The Beazer house quality is excellent and definitely much better than other new constructions I have purchased. No new construction homes are perfect, but this home was close enough where the only issues were just minor paint scuffs. I wanted to give a big kudos out to the customer service rep, Vito, who is just the most amazing rep that I had the pleasure to work with. He will do everything in his power to make sure all quality issues were taken care of and in a timely manner.

It was great have a home built to DOE Zero Ready status. Having a quality home is a big peace of mind.

Deke took a lot of time with us while choosing between builders. He sold us on the quality as well as the builder standing behind each home if needed. He was awesome! Also, as we got closer to actual closing Cory was available to answer questions and to share little details that made our move in great!!

First time buying a new home, third time buying a home. It was a great experience thanks to the employees that keep you updated with everything and walk you through the entire process!

Building a home with Beazer was a well-guided experience; from choosing the floor plan, selecting floor plan design adjustments, having choices at the design center from flooring to hardware to lighting, selection of 4 different lenders and get an incentive, and more! From our first impression with the sales rep to final impression with the construction manager, we are pleased to own our first Beazer home.

There were a few hiccups during the home buying process, build and post close, but overall it was a great experience. We have bought several homes and the best part about the process was our Superintendent in charge of our build and once we moved in. He really went above and beyond to take care of anything we needed. Prior homebuilders once the home was built they moved on, but Rich was proactive in checking in on us and was always accessible. He was the absolute best part of the home buying experience, and I really hope this feedback makes it back to him! Great home buying experience

The wildflower beazer team made the home buying process a breeze. They were easy to get a hold of, and clear on the home buying process.

I recently bought a home from Beazer in the Nashville area. I was thoroughly pleased with everyone I worked with in the process. They helped me make all of the design choices that go into a new home and kept me well informed about the progress of the build. I am very pleased with everything about my new house.

My home buying experience was great. It was my first time buying a house and Beazer made it easy and efficient to walk through every step of the process. John and Garrett were especially helpful, walking me through from start to finish and were very quick in their responses to all my questions.

From start to finish the home building experience was a breeze. This includes the home designer experience working especially with their designer. Working with Brett (builder) was a snap and he went over and beyond with addressing our concerns during the build and after we even closed two weeks early. Great group to deal with.
