Both positions are so critical, not only to my home getting completed on time, but to my satisfaction and specifications. Brad paid attention to every detail I selected making sure he got everything recorded correctly the first time, while Lonnie ran all the myriad of contract companies ensuring my home was built just right. The highlight being a buyer from out of town, was the weekly phone calls providing updates about the progress on my house followed by the pictures! The overall experience was good, not great. The home looked/felt rushed. During the first 30 days of owning the home it was obvious Beazer did poor quality control on the work performed on the home. Example the yard is poorly graded, asking about getting this fixed just gets patched not fixed. We love the house just felt Beazer could have done better.

My whole experience was completely pretty cool and fun. The quality and value of my home is absolutely great and impressive. I had a very good and positive experience with the team. They did every thing I asked them do which of course increase the joy of my heart. They responded to me swiftly at the time I needed them. I would ensure that homebuyer get to know the quality, competence, and hardworking team at beazer home.

Robert in sales was super helpful choosing the right plan and lot, and a pleasure to work with. Brice and Nathan were always responsive to answering questions throughout the construction process. They were available to walk through and explain things as the house was built, and were helpful with any changes or fixes that needed to be addressed. Love the new house!

Both our sales rep and builder were great and very responsive. The house is beautiful and any issues were resolved promptly with no complaints. Very good experience.

Buying our Beazer home was overall a smooth experience — shoutout to the friendly sales team and construction crew who were always helpful, upbeat, and easy to reach. The closing was a breeze, and move-in day went well (though our poor movers got a serious workout hauling furniture up those stairs!). Once we settled in, we really did fall in love with our new home… but then came the little surprises. First off, there’s a light in the entryway that NEVER turns off — basically a luxury suite for flying insects, and they love to smack you in the face every time you open the door. Not exactly the warm welcome we had in mind. Then the appliances… yikes. The oven takes 30 minutes to heat up (seriously!), and the fridge occasionally sounds like it’s about to take off from a runway. And let’s not even talk about the “upgrades” we paid nearly $40k for — they look and feel super cheap. Oh, and the carpeted stairs? A vacuuming nightmare. I also didn’t love that Beazer picked most of the customizations for us, then charged us for things we didn’t even want. That part definitely stung. At the end of the day, it’s a decent starter home, and we’ve made it ours — but I’m already dreaming of my forever home, and next time I’ll be a lot more involved in the design and appliance decisions! ... It is my first Beazer home and I need to say it was a very pleasant experience in general, the team, starting with Mr. Phil, was amazing, and when we finally got our home, Garret and Brittany were always accompanying us in the whole process. Tiny details appear in the home after 3 months, and they always help us to solve details and doubts. Thanks for your hard work.

The house is well constructed, offering solid quality for its price point. Additionally, the builder demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service, addressing complaints promptly and effectively.

My experience purchasing a townhome in Tulip Hills was great! Rob was and continues to be extremely personable and responsive. He made me feel welcome, and like it really matters to him that the property is well-maintained. Whenever I have had a question or concern, he has gone over and above to address them. Travis has been very easy to work with, and is super friendly, as well. The quality of the craftmanship is important to him. We recently completed our homebuilding journey and wanted to share our appreciation for Pamela Wilson and Brett Mosley who supported us throughout the process. From the beginning, Pamela was approachable and patient, taking time to understand our needs and working with us through several rounds of clarifications and customizations. Whenever we raised questions or concerns, she always made sure they were addressed. One example was the kitchen cabinet layout — after sharing our feedback, she facilitated a change that better suited our requirements, which we truly appreciated. Brett also played a key role in delivering a home that met our expectations. He was accessible and receptive to feedback during the build process. One standout moment was how he handled the backyard grading — after we expressed concerns about the slope, he ensured the area was properly leveled and the elevation significantly improved. That made a big difference for our outdoor space and long-term usability. What stood out even more was Brett continued support after closing. He went out of his way to help with post-purchase maintenance, including watering the newly seeded backyard lawn for a couple of weeks — something we didn’t expect but greatly appreciated. Overall, while we had to stay involved and follow up on some items ourselves, the team always responded with a solution-oriented approach and a genuine willingness to help. As a Realtor, I have experienced new home buyer and Beazer has certainly exceeded my high expectations. Ken, our Sales Rep, helped us every step of the way and was always very responsive to our many questions. Garrick also went above and beyond with responses to our concerns and his follow through was also exceptional. Then, after move in, the customer care team made sure nothing was missed. Overall, this was a great experience and we love our Beazer home!

My wife and I could not be happier with our building experience. Our project manager has gone above and beyond when responding to any concern that we had. As with any new home minor problems surface after move in. Once notified, our project manager and builder immediately dispatched someone to correct the problem. We could not be happier with our home builder and their entire team.

Overall process starting from booking to closing home was smooth. We were getting timely update for each and every step. Transparent communication and no false promise.

Very helpful quick and on time

I decided to build a new home in Arizona as a winter home last fall. I researched several builders in the area and determined that Beazer was the only builder that was doing energy, efficiency models that were above and beyond simple requirements. The building experience was extremely satisfying the salesman and all the staff were very knowledgeable and always provided information that I needed on a timely manner. The home is now completed and I am very happy with how it turned out, my energy expectations have been met. My June electric bill was about a $175 in the heat of the summer.
