I have been seeing multiple issues at my home. I don’t think you have did proper inspection. You were so hurry for selling but don’t complete proper inspection. I don’t want to recommend beazer anymore

They were all incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. Special thanks to Tiffany for answering my questions even on her days off, and to Zach for spending over three hours with us during our walkthrough. Truly outstanding service!

The home purchase process, loan bidding, and closing experience were over the top. Soap and Tony were very thorough in making certain I had all the information needed, but the best part is they remain a resource if I have questions. The Beazer home experience is like gaining a new family member.

I had a very positive experience during my home buying journey through closing. Craig Turner was very professional and answered all my questions. He made everything less stressful and was available all the time. Thank you Craig, I love my home at Goodland ,it met all my requirements very functional

Aunee is an excellent rep, she’s knowledgeable and passionate about helping people find homes they will love. I’d love to work with her again, however Beazer failed to have home ready at advertised time, end of August, which was a big selling point. Having a home when we were moving from another state on dates we could not change. The home closed end of September after multiple pushes. Even after closing, tasks were not completed (wrong kitchen lighting fixtures, sod replacement, multiple inspections had to be scheduled & completed, etc). Front end staff are easy to work with but I’m not sure I’d go with a new construction again after this experience. ... More

Mark was a good sales person. The walk through went well and the process was extremely smooth with this process of a 1st time home buyer in MD.

The builder provides high-quality interior and exterior material. We hade pleasant experience right from the first day of enquiry till now after move in. They take great care of the concerns after move in address the issues promptly if there.

From the very first day, Shalitha was great to work with. She was very helpful and really knows her stuff! Although all the rain delayed us some, Josh really worked hard to keep us moving forward. The process and product exceed our expectations and we would do it all over again.
