The experience from beazer are great whenever i had small issues with the house they took care of it right away...the service is above and beyond..

Overall, this house has left us feeling underwhelmed, frustrated, and displeased. We are very disappointed with the craftsmanship of our home. Specifically, we have identified several issues: cracked concrete outside the garage door and front curb, numerous crooked power sockets, air vents, and ceiling fans, and visible holes in the walls behind toilets and sinks. Additionally, we still do not have an operational stove vent, and water does not properly drain from our backyard. We have identified 71 visible issues, and the increasing discovery of flaws continually chips away at our sense of home. We can't help but wonder what other shortcuts may have been taken. ... More

Frequently told when the condo would be ready only to find out delay after delay......after a year and a half they were finally ready to move in. Be straight forward and tell the customer based on the experience with the first six buildings and accurate estimate for completion. I lost thousands in rental costs based on their bad information. Their title company is the worst of the ten or so I've worked with. The company designated to manage the HOA is too large and terribly inefficient. I nicknamed their rep on site "Ghost", never heard any resident have anything good to say about his work. Eventually he was fired. On the good side, it appears that the condos are well built and the company is quick to step up and fix any problems. Overall if I had a choice I would be hesitant to go with Beazer again. ... More

We had a great experience working with the builder! We were kept updated throughout the building process and notified when changes occurred. When asking questions, we received quick responses and were provided clear responses. We greatly appreciated the experience received when working with the builder and his team. Everyone was prompt and friendly. Absolutely recommend working with the builder and their team!

Christian was a non-stop source of help for us in the process from beginning to end. Dude was 100% on point and gave accurate and appropriate responses that helped guide us to where we needed to be because of him I have recommended Beazer and Wildcat ranch to several people at my office as well as friends who live near by and want a good quality home. Furthermore Colten was incredibly helpful with the building process, he walked us through things we would never would have thought to ask until we couldn't ask anyone anymore. Buying a home can be very stressful but not with Beazer and especially not when you work with Hayley and Cynthia. Any questions, concerns and even if an issue did arise both Hayley and Cynthia took the time to assist and I felt they truly cared about any concerns. The communication about timelines through the entire building process was exceptional! Could not have asked for a better experience!

The customer service and communication were excellent throughout the process. My experience with beazer homes was wonderful the home is very beautiful and exceeded expectations. I highly recommend.

From the selection of the home plan to the handing over of the home keys, the process using Beazer was easy, drama-free, and high quality with a high level of constant communication during the build process. High five to Keith on the build side and Marlo on the sale side for making this process seamless and pleasant.

Even though we have closed builder is still helpful when little things are needed or even help with a dog who ran from the house.

Beautiful home and amazing team. Sales agent Myla was extremely friendly and was on top of every little detail and prompt in responding. Wade was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions during our walk through. Home was very well built. Only wish 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were bit bigger.

We originally were looking at Elk Grove locations but decided to give Beazer in Rancho Cordova a try. We were welcomed by Jody and right away she had great customer service — even catering to our 2 little ones. She was upfront and could tell she’s a seasoned vet in this industry. Everything aligned perfectly with the quick move in we liked and together as a team, Jody, Cindi, Lavega, and Humberto made it happen for us! The overall experience was really good. I was impressed by how David took care of all the issues identified during our initial home inspection. All issues were addressed and resolved before the final/closing inspection was conducted within a relatively short amount of time.
