazer homes build quality is good and easy process from start to end.
